Chapter 78 Leave the summer homework to me

Chapter 78 Leave the summer homework to me
A legacy two years later.

Cohen put the key into the system backpack to avoid losing it - if it was lost, Dumbledore would have to ask Nicolas Flamel for another key, and he might not be able to get it in time while Nicolas was still alive.

The matter of the Philosopher's Stone has come to an end, and Cohen will have to face the final exam that he tried to escape but failed to escape...

"But you don't look worried at all."

Inside the House of Requests, the Count looked at Cohen, who was still replaying the Dungeons & Dragons sandbox game, and was a little puzzled by Cohen's lack of anxiety.

After Edward's guidance, Cohen has begun to explore other branches of the game - such as the love simulator.

Putting aside the fact that these little people's races have no appeal to Cohen, it is still quite interesting to conquer NPCs one by one, and there is a sense of pleasure in playing with people's hearts.

"Hogwarts doesn't expel first-year students with failing grades," Cohen replied without turning his head. "And I have my own way of passing the exams - memorizing is a waste of time."

After discovering that he couldn't stay in the hospital for two weeks under the pretext of "being hospitalized," Coin only took ten minutes to come up with a solution. (Madam Pomfrey: "You are completely well now. You must go back to school!")
During the exam, Cohen only needed to roll up his soul into a long strip and go out to peek to pass the test - he only needed to copy 70% of Hermione's answers to pass the test, and he didn't need to spend time memorizing those knowledge points at all.

"By the way, take a look at my textbooks when you have time," Cohen suddenly reminded the Earl. "They'll be useful during the summer vacation."

"Coo, coo, coo?" The Earl tilted his head and made a puzzled sound.
-
Two weeks passed in a flash. For Cohen, the fourteen days went by very quickly, but for the other students it was different.

The whole school was filled with figures holding books and memorizing them by rote. Even Harry and Ron had to curb their usual playfulness and count the days until the end of the final exams.

Finally, the time came to the end of the exams, and their last exam was History of Magic.

"It's hard to imagine that after such a big incident, the school still has to hold exams!"

In the Gryffindor common room, Ron rubbed his fiery red hair and flipped through his History of Magic notes dejectedly. He had copied them from Hermione, so for him it was a brand new "textbook".

"It's already a good thing that the Defense Against the Dark Arts exam was cancelled because of Quirrell's incident." Cohen came into the common room from outside, just in time to hear Ron complaining. "You just need to memorize a few key dates and names. The rest of the effects and influences are all made up. As long as your answers are concise enough, the teacher will definitely give you some sympathy points."

"Really?" Harry's eyes lit up - the role and impact of those key events in the wizarding world were too difficult to remember, boring and tedious, and very repetitive.

"That's how I got by in history exams before, relying entirely on instinct." Cohen kindly provided the method. As for whether it would work at Hogwarts... it all depended on Harry's luck.

Harry and Ron strongly agreed with Cohen's first aid plan, and successfully filled in the entire test paper in the examination room the next day with Cohen's method.

After this exam, the emotions that the young wizards had suppressed for two weeks exploded the moment they handed in their papers. The cheers almost blew the ceiling of the classroom off - Professor Binns, who was floating in the air, almost thought that an attack had occurred somewhere.

"It's finally over! I swear I will study hard in the future and never memorize at the last minute again..." Ron swore after letting out a long breath.

"I bet you'll say that every year from now on." Cohen didn't believe a word of Ron's oath. "Ten Galleons, I bet you'll still put off reviewing until right before the exam in your second year."

"But I don't have ten Galleons," Ron said sadly.

"The exam was much easier than I thought," Hermione said with ease. "I didn't actually have to memorize the 'Werewolf Code of Conduct of 1637' and the Goblin Rebellion..."

She seemed to enjoy reviewing the exams afterward, but Ron's suggestion of doing so made him feel sick.

So they decided to go for a walk outside the castle.

"How about going to find Hagrid?" Cohen suggested, "It's a good time to check on my trunk and Norbert." "I hope it hasn't grown as big as a house..." Harry said worriedly, "Is Hagrid still alive?"

They hadn't been to Hagrid's for two weeks.

Crossing the grounds, they came to the door of Hagrid's hut.

Cohen originally guessed that Hagrid should be taking care of Norbert in the box, but out of courtesy he still knocked on the door -

"Who is it? Here I come..."

Hagrid sounded frustrated.

creak-

After Hagrid opened the door, he saw Cohen, Harry and others, but instead of welcoming them in enthusiastically as usual, he was stunned for a moment.

Harry noticed that there was some redness at the corners of Hagrid's eyes, and that Hagrid now looked nervous.

"Are we going to stand at the door like this all day?" Cohen said to liven up the atmosphere.

Hagrid belatedly led them into the house, the air thick with the salty smell of tears.

After sitting in the house, they soon understood where the salty smell came from -

"Woo woo - it's all my fault - this - idiot!" Hagrid sat back on his bed, hit his head a few times in self-blame, covered his face with his hands and cried, "I told that villain how to get through Fluffy! I told him! He knew everything except this, and I told him anyway! Coin almost died! All for a dragon egg! I will never drink again! I should be kicked out and be a Muggle all my life!"

Hagrid was shaking all over, and big tears were wetting his beard.

"Hagrid..." Hermione tried to comfort him with some distress, but she couldn't think of what to say.

"It's okay, Hagrid. I'm alive now." Cohen, the person who "almost died", said very generously, "And even if you don't tell him, he will find out in the end -"

"You and Harry were almost killed by him! It's all my fault - you should have drawn a line between you and me - I'm not a good person... I should have been kicked out long ago..." Hagrid cried even louder.

"Okay, Hagrid, I'll tell you the truth. Even if you don't tell him, I'll have to tell him eventually." Cohen thought of a way to make Hagrid feel better. "Because I've found information about the three-headed dog."

"We don't blame you, Hagrid," Harry coaxed, "and Professor Dumbledore doesn't blame you either. We're still good friends... and - and -"

Harry couldn't think of anything else to say that would make Hagrid feel better.

"And we have several big projects to complete together." Cohen continued, "Hagrid, how is Norbert?"

"Really - Oh! Norbert!" Hagrid stopped crying, slapped his head, and Norbert brought his spirit back.

"I built the house for you! I also made a very comfortable nest for Norbert - he should be very happy now..."
