Chapter 83 The Chaotic Battle Ends
With a deafening crash, Spider-Man delivered a beautiful spinning kick, sending the charred and maimed Deadpool flying out of the casino. Deadpool's body shattered the stained-glass window like a rag doll, arcing through the night sky before crashing heavily into a neon sign across the street with a grating, metallic clang.

The balance of power shifted—Cyclops's red shockwave traced a scorching path through the air, helping the Beast suppress the raging red Omega. Meanwhile, Wolverine Logan faced a combined attack from Daken and Sabretooth alone, not counting Peter and Cindy, who were now free to fight.

The battle between Red Omega and Beast was particularly intense. While Beast possessed superhuman strength, years of dedicated research had dulled his fighting skills. His thick blue fur was now covered in sweat, and his muscles trembled slightly from overexertion. Red Omega, on the other hand, his old rival who had once fought Wolverine to a standstill, delivered every punch with deadly precision. Even more terrifying was the death pheromone emanating from him, which, like a poisonous fog, eroded Beast's stamina, turning his once-proud strength and physical prowess into a disadvantage.

The Beast's earlier pounce had successfully pinned Red Omega to the ground, but now he was being countered. Red Omega's iron fists rained down, each blow leaving bruises on the Beast's solid muscles. Cyclops had to turn around, his quartz glasses flashing a dangerous red light, ready to support his old comrade at any moment, but because the two were too close together, it was difficult to find a suitable opportunity to shoot.

With that warning, Spider-Man descended from the sky in a perfect parabola. Mimicking the Hulk's signature jump slam, he concentrated all his power in his fists and slammed them hard into Red Omega's spine. The impact shook the entire casino floor, and Red Omega let out a scream that was inhuman.

The death pheromones took effect almost instantly, and Peter felt his power weaken—almost to the point where he could regain control.

He clenched his fist and vanished, shouting to Cindy, "Silk? Go help Wolverine, I'm... in great shape!"

Peter looked at the guy and felt a little nostalgic. If he could carry the red Omega or his death pheromones with him at all times, he could get through the days before the gene fusion.

Moreover, there's a real advantage to dealing with these undead creatures: you don't have to worry about killing them, which is great.

"And who is this Ajax?"

"A mad scientist under Stryker who took over the Weapon X project after Stryker's death."

Logan extended the steel claw in the middle of his right hand, cut the cellophane off the cigar, and lit it: "After the battle at the dam, we handed over Stryker's materials to the President of the United States, the former President. He terminated Weapon X, but those guys inside chose to escape and continue the program. I've been tracking them down for years, and in the last two years, I found their trail in Madrid."

"Ajax got their hands on the gene editing device and wants to use it along with weapons to create mutant weapons using existing mutant genes. That's about it."

Logan exhaled a smoke ring and spoke calmly, but Cyclops became excited.

He received no response.

“Well… kids, maybe this is a little too complicated for you.” The Beast said helplessly to Peter and Cindy, “They’ve always been like this. Give them some time, and everything will be alright.”
