Mysterious Resurrection: Starting with Controlling Sadako

Author's Note on Chapter 83's Launch

Author's Note on Chapter 83's Launch (Seeking First Subscription or 2)

I think I'm sick. I can't fall asleep no matter what I do, just staring at the bookshelf on Qidian.

I've finished following all the updates of the old book, and I've lost the motivation to follow the new one.

Refreshing the page repeatedly only brings up the same books I've already finished reading.

The sadness in my heart came for no reason, and my mind was filled with the same two words.

Book drought~

So I wanted to write a book that I would like to read, and it would be even better if others would also enjoy reading it, and that's how this book came about.

The author first submitted to internal submissions, trying each group for half a month, submitting, being rejected, submitting again, being rejected again, and finally failing completely.

However, during this process, many editors gave me a lot of helpful suggestions, and I am very grateful for their suggestions, which made me make some changes to the way I wrote the beginning and the rest of the article.

With no hope of getting in through the inside, he risked everything and sent a direct shot, even if it meant risking a ghostly resurrection, all for the sake of passion. Fortunately, he was eventually rescued.

Thanks to the editors at Time Magazine for saving me, otherwise Wang Liang would have truly become a monster in this book.

The author is not a fully-fledged, reincarnated author; he is a newbie.

Although an outline was written, many details of the plot had to be thought of on the spot. Some plot ideas came to me suddenly, and I knew about them a day earlier than you.

As I write this, I've stumbled along, realizing that writing a book and reading a book are completely different things.

As a bookworm of ten years, I believe I can empathize with some readers and avoid many pitfalls when writing books.

The result was that the different levels of toxicity tolerance among different people were not taken into account, and some details were overlooked, which unintentionally created some toxic spots, haha.

I read every single comment you left during the early stages of writing the book.

There were more people later, but I still saw most of the comments.

The two most controversial parts of the book so far are the attack by the wishing ghost, the counterattack that led to Zhao Kaiming being kicked out, and the deal with Wang Xiaoming.

The wishing ghost was one thing, and there were some displeased comments, but not too many. At least the protagonist's tone towards Zhao Kaiming was relatively assertive, so it wasn't too frustrating, and most people could accept it.

But Wang Xiaoming's case is a bit more serious, or 2.
It's estimated that quite a few people left at the time, and the number of people who followed the post the next day dropped by one or two hundred, with a lot of comments complaining about the loss.

I'm a newbie, and if there's a problem, I think it's definitely my fault, so I'll take your advice. Wang Xiaoming's draft originally only traded one red candle, haha, but fearing he'd get yelled at, he changed it to one red and three white candles, adding a right to reclaim them. The final version was released, and he still got yelled at.

So I listened to advice, took a reader's opinion, and revised half of the ghost money overnight. The noise level was much lower, but it was still there. This is currently the most controversial part.

Most of the remaining problems, such as insufficient content or excessive setup, can be attributed to insufficient updates.

Oh, and there's another problem, one that's a problem for some but not for others: there's too much focus on supporting characters.
Well, those who have read this far should have noticed that I often use the perspective of a "victim" in many places.

It details the scenes of supporting characters facing attacks from the protagonist or other vengeful ghosts, spending a lot of time creating a terrifying atmosphere, just like in a horror movie, in order to gain thrills and emotional value.

Instead of swiftly nailing down everything, whether it's Karami or the big boss, and getting a quick result without even a hint of panic (although that would be the safest approach).

I particularly enjoy getting a sense of satisfaction from other people's attitudes when reading books, which is commonly known as showing off in front of others. Therefore, the coffin nail is only used when the protagonist is 100% certain that the other party is a physical entity and believes that he cannot defeat them.

However, if I write it this way, there will be a lot of descriptions of supporting characters, and the ghosts of the main character will have a relatively high presence, but the main character himself will have a relatively weak presence.

Those who don't like it might think it's weak, or even say the main character disappears, but I don't think that counts, since the main character's ghost is still there, and the main character's ghost is still the main character, haha.

I probably won't change this part. It's a style issue, and it would be difficult to change it. Please be prepared. (or 2)

This book has been number one on the suspense new book chart for most of the past month, and recently it has broken into the top 100 of the overall new book chart. I am very grateful for everyone's support. This is an achievement I never expected.

After all, I just started by writing things that I wanted to read, with the attitude that I just wanted someone to read them, haha, thank you very much.

Currently, there are 8,800 favorites and around 2,000 readers following the story. According to online sources, the ratio of favorites to subscriptions is generally 10 to 1, so I'll tentatively estimate an initial subscription of 800.

If the initial subscription rate is good, I'll write like crazy these next few days and update a few more chapters for you.

The mysterious resurgence has a strong connection with the number "seven," so I'll start with seven chapters! (Holding my head, trembling, trying my best to write, or 2)

It includes the entire storyline of the battle against the ghost tamers of the Yong Sheng Club, allowing you to watch it all at once.

Okay, if you've read this far and haven't quickly skipped the launch announcement, today's update should be out by now. (There might be a slight delay.)
Asking for support by placing an initial order!
I'm begging for recommendation votes, monthly tickets, tips, favorites, and to keep reading! Blah blah blah, I'm begging for everything!
