Chapter 57 Remarks on the launch
I was a bit surprised to suddenly receive a message from the website about listing my product.
It will be available for purchase at 8 PM tonight. Fellow readers who enjoy this story, I hope you can help this new author by placing an order for the first time. Thank you so much!
I type very slowly and have a full-time job, so my updates might not meet everyone's expectations. I'll try harder tonight and try to update one or two more chapters tomorrow.
Sorry! I'm a newbie and my typing speed is super slow TAT!
Let's talk about something else.
The author is really a newbie!
It's not some extraterrestrial demon or some reincarnation of Old Deng!
If I had to talk about experience, I did write a beginning of a story that was tens of thousands of words long before, but I gave up on it because of my studies.
I've been reading novels since the third grade of elementary school, and even now, after graduating with a master's degree, I've always wanted to pick up a pen and write something.
After much thought, I chose this traditional, slow-burn Xianxia (fantasy martial arts) genre, to fulfill my Xianxia dream.
Thank you to my editor, Qinghu, for giving a clueless newbie like me a chance to sign a contract.
When I submitted my work, I told myself:
It doesn't matter whether the grades are good or bad.
Success is being able to tell a story completely and present a world exactly as it is!
The initial motivation for this story was that, after reading many novels, I always felt that only the protagonist in this world possessed great fortune and opportunities.
As a fantasy, it's actually quite understandable.
However, I still prefer a grand world of immortals where "heroes rise and fall with the times."
It is "our generation", not just "I".
If the protagonist were the only genius in the world, and the rest were just nobody with empty titles, that would be far too boring.
I originally thought that in the current environment, writing a slow-burn, mundane story like this might earn me a million views per game.
Surprisingly, some fellow Daoists still offered their support.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for your donations, monthly tickets, continued reading, and comments!
Finally, it seems a bit too late to send New Year's greetings now, but it's okay, it's only been a short time since the start of the new year.
Regardless of where you read it or whether you pay for it, I wish all those who read this book good fortune.
May all fellow practitioners of the Sword Sect join Song Yan.
Diligently cultivate your sword intent, and do not waste your inspiration.
