Chapter 771 The plan cannot keep up with the changes

In the end, Lyon left the northern foothills and returned to the farm.

Robin had already finished get off work, but the sailor hat that had been lent to Robin was left on the windowsill of the house, and a small stone was used to press it down to prevent the hat from being blown away by the wind.

He put the hat away and brought it back into the house along with the sailor hat on his head that belonged to Sofia. Leon stuffed his hat into the treasure chest and hung Sofia's hat on the clothes hanger at the door.

Abigail had not come back yet, and Lyon guessed that there would be no guests in the evening, so he just made some food to satisfy his hunger. After eating and drinking, he took a bath, made a cup of green tea, and sat on the balcony on the second floor, admiring the rain outside.

Without the help of modern technology such as mobile phones, computers, games and televisions, rural life is actually quite boring. Although some people think that this kind of life is close to nature, Lyon is not one of them.

However, occasionally in his spare time, just daydreaming and looking at the scenery is a good way to relax, so Lyon is still enjoying it at the moment.

But after sitting for a long time, the comfort gradually wore away. Leon got up and returned to the room. Finally, he chose to go to bed early to spend this long night alone.

When Leon opened his eyes again, it was already bright outside. The birdsong in the treetops in the morning was the best alarm clock, waking up Leon's brain.

After getting up from the bed, changing clothes and washing up, Leon went downstairs and started preparing breakfast.

After finishing breakfast, Leon turned on the TV to check his fortune for the day.

"The elves are very happy today. Good luck to you, Leon."

Listening to Wilvik's words, Lyon turned off the TV with satisfaction and walked out.

Outside the door is a field planted with crops. After a rain of life, the crops in the field are growing well. After only one day, the growth of these crops seems to have lasted for more than a week. Many crops are about to mature, and most of them are bearing fruit. If Leon had not seen the green fluorescence representing the maturity of the crops, he would have been unable to resist picking them.

But there are also immature crops. For example, the ancient fruits that appear very sparse compared to other crops have already grown fruits at the top.

Although there is only one on each plant, it shines like a jewel in a laurel crown.

The bright blue peel reflects the luster of a light bulb in the sun. It feels quite hard when you touch it, and the fruit feels heavy, like a handicraft.

Fortunately, the green leaves on its fruit stalk prove that it is indeed a plant.

"Ancient Fruit (Fruit): Fruit that has been hibernating for millions of years."

"It's finally cooked."

Looking at the ancient fruit in his hand, Leon sighed.

After all, the fruit seedlings haven't grown for a long time, and Lyon even suspects that the fruit will not be produced.

After collecting other ancient fruits, Leon took them all back to the treasure chest for storage.

Although he was curious about the taste of the ancient fruits, unfortunately they were needed to be kept for seeds, so Lyon could only turn a blind eye.

When I came out of the house again, Robin drove into the farm just in time. "Good morning, Leon. By the end of today, your barn is done and we're going to start preparing the swimming pool. Do you have any design requirements?"

"Well, can the construction of the swimming pool be cancelled? I want to change it into two fish ponds." Lyon asked immediately after hearing this.

Although the swimming pool is nice, it is just entertainment equipment. If possible, it is better to build a fish pond first. Although we can place an order together, Lyon has no money on hand.

"Of course it's no problem, but you'll need to get some materials." Robin smiled and reminded Leon, "Building a fish pond requires laying appropriate oxygen-supplying plants on the bottom of the pond. Freshwater fish ponds require 10 parts of green algae, and saltwater fish ponds require parts of seaweed."

"No problem. Do I need to pay for the construction cost?" Lyon was not surprised to hear this. After all, he had long known that algae were needed to build fish ponds. He was just worried that he would not have enough money to build a swimming pool.

"We're so familiar with each other, there's no need to make up for the small price difference." Robin waved his hand and ignored the question.

"Now you just need to prepare fresh green algae and seaweed for me, and I will start building the fish pond for you tomorrow."

"I owe you a favor. I'll prepare these materials." Leon said to Robin seriously. Robin was generous, but he couldn't take it for granted.

Robin didn't respond, but just smiled at Leon. After parking the car, he went to work at the chicken coop.

Lyon continued to inspect the fields and found that there were no other mature crops, so he took the rice grains to feed the chickens.

At the same time, he did not forget to go to the cave to collect mushrooms in the culture tank and the grapes left on the ground by fruit bats. Finally, he went to the oak forest on the farm to check the condition of the sap collector.

Each collection bucket is already half full of resin. It is estimated that a large amount of oak resin will be harvested in two or three days.

Before leaving, Lyon took out the mushroom stump made of hardwood that he had just learned yesterday and borrowed for free from Mr. Linus, and placed it in the gap between the two oak trees. Although the mushroom stump was not small, there were still aisles on both sides that were large enough for one person to pass through.

At this moment, Lyon was extremely glad that he had reserved enough space when he planted the oak. At first, it was just to allow the oak tree to have enough space to grow. Now it seems that it also makes it convenient for him to place mushroom stumps in the gaps in the future.

After finishing all this, Leon took out his bicycle and rode towards Pelican Town.

This time, he wanted to go to the beach first to find Willy.

He had seaweed, and he would occasionally catch some when fishing, but he had never stockpiled freshwater green algae. Leon thought Willy should have a way.

And Willy should have some rainbow trout on hand, which he would have to take and put into the bait making machine to process it into special bait for rainbow trout, as a strategic reserve for the subsequent trout competition.

After that, he went to the blacksmith shop to get back the almost upgraded golden pickaxe, and donated the ghost crystal left to him by the dwarf to the museum as an exhibit.

There are so many things to do as soon as I get up. Lyon feels that the boredom he felt when watching the rain last night was really just complaining. It was because he had nothing to do and he didn't think about doing anything. He really needs to get busy. There are too many problems that he needs to deal with.

But plans are plans, and reality will not go as smoothly as Lyon planned, because when he just entered Pelican Town, before Lyon could go to the beach to find Willy, he was stopped by Lewis at the hospital gate.

“Leon, are you busy now? I need your help with something urgent.”
