I am a master in India

Chapter 66 Everyone is talented and speaks nicely.
Ron actually knew most of the so-called new friends Luca mentioned.

As soon as they stepped into Leopold's wide archway, Dijang and Viraj waved towards them familiarly.

"Aha, see, people with similar interests don't need to be introduced at all, they will naturally become friends." Dijiang laughed while holding his glass.

"Before, Luca said that he knew a powerful guy in Mumbai. I was wondering who the hell that guy was? Is he as powerful as me? Now I know, and I'm not surprised at all." Viraj still looked as if he didn't care about anything.

"Do you know each other?" It was only then that Luca realized.

"These two guys come to the bar more often than the waiters. Everyone here knows them."

A few people laughed, and Ron sat down at the marble table familiarly. Unlike the clamor outside, the bar, though full of patrons, still seemed like an oasis of tranquility.

Yes, the bar lobby was newly decorated. Dozens of fruits were displayed on one wall: paw paw, papaya, tomato, grapes, banana, mango. There was a dazzling array of fruits.

Anyone who enters this small world of light, color, and abundant wood paneling is struck by its faded yet still gorgeous elegance.

"Are you surprised?" Viraj raised his eyebrows proudly. "It's the peak tourist season, you know, and bars are doing everything they can to attract customers."

"Ron, you've fallen. I haven't seen you at Leopold's for a whole month!" Dejan gasped dramatically, "This is crazy. You haven't even met our new friend yet. Right, Hela?"

"Yeah, hello, Ron, I often hear them talk about you." Hela was a beautiful British girl. She was wearing a fine ivory brocade jacket, a loose brown satin skirt, and a pair of long boots.

Her eyes were charming, direct, confident, and radiated sarcasm and mystery. This wasn't directed at Ron; she was like this to everyone.

"Hello, Hela, I feel very friendly when I see British people now. Just yesterday I saw off a student tour group from the UK. They were very polite and generous." Ron was in a good mood and clinked glasses with her.

"The French are the most civilized and polite people in the world. Ron, you should go and solicit their business." Dijiang interrupted.

“Brother, once you create a Shakespeare from the village and the vineyard, I might agree with you.” Hela said in a low voice with a smile that was half cordial and half superior.

"Make no mistake, mademoiselle, I respect your Shakespeare," Dijan retorted, laughing heartily. "I like English because it has so much French in it."

Everyone laughed again, and Hela angrily told him to shut up. This guy was definitely good at offending people.

"Okay, let's talk about you, Ron. How did you know Luca? And Kavya said you're busy with a big business recently! Man, you're so serious that it makes us look incompetent." Viraj was still interested in Ron's experience.

"Luca was introduced to me by Mary and the others. I helped him solve a small problem at that time."

"Yeah, this guy's words are more effective than the police's," Luca agreed.

"What trouble? Why are you back this time? I mean, back from Brazil." Viraj asked excitedly. He was extremely obsessed with this kind of adventurous experience.

"It's probably about the visa. I want to do business in Mumbai, so of course I need a visa." Luca spread out his hands.

"Ron, are you also in the visa business?" Hela suddenly interrupted with great interest.

"No, it's just an emergency measure. You know, I deal in tourists," Ron replied.

"I think we can work together. I know someone at the Foreigners' Affairs Bureau. You know what I mean? Foreigners staying in Mumbai sometimes have trouble with visas or passports."

Ron never expected that Hela, who looked intellectual and arrogant, actually had such connections.

As expected, a place like Leopold's is full of geniuses! The reputation of being a complete villain is well-established.

"No problem. By the way, if anyone wants to exchange foreign currency, you can come to me. I guarantee you'll get a good price." Ron handed over his business card.

"Hey, what about business? Luca, what business are you doing in Mumbai this time?" Viraj interrupted.

"Uh, it's about the pharmaceutical business." After getting Ron's approval, Luca smiled and shrugged. "Wow!" Everyone at the table looked at Ron and the others in surprise.

Anyone who can do the drug business in Mumbai is very capable. This requires connections between the black and white circles, involving several difficult and greedy officials and gangsters.

"Man, you really surprised me!" Viraj patted Ron on the shoulder. "I just said you were serious."

"That's a pretty bad word. 'Serious' is the least popular word in Leopold." Ron's answer made everyone laugh again.

The people who come here are a mixed bunch, a large number of whom are foreigners, and they are foreigners who stay in Mumbai for a long time. Those who can avoid trouble with the police here are most likely criminals.

"Tell me how you got through customs? Last time I wanted to bring in some hemp, but that damn official stopped me. He only let me go after I gave him half of it." Viraj cursed indignantly.

"Same as you, bribe." Ron and Luca both laughed.

"Come on, have a drink!" Di Rang shouted with empathy. He raised the bottle and poured the wine into the glass, then raised his glass.

"Cheers to Mumbai, a great place where people don't rush! Cheers to those polite policemen who are willing to accept bribes, even if they accept bribes not for the sake of law and order, but for the sake of order!"

"That's right, bribe!" Viraj also joined in the fun.

"Let's toast to that one!" Everyone drank up the wine in their glasses while laughing and cursing.

More than half an hour later, a tipsy Ron and a still excited Luca walked out of the door of Leopold Bar. They still had things to discuss.

"Where do you live now?"

"It's still Xiangtu. You know, the police rarely come there."

"Okay, let's go to the Indian Hotel first." Ron waved to stop a car.

After arriving at the hotel in Xiangtu and drinking a cup of black tea, Ron slowly regained his spirits.

He rarely gets drunk, and each time he does it he only drinks a little. He hopes to be able to use his brain anytime and anywhere.

"Tell me, how do you feel about returning to Brazil this time?"

"Wow, that was an unforgettable experience! I used to be a fucking street thug, and now people are calling me a good guy! Ron, you'll never know that feeling.

An old man has an incurable disease and needs to take medicine every day. But those patented drugs, you know, those bully drugs from developed countries, cost more than 20,000 US dollars a year.

That's Brazil, not much better than India. No one could afford it, and the old man was about to give up, and then guess what? I came back with the medicine, and it was like an angel from heaven!

"No one has any doubts about our Indian medicine?" Ron was a little curious.

"Ha, you're kidding! I'm almost fucking dead, who cares if the medicine works? Besides, Brazilians aren't that particular. Considering the effects and side effects is something only spoiled Europeans and Americans would do."

"And you became quite popular there?"

"That's it!" Luca snapped his fingers. "For two whole months, I've been observing the effects of the medication on patients. They say I'm an angel sent by God because the price of my medication is less than one twentieth of the price of the genuine product."

As he spoke, Luca stood up and pulled out a suitcase from under the bed, with a mysterious and proud expression on his face.

"Look what this is?"
