Chapter 10 First Encounter, Perfect Logic! (Please continue reading!)

Hiruzen Sarutobi did not appear; instead, he returned to the Hokage's office.

After a moment's hesitation, he gave an order: "Summon Minato to see me!"

Fifteen minutes later, Minato Namikaze knocked on the door and entered: "Third Hokage!"

"Watergate!"

Hiruzen Sarutobi looked up, his face gentle: "How's the development of the new technique going?"

Minato Namikaze paused for a moment, then said, "We're still trying; we haven't found a good breakthrough yet."

Hiruzen Sarutobi nodded, then asked, "Minato, have you heard about the genius who's recently appeared at the school?"

"(⊙o⊙)..."

Minato Namikaze was a little embarrassed: "Um... I was busy developing new techniques, so I didn't pay attention."

"Lord Hokage, have some new students graduated early?"

Minato Namikaze thought Hiruzen Sarutobi wanted him to mentor the new recruits.

As he spoke, Genichi returned to the dumpling shop and called out to his parents in the kitchen, "Dad, Mom, I have to go out for a bit. Don't wait for me for lunch."

Genichi raised his hand, and a Rasengan materialized: "Minato-senpai, you mean the Rasengan?"

Minato Namikaze's pupils contracted as he looked at the Rasengan.

With that, Xuan Yi leaped away from under the tree.

Minato Namikaze quickly followed, curious but not immediately asking any questions.

I followed Genichi under the tree and watched him buy a water vat, move it to a riverbank, and then use a water escape technique to control the water flow from the river into the vat.

"Such amazing control, and that seal..."

Minato Namikaze was secretly surprised.

"I wonder if you've ever played this game, Minato-senpai."

As he spoke, Genichi Shushita inserted both hands into the water tank, then stirred the water inside, causing it to spin rapidly and form a whirlpool.

When the water had rotated to a certain extent, Genichi Shushita suddenly pressed down hard with both hands, causing the water inside the vat to expand outwards and the vat to shatter into pieces.

Minato Namikaze's eyes lit up as he looked at it: "I see."
