Chapter 17 Dumbledore
A fat grey mouse suddenly crawled out of Ron's sleeve and stood on the table, squeaking at him.

Suddenly a big rat jumped out. Hermione uttered a cry and quickly moved away from Ron.

"Why are you carrying a rat?"

Ron's ears turned red as he was despised by the little witches of his age. He explained:
"His name is Scabbers. He was originally Percy's mouse. He became a prefect, and my dad gave him an owl. They couldn't afford one... I mean, they gave the mouse to me."

Perhaps sensing Ron's embarrassment, Hermione, although still far away from him and the mouse, consoled him:

"It doesn't matter. Maybe you can become a prefect and get a new pet in the future."

Ron took out some breadcrumbs and fed them to the gray mouse. The mouse immediately calmed down. After hearing Hermione's comfort, instead of cheering up, he became even sadder:
"I have five brothers and I'm the sixth wizard in my family to go to Hogwarts.

They were both very good, and Bill and Charlie graduated, one as Head Boy and the other as Captain of the Quidditch team.

Percy is now a class monitor. Although Fred and George are naughty, they both have excellent grades.

So whether it is my parents or other people, they all think I am equally excellent.

If I do it, it’s no big deal, but if I don’t, well…”

Hermione was silent. She was the only daughter of the Granger family and was spoiled, but she didn't know how to comfort a family like Ron's.

She asked Harry:
"Harry, what about you? I heard that you grew up in a Muggle family like me."

Harry was awakened by Hermione's words and responded subconsciously:
"Um, me, they're all pretty good, at least for now."

Hermione and Ron were obviously confused. Why was it so good now? Was it so bad before?

But Harry had no intention of explaining their confusion; he was staring at the fat grey mouse.

He sensed the fluctuations of magic from Banban's body, which was exactly the same as the magic in the wizard's body, both of which were lower in quality than his, similar to chaos magic.

Fantastic Beasts?
Harry guessed secretly.

At this time, Ron took out his wand, pointed it at Scabbers, and said to Harry and the others:
"Fred taught me a spell that turns it yellow. Do you want to see it?"

"Of course." Hermione was curious about everything in the wizarding world.

"Hmmmm~" Ron coughed, trying to pronounce the next spell more accurately:

"Daisies, sweet cream and sunshine, turn this silly fat mouse yellow!"

A layer of bright yellow light bloomed on Banban's body, but it still did not turn yellow and remained its original gray color.

Hermione always seemed to be very strong in the field of study. She questioned, "Are you sure this is a spell?"

Ron's ears turned red again. "I knew Fred was lying to me. He always likes to play tricks on people."

At this time, Harry shook his head: "No, Ron's spell was successful, but Scabbers is a magical creature. The magic power in its body makes it immune to this spell."

"Is Scabbers a magical creature?" Neither Ron nor Hermione believed it. The gray mouse looked ugly and dirty, how could it be a magical creature?

Ron was even more skeptical. Banban had been in his house for many years, but there was nothing different about him. He questioned:
"How could that be? Scabbers is just an ordinary mouse. He has always been like this."

Harry smiled and didn't refute. Perhaps the magical power of Scabbers was gluttony. Look how deliciously it ate. The breadcrumbs, which were half the size of its body, were gone in no time.

Hermione stood up and took out her wand.

At this moment, she had an arrogant look on her face, looking completely different from the cute little witch just now.

Harry thought of those academic masters. This was the arrogance unique to academic masters!
Hermione raised her little head and said proudly:
"I also learned a few simple spells, and they were all quite effective. One of them required third graders to learn, and it was quite difficult to learn, but it was so convenient that I still learned it!"

She pointed her wand at Ron, and seeing that he was a little scared, she smiled and said:

"Don't be afraid, it will be over soon...cleaned up!"

Only then did Harry notice that there was a black stain on Ron's nose. The stain was disappearing quickly, and even Ron's hair was smoother.

Harry never hesitates to give compliments:
"Hermione, you're amazing. You even learned a third-year spell!"

Ron's mood was not very good. He looked at Harry and then at Hermione.

Well, it turns out he was the worst person there.

He suddenly felt that Hermione's appearance was much more annoying.

Hermione's mood was completely opposite to Ron's. At first, after meeting Harry, she thought that all the young wizards were as excellent as Harry.

This made Hermione, who had always been an excellent student, a little worried that she would fall behind.

But after seeing Ron, she relaxed. It turned out that Ron was the normal level of a young wizard.

As for why Harry is so outstanding, it’s because he is the savior!
The savior is always different!
At this time, a smiling woman with dimples pushed open the door of the box:
"Honey, do you want to buy some snacks?"

Ron and Hermione both had bitter expressions on their faces. Although they came from a wizarding family, they were poor and couldn't even afford a pet.

Although the other person's parents are both dentists, there is a limit on the amount of gold Galleons they can exchange. Those gold Galleons are just enough to support their studies, and they really cannot have any additional expenses.

Noticing the plight of his two companions, Harry secretly took out some gold Galleons from his pocket dimension and pretended to take them out from his pocket:
"A little of everything, please."

Hermione and Ron's eyes lit up.

Harry could tell from the ice cream and cake Hagrid bought that wizarding food tasted really good.

Harry bought a lot of snacks, including Bibi's Every Flavour Beans, Chocolate Frogs, Licorice Wands, and Pink Leaf Ice Cream...

Of course, he would not be reluctant to spend this little money and shared the snacks with his friends.

Faced with these delicious snacks, even Hermione ate them with relish.

Harry tried several and they were all good, but the taste of the every-flavor beans made him feel uncomfortable, so he put it aside after trying two.

He opened the chocolate frog, grabbed the movable one, put it in his mouth and crushed it. While tasting the rich sweetness of the chocolate, he noticed a picture.

The picture showed a man's face. He was wearing a pair of half-moon glasses, had a long, slightly crooked nose, and had long silver hair and a beard that partially covered his face.

His name was written beneath the picture: Albus Dumbledore.

Harry turned the picture over and saw some words on the back:
Albus Dumbledore, current Headmaster of Hogwarts.

Recognized as the greatest wizard of our time,
Dumbledore's well-known contributions include:
Defeat the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945.

Discover the twelve uses of dragon blood.
Together with his partner Nicolas Flamel, he achieved great success in alchemy.

Professor Dumbledore enjoyed chamber music and ten-pin bowling.

The greatest wizard of our time?
Harry was a little curious, who was more powerful, this greatest wizard or the Sorcerer Supreme?
