Chapter 90 The Mysterious Female Yin-Yang Inner Elixir

Chapter 90 The Mysterious Female Yin-Yang Inner Elixir
Xu Zhen was raised in the Silver Toad Cave by the Fairy of Fallen Red, Zhe Hongying, who taught him the Cauldron Scroll of the Mysterious Female True Scripture. Afterwards, she often came to see him, and the two would exchange tender words and rewards.

Xu Zhen had no idea what fate awaited him. He only thought that the fairy was beautiful, gentle, and willing to pass on her magic, something he had never dared to dream of before.

He was very content and cultivated for more than two years. During this time, Zhe Hongying also captured many virgin women for him to absorb yin and yang to help him quickly build an alchemical furnace in his abdomen.

This method uses his body as a furnace, and it's a one-time use method. It doesn't require Qi cultivation or foundation building; instead, it directly forges the elixir furnace. There's no need to refine evil spirits or qi energy later; it directly refines the inner elixir, which can then be used for self-cultivation.

In his spare time, Xu Zhen studied the internal Taoist texts left by Shen Jin and found that the cultivation steps and concepts were completely different, with many things missing.

He consulted Zhe Hongying, who told him that what she taught was the orthodox Xuanmen, while others' teachings were unorthodox and heretical. She advised him to focus on what she taught, and that he could study and practice other minor techniques, but not to take them seriously.

Xu Zhen initially believed it wholeheartedly, but as he practiced, he always felt that something was wrong.

There's another strange thing: Zhe Hongying actually sought out other women to perform yin-yang tonification for him. He knew that if a woman deeply loved a man, she would want to possess him exclusively and wouldn't want to share him with others.

There must be another reason why Zhe Hongying did this. After a long period of careful observation, testing, and probing, he discovered that Zhe Hongying did not love him at all and was hiding many things from him.

With the three-year deadline fast approaching and his inner core about to be refined, Zhe Hongying's eagerness became increasingly apparent.

He secretly made many preparations until he completed the inner elixir. Then Zhe Hongying came to steal his inner elixir and absorb his vital essence.

He asked Zhe Hongying what she wanted to do, but Zhe Hongying didn't take him seriously at all. She revealed her vicious side, first releasing eight red needles to nail Xu Zhen to the bed, and then directly told him.

Only then did he learn the whole story, and he began the preparations that had been made beforehand.

His second hand was a silver toad with a winnowing basket.

The silver toad from Jidou is a local specialty. The Taoist book left by Shen Jin contains thirteen methods for cultivating the silver toad. Xu Zhen chose one of them, taking Kan water and Xuanbing from the bottom of the nearby icy pool, and combining it with his own Dan Qi to create a Xuanbing Sha, which he then infused into the silver toad's body.

After a period of refinement, the silver toad was able to exhale extremely cold profound energy.

He had secretly hidden the silver toad inside the stone wall. He pretended to be unable to resist Zhe Hongying's abduction while on the bed, allowing her to absorb a large amount of his primordial yang energy. In the end, even his inner elixir was about to leak out. Just as he was about to ejaculate, Zhe Hongying also sent out her primordial yin inner elixir, which she had cultivated for many years, to merge with it. Yin and yang attracted each other and were about to merge.

Xu Zhen suddenly launched an ambush. The wall behind Zhe Hongying suddenly cracked open, revealing a silver toad that spewed out an extremely cold stream of energy that struck Zhe Hongying. Zhe Hongying was in the midst of yin and yang harmony, her pores wide open and beads of sweat forming on her skin. This cold energy immediately caused a chilling poison to enter her body, freezing all her meridians!
Xu Zhen took the opportunity to forcibly absorb the fused inner cores back, not only taking back his own primordial yang inner core, but also absorbing Zhe Hongying's primordial yin inner core that she had cultivated for sixty years!
Zhe Hongying is the grand-disciple of Wen Jingluan and Xu Chaiyan. She has been cultivating Taoism for over sixty years, during which time she has harmed countless strong young men and handsome teenagers. The Xuanpin Yuanyin Inner Core that she condensed throughout her life was thus given to Xu Zhen for nothing!
Xu Zhen took her inner core and found that her body was stiff, her limbs were paralyzed, she was covered in cold sweat, her mouth was crooked, her eyes were slanted, and tears and snot were streaming down her face.

Her skin aged rapidly, wrinkles and spots appeared, and her hair began to turn white. Her once youthful and beautiful appearance, like that of a girl in her twenties, turned into that of an old woman in her eighties!

If Xu Zhen hadn't absorbed her inner core, she would have suffered a qi deviation, but she could have recovered after cultivating for a period of time.

Once his inner core was lost, and he suffered a heavy blow at the most critical moment, his vital energy was depleted, and he immediately became old and paralyzed, not far from death!
Xu Zhen was also terrified, but he was pinned down by the Fallen Blood Flying Needle and couldn't move for the time being, so he could only collect the inner core and melt it first.

The techniques of the Puyang Sect are also quite miraculous. If Zhe Hongying had absorbed his Yuan Yang Inner Core, the two would have merged to form a Xuanpin Yuan Yin Inner Core. But now that he has absorbed Zhe Hongying's Inner Core, after merging with it, it has become a Xuanpin Yuan Yang Inner Core again.

Zhe Hongying lost her inner core and went into a qi deviation. The Falling Red Needles, lacking magical support, were quickly forced out of her body by her internal energy.

Xu Zhen hurriedly jumped off the bed, momentarily terrified and unsure of what to do.

Zhe Hongying lay paralyzed on the bed. Although she wished she could tear Xu Zhen to pieces, she was powerless to do so. Instead, she could only tremblingly tell Xu Zhen about their relationship over the past three years, begging him to let her go, heal her wounds, and send her back to Xuanpin Mountain.

Xu Zhen remembered that she still had a sect, a master, uncles and aunts, senior and junior sisters, senior and junior brothers, such a big family. If they found out and came to take revenge, she would either be torn to pieces or sucked dry!

Since things had come to this point, Xu Zhen decided to go all the way. He cast a spell to summon a flying sword, beheaded Zhe Hongying, and then moved the body outside the cave, burning it to ashes with alchemical fire to completely destroy the evidence and prevent future troubles.

After killing Zhe Hongying, he was filled with anxiety and worried day and night for a long time. When he found that no one from the Puyang faction came to seek revenge, he gradually calmed down and began to sort out Zhe Hongying's belongings.

Zhe Hongying's Qiankun bag contained many valuable items, including a copy of the "Mysterious Female True Scripture," which contained the authentic lineage of the Three Peaks' method of absorbing yin and yang—a rewarding technique unimaginable to most people in their lifetime. Reading it would greatly enhance one's understanding. He had also absorbed Zhe Hongying's inner core, allowing him to continue cultivating this alchemical text.

Now, there are two girls he found in his hometown in his cave. They are both valiant and skilled horse-riding women. They have been enjoying themselves day and night. He has not been willing to take their essence, but has only enjoyed himself. In the end, he has dissipated a lot of his elixir energy.

"If you had told the truth earlier, you wouldn't have needed Zhe Hongying to scare me, and you wouldn't have lost your life!"

Xu Zhen was devastated upon hearing this, but he couldn't shed a tear since he no longer had a physical body.

Yang Qisheng then asked Shen Jin how he wanted to deal with Xu Zhen.

Shen Jin, however, took a good liking to this uninvited guest who had occupied his cave dwelling, and flew out from Yang Qisheng's sleeve.

He said to Xu Zhen, "You've managed to cultivate my Daoist arts to this extent, which means we have a connection. You were also able to fight back and kill the demoness, showing both courage and strategy. Now that you've lost your physical body, and I've also fallen into this predicament, I happen to possess a method for cultivating from a ghost immortal to an earth immortal."
You too can cultivate to the Nascent Soul stage in the future. If you are willing, I can take you as my disciple, and I will personally teach you the Dao. If you are not willing, you can seek help from Fellow Daoist Yang; he has a method for soul transfer and reincarnation, which can send you to be reborn as a human in the future.”

Xu Zhen looked at the little wooden puppet wrapped in a ball of dark green fire and felt that he was not a good person. He was terrified.

But he dared not say anything else, and immediately began to kowtow frantically in the dark lamp: "Master above, please accept my bow! Your disciple kowtows to you! May Master stay young forever and live a long life!"

Shen Jin looked at Yang Qisheng, who then asked Xiaoqian to release him from the dark lamp.

This person's physical body was destroyed by his own hand, which means he was killed by him. He is very likely to hold a grudge and seek revenge in the future.

Yang Qisheng wanted to make him swear not to harbor resentment, but then he thought, why should he be afraid of him? If he wanted revenge, let him come.

If his master Shen Jin fails to teach him properly, and he continues to be ungrateful, he will kill him again!
Shen Jin, having cultivated for a long time, was also an old hand in the world and knew about this hidden danger. Yang Qisheng had sent him back from afar, which could be considered as helping him reclaim his cave. Yang Qisheng couldn't be blamed for being inside.

He said to Xu Zhen, "While I was away, you secretly occupied my cave and stole my Taoist books. I should have beheaded you with my flying sword and reduced your bones to ashes! Fortunately, Yang Qisheng destroyed your physical body first, leaving you only with your soul, just like I am now."

Because of this karmic connection, I will not only spare your life, but also take you as my disciple. If you harbor resentment, whether you hate him or me, it's all the same; I will surely cause your soul to be scattered and your spirit to turn to ashes. If you know right from wrong, I will wholeheartedly teach you the Dao.
"Study diligently, and you will inherit my lineage. We, teacher and disciple, will be benevolent and filial. Cultivate diligently to become Earth Immortals, attaining the realm of immortality and paving a path to enlightenment for all ghosts, immortals, and wronged souls. This will be of immense merit, and your future achievements will be limitless!"

Xu Zhen was a smart man. He understood the meaning behind Shen Jin's words and hurriedly kowtowed while crying and saying, "I was originally a shepherd boy on the grassland. By chance, a fairy took a liking to me and brought me here to teach me the Tao."

I genuinely considered her my master, and respected and loved her. Little did I know she harbored ill intentions from the very beginning, intending to kill me. I was forced into a corner and killed her in a desperate act. Now I am a lonely ghost.
I thought my path to immortality was over, but I never expected that you two immortal masters would open another gate for me, allowing me to continue my cultivation and surpass even mortals. I, Xu Zhen, am eternally grateful and would never dare to harbor the slightest resentment towards you. If I did, may I be struck by lightning!

Shen Jin then told him to get up.

Upon entering the cave, Yang Qisheng found two girls whose clothes were disheveled.

These two women were horse herders from the nearby grasslands. They came with Xu Zhen voluntarily, partly because they loved his handsome appearance and partly because they could enjoy a peaceful and carefree life with him in the mountains.

Now that Xu Zhen is dead and has become the disciple of a wooden man with a deep ghostly aura, although he was a little scared, he quickly calmed down.

Yang Qisheng said he could take them home.

After discussing it, the two decided to stay in the cave as maids and continue to serve Shen Jin and his disciples in their cultivation.

Yang Qisheng didn't force them; it was their own choice, and he was happy with that.

Shen Jin is a puppet, and Xu Zhen is a newly transformed ghost. Although they possess self-cultivated evil energy and a Xuanpin inner core, they are unable to do many things. It would be good to have two living people doing odd jobs in the cave.
