Chapter 51 Happiness is meeting the right person!

He didn't care whether he was allowed into his house, allowed to stay, or was so rude as to bring a knife into his house and even put it under his pillow, as if he was deliberately guarding against him.

Su Yuqing felt as if her throat was blocked by something, which was very uncomfortable. She had thousands of words of gratitude to say to him, but she couldn't say a single word.

This trust and understanding brought her warmth and touched her heart no less than the actual care in words and deeds.

"In this life, as long as you can meet the right person, your life will be happy enough..."

Grandma's words rang in Su Yuqing's ears. These were the words her grandma said when she was a child and asked her what happiness was.

Because her parents were always arguing, she was caught in the middle and felt very hurt when she was a child.

I often hear parents say that they are not happy at all because of their partner’s problems and that they want to get a divorce.

She didn't know what happiness was, and why her parents quarreled about it. She really wanted an answer.

So she asked her grandmother what the happiness her parents were arguing about was.

Grandma gave her this short and straightforward answer.

She was still very ignorant at the time and didn't quite understand what her grandmother said.

Now when I think back to the definition of happiness given by my grandmother, it seems very simple, but it is something that many people find difficult to achieve in their entire lives.

Su Yuqing was grateful at this moment, and thanked God for letting her meet such a person.

She did not expect any further development with the boy in her heart. As long as they could spend one more day together, every day spent would be equivalent to extra happiness earned by her.

As long as she can be with this boy, she is willing to treat every day from now on as the happiest day of her life.

In this way, even if the two eventually part ways and one finds his or her own happiness, when one recalls the experiences of these days, one will feel strong and warm in the heart.

However, when she really thought about the boy in her heart leaving her world, she couldn't help but feel a heart-wrenching pain.

She covered her heart and took a few deep breaths before she gradually calmed down.

Watching Chen Mo pat the pillow a few times and put it back in its original place, Su Yuqing suddenly realized that she hadn't woken up in the middle of the night for three days.

She slowly walked to the bed, took out the fruit knife that once gave her a false sense of security from under the pillow, put it in the drawer of the cabinet next to her, and put it away.

She no longer needs this thing to give her a sense of security.

When I returned to the living room, I saw Chen Mo taking out two cups of yogurt from the refrigerator.

"Drinking some yogurt after a meal is good for your health."

Chen Mo smiled and unscrewed a cup of yogurt and walked in front of Su Yuqing. He put the yogurt cover with a lot of yogurt in Su Yuqing's mouth and said with a smile: "Come and lick it, don't waste it."

Su Yuqing stared blankly at the yogurt lid so close to her. The plastic sheet covered with milk foam hung at her lips like the first snow that had not yet fallen.

Chen Mo's smiling eyes shone with tiny glints under the warm yellow light of the kitchen. The hand holding the lid slightly raised the lid and shook it as if urging.

Su Yuqing suddenly felt the tips of her ears burning, but she still obediently parted her lips slightly, lowered her eyelashes, and leaned closer to the thin piece of plastic. The moment the tip of her tongue gently rolled up the curd, the remaining yogurt spread a sweet and sour ripple on her taste buds. Looking at Su Yuqing's adorable appearance like a kitten, Chen Mo was a little mesmerized for a moment.

He didn't come to his senses until the other person raised his eyes and looked at him blankly.

"I was afraid that you were not used to the original flavor, so I opened a bottle of sweeter one for you. What do you think?" Chen Mo's voice brushed past his ear with a whisper.

"It's pretty good." Su Yuqing took the yogurt bottle and lid from Chen Mo's hand, took a step back shyly, and then replied with a smile.

Chen Mo smiled, unscrewed his own bottle, and started drinking.

Su Yuqing looked at the yogurt stains around his mouth, immediately grabbed the tissue next to her, gently reached out, looked at his mouth, and gently wiped it.

After doing all this subconsciously, she suddenly felt that the situation between them was a little ambiguous.

She immediately walked out of the kitchen shyly and sat on the sofa in the living room. Like a baby, she held the yogurt bottle in both hands and started drinking it bit by bit.

Chen Mo was almost melted by her cute appearance.

Although Su Yuqing seemed to be drinking yogurt obediently, in fact, all her attention was on Chen Mo.

Noticing that Chen Mo was staring at her intently, Su Yuqing's earlobes seemed like clouds burned by the sunset, and turned crimson the moment the boy's eyes touched them.

The swallowing movement in the throat suddenly became clumsy and long, and the path of the yogurt sliding through the esophagus meandered into a cool stream under Chen Mo's gaze.

She unconsciously stroked the water droplets condensed on the bottle, her fingertips leaving wet lines on the cold glass, and her drooping hair swept across her hot cheeks, as if to cover up all the flaws that revealed her thoughts, but the light leaking through the gaps in her hair clearly reminded her - he was still watching, he was still watching.

The sweetness on the tip of the tongue suddenly turned into melted honey, stickily wrapping around every taste bud.

As her throat rolled, she heard the rapid vibration of her heartbeat.

She lowered her head to stare at the water droplets on the bottle that were about to fall, and her eyes fell on Chen Mo. She had the illusion that Chen Mo's gaze was turning into a physical entity, climbing from her curled toes to her trembling knees, and finally resting on the crook of her neck that rose and fell with her swallowing.

This made Su Yuqing so shy that her exposed ankles unconsciously rubbed against each other.

Chen Mo also noticed that Su Yuqing noticed his gaze. Looking at her shy look, he couldn't help but find it very interesting.

He smiled and sat down next to Su Yuqing. He looked at her closely and said with a smile, "Miss Nanny, can you lend me your shoulder so I can take a nap? I just ate and it's uncomfortable to lie down. It would be nice to have someone to lean on."

Su Yuqing looked at Chen Mo with a slightly red face and nodded.

When Chen Mo leaned over gently and his hair brushed across her collarbone, Su Yuqing's body suddenly stiffened, and she felt as if all the blood in her body had solidified into jelly.

The weight of the boy's head seeped into his shoulder blades through his thin school uniform. She was like a butterfly specimen nailed to the sofa, not even daring to flutter her eyelashes.

The scent of sandalwood shampoo emanating from the back of Chen Mo's neck, mixed with the smell of sunlight, was entering her nostrils with her breath. The scent of teenage hormones in it caused Su Yuqing's body temperature to slowly rise.

Chen Mo's hanging hair swept across Su Yuqing's neck as he breathed, making Su Yuqing feel like every touch was like a feather pen dipped in electric current touching her skin, making her feel itchy, numb and tingling. She couldn't help but subconsciously synchronize with Chen Mo's breathing frequency.
