Chapter 9 Breakout
Quan Tiehua was running at full speed. The servo skull ahead was rapidly guiding the way. He needed to find a passage that would allow all his brothers to break through quickly.

When he installed the remaining molten metal bombs in all the deck compartments below the bridge, his purpose was to blow the enemy inside the bridge directly through and make them fall to the lowest level of the ship.

But who could have imagined that such a sudden change would occur, that these great demons would emerge without any sacrifice?

It hit his helmet directly, just centimeters from his eyes. The violent flash of light instantly blinded the soldier, whose senses were already heightened by the noise.

This sudden change also instantly interrupted the other noise warriors who were still immersed in pleasure.

The swift reaction placed the team members still holding boarding shields at the forefront, blocking the entire corridor as they advanced rapidly. The century-old veterans of the first company, clad in Terminator armor, brought up the rear, holding back the surrounding Chaos Demons.

Quan Tiehua had already spotted the panicked noise warriors. Without hesitation, he drew his combat dagger and burst through the smoke like a demon.

Because of its excessive speed, the thick smoke formed an invisible, wispy cloak behind him.

He switched from the explosive rifle to the explosive pistol and opened fire on the noise fighters more than ten meters away.

The speed of the Astartes is like that of a high-speed tank; even though the recruits are not as fast, their speed is still unstoppable.

After taking the sonic attack from the Noise Warrior head-on with his thick shoulder armor, he forcibly suppressed the negative emotions and discomfort caused by the trembling of his internal organs. He immediately lunged forward, assuming a jumping slash stance.

This move successfully deceived the remaining noise warriors, and he immediately pulled his body down sharply. His explosive gun followed swiftly, and with a turn, he fired repeatedly at one of the noise warriors' chins, smashing half of the evil head off.

The other noise warriors reacted and began to focus their fire on his direction. However, due to the sonic blaster's disadvantage in close combat, although its power was amplified in this confined space, the time required for launch had become a fatal flaw.

Without hesitation, they switched weapons one by one to explosive guns and began firing directly at the falling corpse.

Quan Tiehua, however, used the corpse of the Noise Warrior who was about to fall as a defensive measure, and while enduring the concentrated fire, he quickly rushed towards the nearest Noise Warrior.

Firepower followed closely, but he didn't attack. Instead, just as he was about to get close, he kicked the corpse in his hand towards the noise warrior.

Then, with a turn, he pounced on a noise warrior on the other side like a hungry wolf.

The other noise warriors reacted quickly, hastily changing their firing line. However, Quan Tiehua had already reached the noise warrior's side, his dagger aimed at his neck, but the noise warrior merely sidestepped, the dagger striking his hard shoulder blade instead.

The noise warrior then delivered a powerful iron-mountain lean, the spikes on his shoulder armor instantly piercing through the power armor on Quan Tiehua's arm.

A sharp pain shot through him, followed by the destructive siren that had been teetering on the Noise Warrior's power backpack.

A violent sonic attack arrived instantly. In just one second of contact with the sonic wave, Quan Tiehua's helmet visor shattered, and blood flowed from inside.

Taking this attack head-on was extremely painful. At this moment, all of Quan Tiehua's internal organs were trembling and resonating. Blood flowed from his seven orifices like a lively little snake.

But he persevered, gritting his teeth, and quickly turned his explosive pistol around, emptying the magazine directly into his vulnerable abdomen.

The terrifying bomb, delivered at close range, shattered the noise warrior's waist and abdomen into pieces, forcing his lower body to his knees.

However, Quan Tiehua held his upper body in his hand as if he were holding a shield.

Although the sonic attack lasted for quite a while, it still caused some damage to Quan Tiehua.
