A farming master in Stardew Valley

Chapter 647 Artistic Creation

Chapter 647 Artistic Creation
"I've already eaten, so there's no need to prepare anything for me."

Leon declined Emily's suggestion: "These two bottles of wine are the first batch just brewed on the farm. The quantity is small, so I wanted to give them to everyone to try. You don't need to be polite, because almost everyone has got one. After Haili finishes sweeping the floor, I should leave. I still have work in the afternoon."

"Okay." Emily didn't force it. She took the two bottles of wine and put them in the wine cabinet in the kitchen, then went into the kitchen.

And Haili also quickened her pace, swept the floor clean, and then poured the garbage in the dustpan into the trash can: "Thank you, Leon, the sofa can be put down now."

"Well, don't go out. Stay and have dinner with Emily. There's nothing to argue about between two sisters. I'm leaving first."

Leon gently put down the sofa, reminded Haley, and prepared to leave.

"I'm afraid Emily won't be very nice to me. She might be really angry today." Thinking of Emily just now, Haley shook her head and complained, "And I guess she won't talk to me for a day or two."

"Not really?" Leon was a little confused when he heard that. After all, in his eyes, Emily had always been easy to talk to.

"Because the time is not right today, Emily is not like this usually." Haley felt a little regretful at this moment. She was so angry during the quarrel that she only thought about winning or losing and did not consider some off-field factors.

"I understand. These are the days of every month." Lyon understood immediately. After all, the only thing that could make a good-tempered girl suddenly go berserk is that relatives have come.

Haili glanced at Yanang with disdain and said teasingly, "You're pretty quick on this, aren't you?"

"Is this hard to understand? After all, I'm not a savage, so I still know some common sense." Leon shrugged and complained.

"You should think about how to ease your sister's mood."

"Well, I'll do the housework this week. I hope this will make Emily feel better." Haley sighed and chose to compromise.

"Come on, I'm optimistic about you."

Leon said something perfunctorily to Haley, then ran away at the speed of light.

He walked out of the door and ran straight to Jody's house next door and knocked on the door.

"Hi, Leon, good afternoon." It was Jody who opened the door, with a gentle and warm smile on his face.

"Good afternoon, Jody. Here's to you."

Leon took out a bottle of cactus wine and handed it to Jody. There was only one bottle of coconut wine left, and he planned to leave it for Abigail.

"Did you brew this yourself? Oh, thank you, it's a really nice gift." Seeing that the bottle was bare without a label, Jody understood the origin of the wine.

"Smart, I brewed it, but there isn't much, so I planned to send some to my friends in Pelican Town to try." Leon nodded and explained.

"It seems that you have completely integrated into the community. This is really a good thing. I still remember when I first met you, you looked unfamiliar and restrained with everything around you." Jody covered his mouth and smiled and teased Leon.

"Come in and have a cup of tea. If you haven't eaten, I can make you a sandwich."

"No, I still have some things to do, so I won't bother you anymore. The things have been delivered, and I should leave now." Leon replied with a smile.

"Okay, then I won't keep you any longer. By the way, Leon, do you have cauliflower on your farm? I want to buy one as an ingredient for dinner. The cauliflower at Pierre's is not very fresh." Jody suddenly said before Leon left.

"No problem, I'll send it to you later?" Lyon remembered that there were still some cauliflowers left in the box, and immediately agreed to Jody's request.

"No need. I'm planning to take a walk this afternoon. I'll go to your farm to get it myself and take a look at what you've done with it. I hope you won't object," Jody suggested.

"Of course you're welcome. I'll wait for you at the farm. I'll go first."

Leon confirmed, then said goodbye to Jody.

There is a coal forest to the west of Liuxiang, so Leon walked directly along the west side, but he was not in a hurry to go back. Instead, he went to Marnie's farm by the way.

I gave Mani a bottle of cactus wine. Although I declined Mani's invitation to sit for a while, I received a gift from Mani before leaving, a box of packaged fresh eggs.

After saying goodbye to Marnie, Leon continued to stroll in the coal forest. The next place he was going to was Leah's cabin. Fortunately, Leah was in the house.

"Hi, Leon, good afternoon, have you eaten?"

Leah, who opened the door, was holding a tortilla in her hand. There seemed to be some vegetables rolled in it, and it looked quite delicious.

"I've eaten. Let me give you a bottle of wine. It's homemade and not too strong." Lyon took out a bottle of cactus wine and handed it to Leah.

"Thank you. It's great to have such a generous and talented neighbor. I didn't know you could make wine." Leah looked at Leon in surprise.

"I've just started trying it, so don't expect too much from the taste. But it's drinkable, and it's pretty safe," Lyon said self-deprecatingly.

"By the way, since you're here, I just happen to have something to give you. Come in and sit for a while."

Leah invited Leon into the house, then went to look for her easel and quickly took out a framed sketch.

"Hey, this is for you. It's a thank you gift for helping me get rid of that horrible mannequin last time."

Looking at the sketch that Leah handed over, Leon's face turned red.

Because the picture in this sketch is a scene with Leon as the protagonist. In the scene, Leon holds up the Galaxy Watermelon Knife and faces the demonized cursed mannequin on the other side. The composition is very beautiful. Although the lines are simple, it can be seen that Leah painted it very seriously. At least Leon's side face and back in the picture are still quite handsome and tall.

The overall style of the picture seems a bit childish, which is why Leon feels ashamed.

"It's a bit of artistic processing, but honestly, the feeling you gave me at that time was the same as in the picture, a warrior who bravely faced danger." Leia saw Leon's embarrassment and explained.

"But, I remember that I was just swinging the knife at a dummy, and the dummy didn't resist, it was like a piece of wood." Leon reminded.

"So this is art," Leah said, winking at Leon playfully.

"Okay, I understand. I'll take the painting. It's a great piece of work. Thank you."

Having said that, Leon decided to take the painting back and throw it directly into the treasure chest to seal it permanently. It would be too embarrassing to really hang it on the wall.
