Invasion Myth: Starting with the Schoolteacher

“I don’t know much about the Pure Land School, but I have heard about Buddhism a few times. Listen carefully.”

"Thus have I heard: At one time, the Bhagavan was dwelling at the abode of the Muni sages on Mount Khaladiya. Together with a great assembly of Bhikshus, and a great assembly of Sangha masters exceeding in number, and also a great assembly of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, and a great assembly of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas exceeding in number, having expounded the *Moon Treasury*, then a great fragrant cloud came from the south, and a great fragrant rain fell; a great flower cloud came, and a great flower rain fell."

This is the Ksitigarbha Ten Wheels Sutra, also known as the Mahayana Mahasamnipata Ksitigarbha Ten Wheels Sutra.

It has an extremely powerful origin and can be considered the highest level of the righteous laws in the human realm.

In response to the question from Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, the Buddha explained that through the power of his original vows, he accomplished the ten kinds of Buddha wheels, thereby subduing the heretical doctrines of all heavenly demons and heretics, and destroying the afflictions of all sentient beings that are as solid as diamond.

He was once the son of a great elder in the distant past. Upon seeing the majestic and dignified features of the Lion-like Tathagata, who possessed all virtues, he vowed to liberate all sentient beings suffering in the six realms throughout countless future eons, in order to attain this very form.

In countless eons past, she was a Brahmin woman. Desiring to save her deceased mother from the evil realms, she made offerings and performed meritorious deeds. She also vowed to universally liberate all suffering beings throughout the future.

In a distant past eon, he was a king. Seeing that the people of his kingdom committed many evils, he vowed to save all suffering beings from their sins and lead them to enlightenment, and only then did he himself become a Buddha.

In the distant past, she was a woman named Guangmu. Desiring to save her deceased mother from suffering in hell, she vowed to deliver all sentient beings from their suffering. She would only attain enlightenment after they had become Buddhas.

The soul within Zhu Erdan's body trembled.

Such high level of comprehension!

A chill seeped into my bones, a cold wind blew from my heart, and the wailing of ghosts echoed through my soul.

Before me stood a magnificent palace on the dark red earth, with black walls, gray tiles, red pillars, mottled marks, dried and blackened blood, and endless human sorrows entwined around it.

Three large characters hung high in the center: "Inspection Division"
The main gate was wide open. Inside, on the left side of the table were iron chains, a judge's tablet, and a book of life and death. On the right side were countless files containing cases of life, death, and separation.

A deity sits in the middle.

He wore a red robe and a black hat, with lips as red as blood and a beard as sharp as a halberd.

Its face was obscured, only its eyes, like lanterns, gazed down at the mortals, torturing all beings with the intent to punish the good and punish the evil.

Holding the Big Dipper sword hilt with the other hand is also a way of showing respect.

"Blocking is an attitude, failing to block is the result."
