Harry doesn't want to be a wizard, he wants to be a superhero
Chapter 28 Transfiguration Lesson
Chapter 28 Transfiguration Lesson
There are many staircases in Hogwarts, a total of 142.
They look different, some are wide and big, some are narrow and small, some are wobbly, and some even lead to different locations at different times.
What surprised Harry the most was that some of the stairs would suddenly disappear after reaching a certain step. This was too dangerous. Were the professors really not afraid that the young wizards would fall to their death?
However, these stairs are relatively easy to deal with. As long as you remember the rules, you can pass through them smoothly. The various passages and doors are the most difficult things to deal with.
Some doors are hidden behind portraits, and they won't open unless you make the portraits happy.
There are also some portraits that disguise themselves as doors. Even if you make them happy, you will find that there is a wall behind the door.
What makes the little wizard even more desperate is that these portraits are constantly moving, and only if you remember the appearance of each portrait can you avoid being deceived.
Harry didn't understand why Hogwarts Castle solidified these magics. Could it be that this castle was a military fortress a long time ago and was used as a school after the war?
Faced with this situation, if there were no ghosts to guide the way, many little wizards would probably be late for class on the first day.
Even Harry was almost late, but he grabbed Ron's collar and flew from the fourth floor to the second floor, which actually put them ahead.
Ron patted his chest, his face full of excitement:
"Wow, that's so cool, you can actually fly! Harry, is this your blood magic too?"
Harry was already prepared to push all Kamar-Taj magic onto the almighty bloodline magic: "Yes, that's it."
At this moment, a skinny figure leaned out from the fourth-floor fence and shouted at Harry and the others:
"Oh, damn it! You two little trolls are not allowed to ride broomsticks inside the castle. Looks like I need to teach you a lesson and put you in solitary confinement to teach you a lesson!"
Ron was startled by Filch's shrill voice, and Harry retorted:
"Mr. Filch, we didn't ride on broomsticks. We flew down here directly, as you can see."
He lifted his feet off the ground and demonstrated for Filch.
Filch was stunned. He had never seen a wizard who could fly without a broomstick.
This made him swallow the venom that was about to be spit out from his mouth alive, and he could only say to Harry with a dark face:
"Even without a broom, this is the last time!"
After Filch left, Ron whispered:
"Filch is so scary, no wonder almost every little wizard hates him."
Harry raised his eyebrows and smiled mysteriously: "Don't worry, he will behave himself soon."
Ron was puzzled and gave Harry a questioning look.
"Don't forget, I can 'lend' money, and the borrowers are not limited to wizards, Squibs and even Muggles are also welcome!"
"Yeah, that's right, Filch is crazy trying to cast magic!"
Ron was just a simple little wizard and couldn't react to Harry's words, and he couldn't understand how far-reaching the impact of these words could be on the wizarding world today.
He was just very happy. It seemed that he wouldn't have to worry about Filch anymore.
When the two arrived at the Transfiguration classroom on the first floor, some little wizards were already sitting in their seats.
Hermione was sitting in the front row on the left, waving at Harry:
"Harry, come here, there's room."
Harry walked towards Hermione and was about to take a seat when he suddenly noticed a cat sitting on the teacher's desk.
This cat is very beautiful, a British shorthair silver tabby cat. It has soft black and gray hair, very smooth, and shiny in the sunlight.
What made Harry even more curious was its eyes. There was a circle of light black hair around its eyes, like a pair of glasses.
Harry looked at the beautiful cat curiously and walked towards it.
He sensed magic within the cat, and it was quite powerful.
Is this a magic cat?
Just as Harry was about to pick up the cat to take a closer look, the cat seemed to be frightened and immediately jumped off the table.
To his surprise, the cat grew rapidly and eventually turned into a witch in a green robe.
This cat turned out to be Professor McGonagall!
"Mr. Potter, what are you doing?" Professor McGonagall was a little scared. If she was held in Harry's arms, how would she face these students in the future?
Seeing that Professor McGonagall was a little angry, Harry immediately explained: "I'm sorry, Professor, I didn't know that cat was you. I sensed the presence of magic in the cat and thought it was a magical cat, so I wanted to observe it."
"Oh? Being able to sense magic, is this also your talent?"
Harry knew what Professor McGonagall was talking about. It seemed that the news of his bloodline magic had spread. "Yes, this is my talent. It awakened when I received the notice."
"What an extraordinary talent." Professor McGonagall looked at Harry deeply and believed his explanation: "Then Mr. Potter, please return to your seat. Our class is about to begin."
As soon as he sat down, Hermione on Harry's left exclaimed sincerely: "Professor McGonagall is such a knowledgeable master of Transfiguration. She can even turn herself into a cat."
Harry nodded: "I know this magic, this is not an ordinary Transfiguration, but a high-level Transfiguration called 'Animagus'.
An Animagus is a wizard who can transform himself into an animal.
This is a very complex and advanced magical skill that requires rigorous training and complex magical procedures to acquire."
"How cool!" Hermione seemed very interested in Animagus.
Harry fell into deep thought, thinking of Scabbers and the giant squid under the black lake.
He had never seen an Animagus before, and even though he sensed the magic in them, he just thought they were magical creatures.
But at this time Harry discovered that the magic in them was very similar to that of the cat transformed by Professor McGonagall and the Squib Filch.
Their magic power is chaotic and disordered, difficult to mobilize, and it is difficult to cast magic with such magic power.
This made Harry wonder if Scabbers and the Giant Squid under the Black Lake were also Animagus rather than Fantastic Beasts.
In order to verify this conjecture, Harry decided to take some time to visit the Forbidden Forest.
As for the ban that Dumbledore had announced earlier, Harry said that the Supreme Master never follows the rules!
The bell rang, and Professor McGonagall glanced around the classroom. Seeing that no one was late, she nodded with satisfaction:
"Ahem, let's start the class. I'm McGonagall, your Transfiguration professor.
Transfiguration is the most complex and dangerous magic you will learn at Hogwarts.
Therefore, if anyone acts naughty in my class, I ask him to leave and never let him come in again.
I warned you!"
Professor McGonagall glanced at Harry, which made Harry feel a little innocent. It seemed that Professor McGonagall was holding a grudge.
