Chapter 53 Information
Jemin is now somewhat bewildered.

For several days now, elemental fluctuations have been continuously emanating from that direction.

As time went by, the elemental fluctuations became more and more intense. Even from a great distance, Jemin could feel the unusual and violent aura.

Since the purpose of participating in this trial was mainly to develop and test rune artifacts, Jemin did not intend to cooperate with other wizard apprentices in the first place, and naturally did not purchase communication artifacts or the like.

For this reason, he naturally had no idea what was happening over there.

But it's not a big problem; if you're curious, just go and see for yourself.

After several days of testing, Jemin was quite confident in the combat power of the talismanic artifacts, feeling that ordinary apprentices should have no way to deal with him.

If something big happens over there, it shouldn't be a problem for him to just watch the excitement without getting involved.

Having made his decision, Jemin immediately changed course and headed towards the source of the fluctuation.

He maintained the mindset of a hunter, using alchemy and analytical techniques to sweep through the area and collect any materials that piqued his interest as he traveled.

Just as he approached the area, he caught a glimpse of several disheveled figures out of the corner of his eye.

It was a group of wizard apprentices, stumbling and fleeing.

Their faces were pale, their wizard robes were tattered, and their magical shields flickered like candles in the wind.

Behind them, a small group of about a hundred indigenous people were hot on their heels.

This group of indigenous people was equipped with better armor and weapons, and the enhanced power erupting from their bodies was even more surging, clearly indicating that they were an elite force.

"Run! They're catching up!"

"Damn it! My mental strength can't hold up anymore!"

"As long as we leave the area confined by their surrounding space, we can leave!"

Amidst the cacophony of shouts, every now and then a wizard apprentice would suddenly burst forth with incredible speed, breaking away from the group and then disappearing from the spot in a distorted manner.

Judging from the appearance, it seems to have initiated the process of detaching from the ring.

In the end, only two unlucky ones remained, having exhausted their trump cards or lacking mental strength, and were unable to break free from their pursuers.

A desperate scream rang out; the two apprentices were nearing their limit, their steps faltering.

The indigenous soldiers behind him had bloodthirsty glints in their eyes, and their spears and axes pressed forward.

Jemin frowned slightly. A familiar energy fluctuation emanated from this group of pursuers—the same kind of ambush attackers he had encountered before.

Judging from the direction these wizard apprentices fled, they must have escaped from the direction of the elemental fluctuations.

Out of curiosity, Jemin acted decisively.

laugh!laugh!laugh!
Several fireballs silently shot from his fingertips, carrying terrifying heat, and instantly locked onto the first few indigenous soldiers.

The indigenous people with extraordinary powers were engulfed by the fireball and turned into twisted charcoal before they could even utter a cry of alarm.

Immediately afterwards, more fireballs rained down from the sky, engulfing the remaining indigenous pursuers.

Boom boom boom!
The continuous bombardment wiped out most of the pursuers in an instant.

Before some of the pursuers who were lagging behind, as well as the two apprentices, could react, they were dazed and confused by the shockwave of the explosion.

The surviving indigenous people stopped in terror, having not seen where the attack came from before their companions lost their lives instantly.

The horrifying scene made them instinctively want to flee. Boom!

The earth trembled violently, and more than a dozen huge rock spikes burst from the ground, instantly piercing through all the remaining indigenous soldiers.

"Using alchemy to control matter and launch attacks is still a bit ineffective..."

Jemin curled his lip, landed slowly, and walked towards the two surviving wizard apprentices.

The entire process, from the start of his attack to its end, took no more than ten seconds.

The menacing pursuers were completely wiped out by Jemin's casual attack, leaving no survivors.

The two fleeing apprentices stood frozen in place, staring at the fallen bodies of the indigenous people behind them, and at Jemin, who was slowly approaching in the distance as if he were just passing by and swatting a few flies. Their faces were filled with disbelief and shock.

“You…you…” an apprentice stammered, unable to speak.

Jemin walked up to them, ignoring the apprentices' shock, and asked directly, "What happened over there? The elemental fluctuations are very unusual."

The apprentices then came to their senses and told Jemin everything that had happened in the valley.

"A spatial confinement with a diameter of one kilometer?" A hint of interest flashed in Jemin's eyes.

His analytical skills had previously revealed that the indigenous people carried a special energy fluctuation source that seemed capable of disrupting space.

But the scale of the operation was something he hadn't anticipated.

Even wizards would need to be at least level four to do that, right?
But if there really were level four wizards among these natives, then these apprentices wouldn't have been able to hold out for so long.

“Yes! We fought our way out of the edge, thinking we could escape, but we didn’t expect they had a special team to hunt us down…” the apprentices said with lingering fear, while cautiously observing Jemin.

The person in front of me casually wiped out a team of elite indigenous people; such strength is definitely not something an ordinary apprentice could possess.

Fortunately, Jemin didn't make things difficult for them. Seeing this, the two apprentices breathed a sigh of relief, thanked Jemin, activated the Exit Ring, and left the Gray Rock Realm directly.

"War...that sounds dangerous."

After learning what had happened from the apprentices, Jemin decided not to get involved.

The lives and deaths of those thousands of apprentices were irrelevant to him, since everyone was in competition in this trial. He was more concerned with how much valuable material this plane could provide.

Moreover, getting involved in such a large-scale war is too risky, but the rewards are not great.

He'd be better off using that time to find more rare materials.

"Let's go!" Jemin decisively turned around, ready to continue his treasure hunt.

Unexpectedly, instead of him going to see the other party, they came to his door.

Not long after Jemin turned to leave, alchemy and analytical techniques detected even stronger and more intense life and energy fluctuations, which were rapidly approaching him from different directions.

It wasn't one team, nor two teams, but dozens of teams that had somehow formed an encirclement around him.

Among these groups were many powerful "knights" and "shamans," clearly the main force of the indigenous coalition!
He stopped and looked sharply in all directions.

"What's going on? Did they find me?" Jemin frowned slightly.

He didn't recall leaving any trace, and the previous skirmishes had all been handled swiftly and decisively without alerting the main force.
