Shrouding the Heavens: The Ultimate Daoist Venerable
Chapter 107 The Daoist Scripture of the Two Instruments and the Immortal Scripture of the Limitless
Chapter 107 The Yin-Yang Dao Scripture and the Limitless Immortal Scripture
Although tens of thousands of years have passed, the three bodies have been synchronizing information, so they are each aware of their own progress and can accelerate each other's progress by leveraging the achievements of the other two bodies.
After the dust settled in the Primordial Ancient Mine, the deceased Liang Yu did not immediately return to his original body, but instead turned to the Underworld.
Because Liang Yu's task was the lightest, he was the first to complete it. However, after completing it, he also guided Tai Chu in cultivating the Tai Chu Immortal Scripture and strengthened its foundation with source techniques; he also discussed the Dao with Xiaoyao Tianzun and others, thus spending another five thousand years.
Therefore, he actually completed everything and left the Primordial Ancient Mine after 35,000 years. He came to the Underworld not to help Dao Wo Liang Yu, but to help the original Liang Yu.
Now that he has no obstacles in the underworld, he went straight to the depths of the netherworld.
Here, there was an ancient tree of life, belonging to the Underworld Lord. In later generations, this ancient tree of life was obtained by the Dao Yan Emperor from the Eternal Star Domain.
When I, Liang Yu, came to the ancient tree, I saw its true form.
The ancient tree has a strong and vigorous trunk, but its bark is cracked in many places, as if it were old and withered. However, upon closer inspection, it is like a coiled dragon.
The ancient tree's leaves were emerald green and glistening, shimmering with green light and creating streaks of rainbows. A rich life force burst forth, as if shrouding the ancient tree in a mist.
As soon as Liang Yu approached, he felt an overwhelming surge of vitality, as if it were about to penetrate his body through his pores and restore his youth.
If we only consider the wondrous properties of the elixir itself, it might be difficult to distinguish which is superior. However, if we only consider the vitality it contains, then the Tree of Life is undoubtedly number one.
But now, this ancient tree of life grows in the Netherworld, a dark and gloomy burial ground. Its roots are located beside a divine spring.
In the underworld, a place where death energy, yin energy, and corpse energy converge, a divine spring was actually born, which can be described as the reversal of extremes.
I, Liang Yu, have come here to study the mysteries of this place. For life and death are also yin and yang. He has come for the sake of Liang Yu's spiritual cultivation.
About five thousand years later, I, Liang Yu, left the underworld and returned to my original body.
Liang Yu's achievements mainly come from two aspects: his cultivation and the growth of Wuji Immortal Mountain.
In terms of cultivation, Liang Yu successfully comprehended the principles of Yin and Yang by relying on two immortal trees that respectively represent the Yin and Yang principles, as well as the Yin-Yang Immortal Pool derived from the divine spring.
The concept of Yin and Yang is not merely Yin and Yang in a narrow sense, but rather a unity of opposites that can transform into each other, thus giving rise to all laws.
Elements such as heaven and earth, life and death, male and female, hard and soft, movement and stillness, black and yellow, Qian and Kun, spring and autumn, cold and heat, light and darkness, day and night, etc., are all contained within Yin and Yang.
The so-called Wuji gives rise to Taiji, Taiji gives rise to Yin and Yang, and Yin and Yang give rise to the Four Symbols. The Four Symbols are Taiyang (Greater Yang), Taiyin (Greater Yin), Shaoyang (Lesser Yang), and Shaoyin (Lesser Yin), which contain the principle of Yin-Yang transformation.
It is precisely through the changes of Yin and Yang and the Four Symbols that all phenomena and phenomena arise. In other words, Yin and Yang are the essence of change. Therefore, understanding Yin and Yang unifies all phenomena and brings us one step closer to the goal of unifying all phenomena.
The reason I, Liang Yu, went to the underworld was actually to comprehend the opposition and transformation between life and death in order to help my essence perfect this outcome.
Now, Liang Yu has grasped the essence of all changes and uses Yin and Yang to bind all things together, and is only one step away from the final stage of physical evolution, the Chaotic Body.
Of course, it wouldn't necessarily be impossible for Liang Yu to directly transform into a Chaotic Body, but that wouldn't be conducive to his thorough understanding of the Great Dao of Chaos. Therefore, he chose a steady and methodical approach, first mastering the Dao of Yin and Yang, then returning to his origin, reverting to Tai Chi, and transforming into a Chaotic Body. For Liang Yu, who had already grasped the essence of his special physique, the difficulty of transforming into a new physique was decreasing, so he quickly inscribed the Dao of Yin and Yang into his very being.
The new constitution can be called the Two Elements Dao Body.
The most mysterious aspect of this physique is that it can accommodate two extreme forces, and as the physique is developed and cultivation is improved, they can transform into each other without conflict, thus revealing the wonders of Yin and Yang.
Compared to the Myriad Laws Profound Body, this physique has a much higher lower limit. After all, theoretically, as long as a set of opposing and unified forces is cultivated to its extreme, the potential of this physique can be brought into full play.
Speaking of this, a saying that circulated widely in the ancient times of later generations came to Liang Yu's mind: "Which is weaker, the yin or the yang? When yin and yang work together, the world will be ruled by the emperor."
Aren't the sun and the moon the two most profound extreme forces of opposites and unity, constantly transforming into each other?
Well, how come it's another constitution suitable for cultivating both the Yin and Yang Scriptures?
It seems that Liang Yusheng's presence on Ziwei Star is not without reason; he has already developed two different physiques that are compatible with the scriptures of these two human emperors.
Moreover, in his later years in this life, he created an ancient scripture called the Yin-Yang Dao Scripture. This scripture naturally exhaustively explains the principles of Yin and Yang transformations, making it very suitable for the Taiyin Emperor and the Taiyang Emperor to use for advanced cultivation after they have reached the pinnacle of their own Dao.
After all, yin arises from yang, and yang arises from yin.
It can only be said that even before the Taiyin Human Emperor and the Taiyang Holy Emperor were born, Liang Yu had already prepared their advancement references and successors.
This can be considered as taking care of the younger generation in his hometown.
Liang Yu's second achievement was, of course, Wuji Immortal Mountain itself.
The Boundless Immortal Mountain is the Immortal Mountain of later generations, but Liang Yu's intervention caused a slight shift in its evolution. As he gradually understood the essence of this wondrous place and began to decipher its core laws, the changes to the Boundless Immortal Mountain became even more significant.
In this lifetime, Liang Yu successively disassembled and integrated the core treasure land of the Divine Ruins and the entire Xuanqiong Divine Mountain into the Wuji Immortal Mountain. It can be said that the Wuji Immortal Mountain has now become a more wondrous and miraculous place than the Undying Mountain of later generations.
Even so, this extraordinary place is not yet fully developed.
Moreover, because of Liang Yu's Dao Self's research on the Immortal Tomb, his physical body also mastered the method of using Source Technique to intervene in its growth process and transform the wondrous land.
Thus, due to Liang Yu's intervention and transformation, the core laws of this immortal mountain began to evolve in another direction.
The divine spring at the core of Wuji Immortal Mountain was completely transformed into the Yin-Yang Immortal Pool after being modified by Liang Yu. Originally, Liang Yu only used it to comprehend the Dao of Yin and Yang, but because of Dao Wo's research on the Immortal Tomb, he further used this place to transform the entire Wuji Immortal Mountain, causing great changes to the special Dao traces and laws within the mountain.
In this life, Liang Yu not only mastered the Dao of Yin and Yang, but also deciphered the laws and Dao traces within the Wuji Immortal Mountain, creating the Wuji Immortal Scripture.
This Wuji Immortal Scripture is similar to the Taichu Immortal Scripture; both are deciphering and evolving the special laws of this wondrous place. Cultivators can also become children of Wuji Immortal Mountain through this scripture.
However, no one can learn this immortal scripture anymore.
