Chapter 69: Author's Thoughts on Launching the Book

Chapter 69: Author's Note on Launching the Book and Thoughts
It's finally back in stock! It's been a long time coming!
Looking back on my writing experience over the past few years, it has been a truly disastrous experience.

Write one book and seal it.

The first book capitalized on the last wave of popularity of Tokyo fiction, but it was reported before it was even released, and even the author's name had to be changed.

So I named it "The Resurrection of the Dead," hoping that one day my book would be released from the dark room.

But that's clearly unlikely.

After my first book was banned, I tried to change my style, switching from Tokyo to urban tycoon.

I thought this time I could hold on, and the more than one million words went smoothly. Although the results weren't great, I was already very satisfied.

After all, it's a new type of product.

But who knew, the crackdown on this kind of thing has recently become stricter, and I got caught.

While understandable, it's clearly impossible to say there were no setbacks.

I wrote two million words, but in the end, I became a level 4 account with no works.

Frustration, anxiety, self-reflection, and depression—I experienced all the negative emotions one could imagine.

Because I am a full-time author, every time a book of mine is banned, it's like losing my job and having to find a new job (to start a new book).

Fortunately, the editor was a good person and was willing to give me another chance to change careers.

Thus, this book was born.

Having lost what I'm best at, the book I wrote inevitably has some immaturity. I'm very grateful to all the readers for their understanding and support.

Although the book's performance was still not very good, it was within my expectations, since it was not my comfort zone.

Transformation is often accompanied by growing pains, or even a downhill path.

But thankfully, I had your support along the way, thank you.

We hope that all readers will support us with an initial subscription (the number of people who subscribe to the first chapter within 24 hours) after the book is released, as this will affect the subsequent performance and recommendations.

Every subscription you make is my greatest encouragement.

Once it's available, I'm sure it will contain content that everyone will enjoy. Rest assured, I'm willing to vouch for it with my two books from heaven.

Long-time readers should know my writing pace, but I have to tone it down.

As for the details, those who know, know.

I will also write more to repay the support of all my readers.

On the day of release, there will definitely be a 10,000-word update, and subsequent updates should not be less than 6000 words.

Furthermore, to make the reading experience even better, the chapters after being published will most likely be longer, with each chapter around 3000-4000 words.

Thank you for your unwavering support. See you tomorrow morning!
