Fulilian: The Little Master Who Doesn't Understand Love
Chapter 13 Tianyi Clan
Chapter 13 Tianyi Clan
Fourteenth day of the adventure.
Lord and Celie met the Skywing people.
This was created by the Goddess of Life. It has human form and wings on its back, somewhat similar to the legendary angel race.
The opponent was originally flying in the air, but after discovering Lord and Celie on the ground, it flew directly towards them. Lord was so scared that he thought it was an enemy attack and almost got hit.
Fortunately, Celie stopped him.
After all, in theory, the elves and the Skywing are allies.
White wings cut through the clouds, and a female Skywing landed lightly in front of the two men.
Wearing silver soft armor, long light golden hair, and turquoise eyes, he looked at the two of them with a hint of curiosity.
"Elf?" Her voice was pleasant, and she frowned slightly when she saw Lord. "And a human? What a strange combination."
The other party actually knew that he was a human, which made Lord a little excited.
I couldn't wait to take a half step forward, "Hello, we are travelers. May I ask where you met these other humans?"
"Human and elf travelers? How rare."
The Skywing woman muttered a few words, but did not answer Lord's question or look at him. Instead, she folded her wings first, and the sunlight cast a layer of gold on her white feathers.
"I'm the messenger Leah. Have you ever seen a dwarf village? The chief there is named Amuro."
Lord and Celia exchanged a glance, and Celia spoke up, "You'll arrive in half a day's flight eastward."
"grateful."
After Leah finished speaking, she spread her wings and prepared to stand up. Lord quickly looked at Celie, who seemed to understand the meaning in his eyes. Celie said, "Can you tell me why we're going to find these dwarves?"
Leia thought about it and felt that there was no need to hide from her allies.
"It seems you don't know yet, but the Skywing, the elves, and the dwarves have joined forces and are preparing to launch a thorough eradication of the monsters. This time, we are assisting the new Dwarf King and helping to gather the dwarf clans scattered around the world."
There are simply too many monsters in this world, which has seriously affected the survival of various races.
They were forced to temporarily put aside their fights with each other and turn to deal with monsters, the common enemy of all races in the world.
Celia frowned slightly. She didn't expect that such a thing would happen shortly after she left the Elf Forest.
However, this will not affect her and Lord's journey. After all, her target from the beginning to now is not the monsters, but the gods.
"So, where have you seen the human race you just mentioned?"
Leah pondered for a moment, then said, "I saw them about ten years ago in the Gmir Forest to the west. But they were a very small tribe, maybe only a few hundred people. I'm not sure if they still exist."
In Leia's eyes, the human race is too weak.
They were so weak that she didn't care at all. If she hadn't seen Lord, a human, she probably wouldn't have even thought about this race.
"Forest of Gmir," Lord repeated softly. He was a little excited to finally hear the news about the human race in this era.
Leah spread her wings: "If you're going there, I suggest you avoid the Death Swamp. Demons have been active there recently." The number of demons in this world is small, but each demon is surrounded by a large number of monsters, and the demons can even control these monsters, posing a significant threat to any living being.
Celie nodded: "Thanks for the reminder."
Leia flapped her wings and flew away, her white wings gleaming in the sun. Before she left, she said, "May the goddess of life bless you on your journey."
The elves and the Skywing tribe all believe in the Goddess of Life, so there is nothing wrong with what she said.
As for Lord, the human, the goddess would not be stingy with her blessings. Besides, they humans did not seem to believe in gods, so even if Leia was there, she would not care. After all, she was just a weak creature.
You know, in the mythological era, the phrase "May you receive the goddess' blessing" cannot be said casually. It can only be said between people of the same race with the same beliefs.
If you say this to a race that believes in other goddesses, they will think you are trying to seduce them, which may very likely bring disaster.
After Leah's figure disappeared into the sky, Lord turned to look at Celie and said, "Let's go to the Gmir Forest. It's just to the west."
Celie looked at Lord's expectant eyes and said calmly, "Grimir Forest is only a month's journey from here, but if we take a detour through the Death Swamp, it might take another three months."
"It's only a month's journey." Lord stroked his chin, his gaze turning towards the western mountains. "Three months is indeed a bit long."
In the past, when he had no goals or directions, he had traveled alone in this world for such a long time without feeling anxious, but now after hearing the news about his fellow tribesmen, he began to feel anxious instead.
Celie gently kicked the stones at her feet. "Or we can just go through the Death Swamp."
"Didn't the Skywing tribe say there were demon activities?" Lord looked at her in surprise.
Subconsciously, Lord didn't want to take any risks, even with Celia by his side.
"So?" Celie's lips curled up dangerously. "This is a good opportunity for you to experience the terrifying power of the demons in advance."
"Please spare me. I don't think I can defeat the demons."
Each demon was born from countless monsters, and their strength was probably incredibly strong. Lord had no idea.
"Don't worry, don't you still have me?"
Lord glanced at the confident Celia with a squint. If Celia said this a few thousand years later, he would still believe it, but now Celia, who was only a few hundred years old, had to get past the famous violinist Miss Aura first.
He suddenly remembered something and took out a yellowed parchment from the package. This was the map Amuro gave him before leaving, but the information on it was a bit too ancient.
"There's a path next to the Death Swamp." He pointed to the vague mark on the map. "If we take a detour from here, it might only take an extra half month."
Celie leaned in closer to take a look, and her golden hair brushed against Lord's cheek, carrying a faint fragrance.
She frowned slightly and noticed the traces of time on the map at first glance. "This map of yours contains information from hundreds of years ago."
"Ahem, it looks like the map Amuro used during his adventures back then, but it should still be usable, right?" Lord's tone was also full of doubt.
Celia turned her head and said: "It's up to you, but if you encounter danger..."
"I know," Lord smiled as he picked up his bag. "I will hide behind Lady Celia immediately. When the time comes, please save me for my dedicated service."
Hearing Lord's somewhat funny statement, Celie smiled and said, "Well, I understand. I will protect you when the time comes."
