This is our Warhammer journey

Chapter 13 The 2nd Empire? The 3rd Empire!

Chapter 13 The Second Reich? The Third Reich!
Ramses was sad for a while but eventually he adjusted his mentality.

After all, as adults, complaining and venting are enough. Good brothers are willing to listen to your inner pain, but the problem now is that everyone is in jail and no one is better off than anyone else.

If I can't adjust myself well, then the remaining three will all be emo and play ball.

The most urgent task is to study how to survive in this world.

"Ahem, then our Second Empire Representative Conference will begin under the witness of the Friends and Family Chapter."

Seeing that the atmosphere was a bit heavy, Romulus coughed and spoke.

"Why not just call it the Third Reich? It makes it seem like we're outsiders."

Arthur couldn't help but complain.

"It's not impossible."

"I think it's okay - chew chew - why don't we call our future - chew chew - chapter name this as well!"

"I think you want to eat a bomb."

None of the four present had any awe for the Empire. After all, the Empire was now a corpse with no sustainability, with an unruly political system within and Chaos swarms outside watching closely.

If it weren't for the countless heroes who fought and died for the future of mankind, and the one who sat on the Golden Throne, the empire would have been destroyed long ago.

If they had to describe the Empire and the Galaxy in one sentence—

"The Empire is a fermented mess of countless dregs, and the Warp is a toilet. We can only survive by absorbing it."

Arthur made such a sharp comment.

Excluding the influence of Chaos, the Empire itself is a very bad political entity. In essence, it was something that the Emperor forcibly put together in a last-ditch effort for the future of mankind.

Now that his fight had failed, he had been sitting on the toilet and had been transformed into an ultimate imperial soldier by the state religion, leaving behind a headless corpse that would naturally become more and more smelly as time went by.

"As for those bright spots that might catch people's eyes, a glass of clean water poured into a sea of excrement won't actually change anything, and the whole process can only be described as a complete tragedy."

"And then there are the aliens. Not to mention that we, as humans, can't fit in at all. The greenskins are a purely entertainment-oriented race, and the Eldar are being targeted by Slaanesh. Even with the most advanced technology, they're still slaves."

"The second is the Tau Empire. Well, I can only say that I'll see for myself. I'm human, not Ethereal. After all, the existence of this race is nothing more than proof that many of the Empire's so-called 'necessary evils' are simply unnecessary."

"well said!"

The three of them applauded.

"So no one has any illusions about this universe."

Ramses breathed a sigh of relief: "I am relieved."

"Now that I've given up on fantasy, all I can do is fight and persevere."

Seeing that the originally heavy atmosphere had become much more lively, Romulus took the opportunity to tell him his plan.

"There are three things we need to confirm at the moment - the era and region we are in, who we are, and what we are going to do next."

Then he threw a mechanical plug-in onto the table.

"I found this while looking through the ship's logs. This ship entered the Warp in 740.M41, July of the Terran calendar. It's located in the Pierrede sector in the northern Ultima Segmentum. This name might be unfamiliar to you, but you're certainly familiar with the nearby Ghoul Segmentum."

"It's a remote and poor place."

Ramses sighed, raised his hand and used his psychic power to pull the thinker in the sanctuary over, inputting the information in Romulus' hand, and a star map unfolded in front of everyone.

"The Pierrede Sector is named after the Rogue Trader Pierrede from the Great Crusade. It contains twelve Imperial civilizations, but only Pierrede, the core, has some value, being considered half a Forge World. Let me take a look—"

"We should still be within this star region. I'm still sending astropathic messages. It may take some time for the Empire to respond."

Everyone knows the efficiency of the Empire. Although this ship uses the Death Watch identification code, due to the limitations of rigid conditions, everyone may have to drift in outer space for a while.

After all, the bridge of this ship has been shoveled away by the green-skinned iron lumps, so it might be difficult to expect it to move on its own.

"This ship received a call for assistance from Pierre Prime. They say a heretical cult has broken out there. It's almost certain to be Chaos. Otherwise, they wouldn't have called in the Death Watch and the Cadians."

Romulus added. Everyone nodded in understanding.

"Then let's move on to the second question."

Romulus glanced at the three of them.

"What on earth are we now?"

"Primaris Space Marines?"

Knowing the era he lived in, Arthur felt that the MK10 he was wearing was quite out of place.

It would still be nearly three hundred years before Abaddon, the 'Invincible Chaos Warmaster', destroyed Cadia. If a Mechanicus sage saw them wandering around like this, there would probably be a sharp binary explosion.

"Physically, maybe. No, not physically, at least not completely. Otherwise, I would have been turned to ash by the scarlet spell long ago."

Picking up a chicken leg and taking a bite, Ramses noticed that Arthur didn't even take off his helmet.

"Why don't you eat? We're just acquaintances here, there's no need to be so reserved."

"Arthur still doubts our abilities. He even taught himself Low Gothic."

Romulus began to help explain, which left Ramses stunned.

".Awesome."

When Ramses discovered his ability, he used it without thinking. According to his thinking, he had already traveled to the Warhammer universe and had fallen to the bottom, so he would definitely move on. Even if Tzeentch made fun of him, he would accept it.

Then the more I use it, the more things feel wrong.

The evil god doesn't seem to be at this level.

"Good. I admire Arthur for being able to maintain restraint at times like this. And unlike Karna, he would shoot me twice as soon as we meet."

"I was shutting myself in, Black Rage Hosting—Okay, my bad, I'm sorry."

Romulus stared with resentment at a guy who was busy eating as if he had not eaten in eight lifetimes while everyone was analyzing.

"."

Arthur was a little embarrassed and didn't know how to respond.

Romulus immediately sensed something was wrong.

"You haven't thought about giving your buddy a few knives, have you?"

"Forehead"

Arthur remained silent and began to form his words.

He actually thought about stabbing his good brother twice. At first, he guessed that Romulus was just a Tzeentch demon who was trying to trick him, until he pulled out a bunch of Astartes out of thin air, his suspicion was slightly alleviated.

If the Emperor had not appeared and given him some idea of whether there was an evil god in him, he would have been wondering whether he should trap the ship in the warp before finding out the truth, so as to prevent it from being brought to the real world by some evil god's conspiracy.

If it is really a conspiracy, then of course we have no choice but to take action.

"."

Romulus looked at the silent Arthur and was basically able to analyze his little thoughts.

The resentment that had not yet dissipated became even heavier.

ps: This is the star map after the Great Rift was opened. You can refer to it. The starting point will reduce the resolution. If you are interested, you can search for the original picture.

In the middle is the Sun Star Region, to the north is the Hazy Star Region, to the west is the Taiping Star Region, to the south is the Storm Star Region, to the east is the Extreme Star Region, and the Ghoul Star Region is located in the upper right corner of the map.

Apart from the fact that there are a bunch of demon worlds on the dark side and all kinds of aliens in the middle, it is not much different from before the Great Rift was opened. The previous versions were older, so they were not so detailed and looked more abstract.
