Who let this Dementor into Hogwarts!

Chapter 200 Prophecy Vision

Chapter 200 Prophecy Vision
"What?" Harry leaned in and took a closer look at the inside of the crystal ball. It was all smoke and he couldn't see anything. "I only saw a big cloud of fog -"

"Cohen, don't learn bad things from her..." Hermione reminded Cohen helplessly.

Can't others see it?
Cohen thought his predictions would be the same as those of the Horned Water Snake - because anyone could see the future from the gem on the Horned Water Snake's head, but the number and frequency of glimpses into the future would be different.

"wrong……"

Cohen suddenly had a feeling.

He grabbed Harry and Hermione's hands:
"now what?"

What stunned Harry and Hermione was that after Cohen suddenly grabbed their hands, the crystal ball did change - the mist was squeezed to the edge of the crystal ball, and a dark image emerged in the center.

"This is—" Hermione's eyes widened.

"Is it a prophecy?" Harry looked at the Dementors inside, his heart pounding wildly.

"What did you see?" Ron was sitting far away and Cohen only had two hands, so he couldn't see the scene in the crystal ball.

"What happened, children?" Trelawney noticed the commotion and saw the three people staring at the crystal ball in horror, so she quickly came over: "Oh... the crystal ball's prophecy, I saw... a woman who is suffering..."

"Women?" Coin released his grip on Harry and Hermione.

"A terrible future—child, your third eye is more sensitive than others..." Trelawney took Cohen's hand distressedly, as if comforting a wounded person, "People with bright third eyes always have a tragic fate..."

"I'm actually feeling okay..." Cohen pulled his hand away.

Trelawney had guessed wrong, and Hermione had completely lost trust in the professor - but Coin's situation made her and Harry very curious.

Just now, they saw the future in the crystal ball because of Cohen, which is not a common thing even in the wizarding world.

"I'll tell you after class." Cohen whispered.

Because the system just had a new prompt.

[Ding! Special ability unlocked: Revelation (8/10)]

The ability to predict the future, and to allow people who have physical contact with you to see it - no wonder the system didn't react at all when I made a prediction last time.

However, the predictive ability discovered last year was nothing new. What Cohen wanted to know more was why Fudge brought the Dementors to kill Sirius in Dumbledore's office.

Dumbledore, Coin, Harry, Lupin...it's impossible that none of them would come out to help, right?
It's unclear whether the future can be changed, but no matter what, Cohen plans to give the Dementors a warning first.

Even if Cohen hadn't been involved, the plot wouldn't have turned out like this.

Trelawney spent the rest of the class trying to interpret the tea leaves—Harry got a black dog, Coin got a Dementor—though it looked like a mountain with a ball on top.

Trelawney interpreted the shape of Harry's tea leaves as "ominous", and interpreted Coin's tea leaves as a falling sun. Both were not good omens - especially Harry's ominous. Except for Harry, Hermione and Coin, almost everyone thought that Harry was going to die soon.

"I think the pixels of the tea leaves are too bad." After class, Cohen commented on the subject of tea leaf divination. "My tea leaves feel more like a Dementor." "We seem to have seen a big black dog?" Harry said suddenly, "Cohen, remember? When I came out of the Dursleys' house, a black dog barked at us."

Ron stopped in fear.

"What's wrong, Ron?" Hermione looked at Ron strangely.

"Hermione! It would be terrible if Harry saw the Omen!" Ron said terrified. "My Uncle Bilions saw one, and - he died twenty-four hours later!"

"I saw that, too." Cohen patted Ron's shoulder. "But Harry and I have different tea leaves, so this 'unknown' is simply superstition."

"I think Coin is right." Hermione nodded. "And Professor Trelawney was obviously playing tricks the whole time. She didn't even guess correctly what we saw in the crystal ball."

"Yeah, you haven't told me what you saw in the crystal ball during class yet," Ron said. "Haven't we started learning about crystal balls yet? And why did you all see it, but I couldn't..."

"Because I only have two hands, Ron," said Cohen. "I can't hook you under the table with my feet. That would be too awkward."

"I saw a Dementor in my crystal ball. Is that what you saw too?" Harry asked Hermione and Coin.

"There are not only Dementors, but also two living people," said Hermione. "One looks like a tramp, and the other is fat and wearing wizard robes."

"It's Sirius and Fudge, the Minister of Magic," said Coin. "They're in Dumbledore's office, and the Dementor has taken off his hood and is about to suck Sirius Black's soul."

"Isn't that a good thing?" said Ron. "I mean, if this magical phenomenon is a prophecy, then it means that Sirius will be caught and executed in the future..."

"It's a good thing, but that scene was still too creepy..." Hermione shuddered all over.

"..."

Harry had a funny feeling—he should be happy, but he felt a little off.

"If it's true, as Professor Trelawney says, that divination depends mainly on talent," Hermione thought Harry was still worried about something ominous, "then Coin is actually more suitable to be the Divination professor than her, because Coin made real prophecies mixed with magic, while she is just a weird liar."

"So, when will Professor Norton let me see the future?" Ron asked Cohen eagerly, "I want to see if I can become the Head Boy Student Union President in the future!"

"You think I'm a horned water snake?" Cohen replied nonchalantly. "This kind of thing only happens from time to time—like seeing the future in a crystal ball. I can't control it. The last time it happened was last Christmas, when I saw a thief stealing something in the crystal ball."

The reason for Cohen's indifference was another strange phenomenon he had just witnessed in Harry.

A flicker of emotion just appeared in Harry that didn't belong to either Harry or the fragment of Voldemort.

A feeling of sadness—as if coming from... Lily.

Why do Lily's emotions appear in Harry now?

What on earth did the sacrificial protection spell cast by Harry's mother use to protect Harry's soul?
