Mystery: I Married the Queen of Mystery.

Chapter 382: Tarot Club, Mr. Fool’s Reminder

Chapter 382: Tarot Club, Mr. Fool’s Reminder
Odysseus had never expected that just by being Audrey's tour guide for a day, he would actually engage in two demigod-level battles in succession.

I'd better try to take less work like this in the future.

Audrey smiled and said, "You've also gained a lot of spoils. That's a good thing, right? Normally, where would you find these demigods?"

Odysseus was slightly stunned, then he thought about it from a different perspective and realized that it was indeed the case!
Then he twitched the corners of his mouth: The audience is so scary!
Audrey took off the "Travel Ring" and handed it to Odysseus reluctantly: "Mr. Hermit, do you plan to sell these three magical items?"

"There is no such plan at the moment," said Odysseus.

Although he doesn't need it now, he has used it for so long after all. If he wasn't really short of money, he wouldn't plan to sell it.

Audrey then asked, "What about leasing? Is leasing okay?"

Odysseus smiled and said, "It's possible to rent it."

Audrey finally breathed a sigh of relief. If she needed it in the future, she could rent it from "Hermit".

Finally, she took out the Beyonder Ability and said, "I know very well that this is Captain Simone's way of thanking you, so I cannot accept this Ability."

Odysseus smiled and said, "Take it. This is a benefit that all Tarot Club members can enjoy."

He didn't really need the characteristics of the "Corpse Collector" path. He would use it to make a magical item. The key point was that he didn't lack sequence 5 magical items now, so he might as well be generous and give it to Audrey directly.

Audrey thanked him and said, "I'd like to entrust you to make it into a magical item."

"Sure." Odysseus smiled and said, "I'll give you the 'internal member price' for the work: 600 pounds."

If he makes it into a magical item, then he must keep the characteristics of Sequence 9 to Sequence 6.

"No problem." Audrey smiled. She hadn't expected that she would be able to obtain a magical item of Sequence 5 in this operation.

But Audrey knew very well that this achievement was thanks to Odysseus.

Audrey asked again, "Does Mr. Leonard seem to have anything special about him?"

Odysseus said "hmm" but did not explain further, so Audrey did not ask any further questions.

After that, the two chatted for a while. Odysseus sent Audrey back and returned to the embassy. In his room, he entered the "Wilderness of Knowledge" to check the spoils.

Today's spoils mainly consist of the morning's gains, a Prophet's Extraordinary Feature, and a few pearls.

Crush the extraordinary characteristics first. As for those pearls, they are equivalent to extraordinary materials at the demigod level.

In fact, the eyes on the shells are also extraordinary materials, but they are too disgusting, so Odysseus did not collect them.

Odysseus did some research and found that these pearls could be used to make "illusion" scrolls. If the pearls were ground into powder, they could also be used as special materials when using "Mysterious Reappearance".

Odysseus used this to conceive two "reproduction" abilities, "mirage" and "ghost market". If he had these pearl powders, these abilities could be made stronger.

After studying for a while, Odysseus returned to the real world to rest, while considering whether to give the "prophet" characteristics to "Vice Admiral Iceberg" Edwina.

Odysseus does not have subordinates with this means, and for the time being he is unable to create magical items of the demigod level. It is just sitting there anyway, so he might as well take it out and maximize its value.

After a brief thought, he decided to see what price Edwina was willing to start with and whether she was willing to agree to his conditions.

Friends are friends, but something of this demigod level certainly cannot be given away for free.

But forget it today. After lying down, Odysseus didn't want to get up again. He would write the letter tomorrow.

The next morning, after Odysseus wrote a letter to Edwina, he received another letter from a messenger from "Lieutenant General of Disease" Tracy.

Odysseus opened it, took a quick look, and couldn't help but smile.

The letter said that an unexpected event had occurred and the original plan had to be delayed for a week.

Odysseus is now certain that the "ferryman" who cooperates with the Witch Cult is the priest named Bradrick.

It is not known whether it was Bolton's death or the destruction of the sacrificed coastal city that had some impact on Bradrick and thus affected their plans.

Let's postpone it, so that Odysseus can take more time to ambush the demigod of the "Rose School".

The information Audrey had provided at the ball had reminded Odysseus that two demigods from the "Rose School" would infiltrate Backlund and seize the mummies that the military would bring back from the southern continent.

Odysseus had no interest in the mummy, but he was very interested in the two demigods. He planned to join forces with Bernadette to at least keep one of the other demigods.

However, this action will be carried out tomorrow. Odysseus has nothing to do today. In the afternoon, he declined all visitors on the pretext of lunch break and prepared to attend the Tarot Club.

At around two o'clock in the afternoon, Odysseus was lying in his armchair, thinking about the issue of promotion.

Bernadette provided him with one auxiliary material, and another auxiliary material required his own observation and preparation. He was still missing one auxiliary material, so he planned to try his luck at the Tarot Club today.

Odysseus also knew that auxiliary materials of this level were most likely not available in the Tarot Club, but other members also had their own channels. Maybe the channels they belonged to had them?
If not, Odysseus also has two plans. One is to ask the messenger to see if she has any corresponding clues, and the other is to pray to the "Goddess of Night" to see if she has any.

As he was thinking, the hour hand pointed to 3, and then Odysseus's sight was covered by gray fog. In a blink of an eye, he appeared in the magnificent hall, on one side of the long bronze table.

Audrey, Justice, lifted her skirt as usual: "Good afternoon, Mr. Fool~"

Klein the Fool nodded slightly in response.

After the greetings were over, Priestess Cattleya was about to speak when she saw Mr. Fool tapping twice on the edge of the bronze table.

The dull sound made the Tarot Club members tense up, wondering what The Fool would say in his next life.

But it’s definitely a big deal!

What Mr. Fool emphasized at the beginning must be a big deal!
Even the "hermit" Odysseus straightened his back and thought seriously about what major events had happened recently?
Klein looked around before smiling and saying, "Amon recently arrived in Backlund, a clone."

Amon? Amon the Blasphemer?
"The Sun" Derrick was suddenly reminded of some not-so-pleasant memories.

Whether it's Amon, who's parasitizing the former exploration team leader and asking "Are you looking for me?" behind him, or Amon, wearing a pointed hat and wrapped around his spirit like a snake, they are all his lingering nightmares.

At a previous gathering, Cattleya, who had already learned about the experience of "The Sun", was a little puzzled. Why did this "Angel King" suddenly appear in the Northern Continent?
This made her feel a little uneasy, so she turned her head to look at the "Hermit". Originally, she felt that it would be a bit awkward to meet the "Hermit" again after the three of them had dinner together in the cabin last time.

In fact, it was indeed a bit awkward, but after hearing this shocking news, she still looked at Odysseus first, hoping that he would be as calm as usual.

In that case, Cattleya would immediately feel relieved, but she found that the "Hermit"'s expression was not surprised, nor was it as calm as usual, but rather a little strange.

Because Odysseus was a little amused at this time: You can even pretend this!

Then he thought: If you hadn't reminded me, I would have forgotten that there was an Amon clone in Backlund. I have to go out less recently. Well, it's best not to go out.

Audrey glanced worriedly at the bewildered and frightened Magician and Moon. She couldn't help but look towards the head of the long bronze table. "Respected Mr. Fool, can I find a way to inform the Church about this?"

Klein said calmly, "Don't worry about Him."

He had thought about this problem a long time ago. As the nominal master of "Above the Gray Mist" and the initiator of the Tarot Club, he himself had the highest probability of encountering Amon.

Assuming nothing had happened, the other members of the Tarot Club, with the protection of "Above the Gray Mist", would not encounter Amon unless they were unlucky.

But if he informed the church, the church's investigation would definitely disturb Amon, and he would probably find the whistleblower by following this clue.

So Klein just wanted to remind everyone that he was already actively preparing to temporarily hide in the southern continent for a while.

Don't worry about Him?

Alger, the Hanged Man, was filled with awe and a trance-like thought: In Mr. Fool's eyes, only Sequence 0 True Gods were worthy of respect? Indeed, the last time the Sun was possessed by Amon's clone, Mr. Fool easily purified it. As long as it wasn't Amon's true self, it wouldn't be a big problem for Him.

Audrey also understood the meaning of "it's just a small matter" and felt relieved immediately.

Odysseus continued to complain in his heart: As if you can do anything about it.

He had already made up his mind not to observe the characters provided by Xio, and would return to Azshara when he had time to look for a few subjects to observe.

Although Odysseus is not on the same path as Amon, nor is he Amon's main target, he is a member of the Tarot Club, and they may meet by chance at certain times.

Amon is not a beautiful and gentle girl, so it’s better not to see her if you can.

Fors, the "magician" who had once encountered the traitorous "traveler" of the Abraham family, was not comforted, because she knew very well that sometimes the "Law of Convergence of Beyonder Characteristics" would lead to some wonderful encounters.

The "apprentice" pathway and the "thief" pathway are adjacent pathways, so there may be no danger if you don't hide at home and never leave the house.

Fors took a silent breath and asked with some concern, "Respected Mr. Fool, what is Amon's purpose in sending his clone to Backlund?"

Klein considered his words, then smiled as he looked around and said, "Looking for you."

Looking for us?

These words were like bolts of lightning, suddenly waking up Magician Fors and the others, sending chills down their spines.

But soon, the members in Backlund all breathed a sigh of relief, because Mr. Fool had said before, "Don't worry about him."

In other words, the corresponding protection provided by Mr. Fool prevented Amon's clone from finding them at all.

Only Odysseus had a blank expression: That's too much, pretending three times for the same thing!

The other members also had their own associations based on Mr. Fool’s answer, and the hall fell silent for a moment.

After a long while, Cattleya turned sideways to the head of the bronze table and said, "Dear Mr. Fool, there are three pages of diary this time."

Klein sighed in his heart: "The Mysterious Queen is finally online again."

For several weeks in a row, there was no diary provided by the "Mysterious Queen".

He smiled and said, "Very good."

With permission, the Priestess Cattleya materialized the diary, which then appeared in Mr. Fool's palm.

After reading two lines, Klein discovered that these were all Roselle's early diaries. The first two pages recorded his travels in the Feysac Empire, and when he was communicating with a Feysac person, he learned the legend of the "Homeland of Giants".

The last page of the diary records Roselle's experience of traveling to Sonia Island. While tasting the food there, he was surprised to find that the "Elf King" Sonia Solem had invented chopsticks, and the elves also ate "blood sausage"!
This made the emperor think for a time that the "Elf King" was a time traveler, but because he did not find any elements such as Chinese, he was not sure.

At the end of the diary, Russell said in his diary that chopsticks and blood sausage made him miss his hometown.

When he saw the word "hometown," Klein couldn't help but repeat it in his mind, his eyes even feeling a little warm.

He finally understood why the "Mysterious Queen" Bernadette chose these three pages of the diary, because on them was the protective symbol left to her by her father: "Homeland."

After calming down, Klein looked at the Priestess: "What's your question?"

Cattleya said respectfully, "Dear Mr. Fool, I'd like to know the meaning of these two symbols."

Then, she materialized the two Chinese characters for "hometown".

When Odysseus on the opposite side saw these two words, he was also touched.

In the blink of an eye, he has been in this world for several years. Many times he has forgotten that he does not actually belong to this world.

In addition to feeling emotional, Odysseus also realized that deep in his heart, he always reserved a certain place for his "hometown".

It’s just that you don’t notice it under normal circumstances.

Finally, he thought of going to have a drink with Klein when he had time. Although he couldn't explain it clearly yet, he was one of the few fellow countrymen he had in this world.

After hearing the Priestess's question, Klein said to himself, "As expected."

He explained: "The combination of these two symbols means hometown, the destination of the heart and spirit."

Cattleya remembered it well and sincerely thanked Mr. Fool.

Then, Klein the Fool said, "It's your turn."

Odysseus calmed down and was about to speak when Derrick, the Sun, spoke first, "I need the potion formula for the Sun Pathway, Sequence 5."

The Sun Priest had already digested much of the potion, so Derrick began to prepare for further advancement.

Alger, the "Hanged Man," was wondering if he could obtain a formula of this level through channels within the church.

But the World said in a low voice, "I do."

Derrick immediately asked, "Mr. World, what do you wish for?"

Klein manipulated the World to glance at the Hermit from the corner of his eye: "Gold Pounds."

So Derrick said to the Hermit, "Mr. Hermit, can I exchange my extraordinary materials for gold pounds from you?"

Odysseus nodded: "Okay."

He asked the World, "What's your price?"

"5000 pounds."

"Okay, I'll pay for Sun." Odysseus turned to Derrick and said, "According to the price we agreed on, pay me 5000 pounds worth of extraordinary materials.

"Also, if you add some Sequence 7 materials, the price will be reduced to 300 pounds."

The so-called "price they agreed on" was basically 7% off the market price. The price of Sequence 600 materials in Loen ranged from 800 to pounds, and the discount given by Odysseus was also % off the market price.

It’s not that Odysseus is too shady, but the value of some materials in Silver City is only one tenth of the market price.

The extraordinary materials from the "Warriors," "Spectators," and "Secret Prayers" paths available to the City of Silver were worth about the same as Backlund's market price.

Among them, the extraordinary materials and characteristics of the "Warrior" path are more valuable than Backlund.

Derrick nodded. "No problem." He had already planned to pay the Hermit an extra 500 pounds worth of materials as payment for his help.

Over the past six months, he had been trading "Hermit" Beyonder traits for "Extraordinary Weapons," and most of the "low-sequence" materials in Silver City had been processed.

Silver City's current demand for "Extraordinary Weapons" is increasing, forcing the "Six-Person Council" to issue an order that all Extraordinary Materials and Spiritual Materials encountered during patrols or explorations must be brought back, regardless of the source.

They even planned to take the initiative to hunt monsters to ensure the supply of extraordinary materials.

This allowed Silver City to guarantee the provision of sufficient extraordinary materials.

After completing this three-party transaction, Odysseus immediately initiated a transaction: "Please help me keep an eye out for the 'Liquid Brain of the Phantom Multibody Worm'."

Cattleya, who was sitting opposite him, was slightly stunned. She had already obtained the potion formula of the "Master of Prophecy" from the "Queen" and knew that what Odysseus wanted to buy was one of the auxiliary ingredients.

Cattleya frowned slightly. She was not surprised that Odysseus had already digested the potion. After all, with Odysseus's help, she had basically digested the potion as well.

But unexpectedly, the "Hermit" did not intend to familiarize himself more with the abilities of the "Mystic", but instead began to prepare for the promotion to the "Master of Prophecy"?
The other members had never heard of the "Phantom Multibody Insect" creature, but they all promised to help the "Hermit" keep an eye out.

They could also probably guess that the "Hermit" was already preparing for advancement to Sequence 3.

Klein couldn't help but think to himself: This guy's promotion speed is really like riding a rocket.

Then he manipulated the "world" and said, "I want to sell a special item. It was originally a puppet of a demigod, but for some unknown reason, the connection between it and its original body has been severed."

Then he pretended to ask for instructions from the Fool and showed everyone what he had seized in the "Misty Town".

It looked like an elderly person, with both the hair and wrinkles vividly portrayed. If it weren't for the introduction by "World", everyone would have thought it was just an old man in a daze.

Odysseus recognized him immediately; he was the Archbishop of the Church of Steam in Backlund, a puppet of Horamick Haydn.

At the same time, he realized that Klein had completed the "Misty Town" operation and obtained the Sequence 4 potion formula.

Because Odysseus clearly remembered that during the Backlund smog incident, Horamick's puppet had been imprisoned in the "small black room" by the "Goddess of Night" along with the "Lady of Despair".

For Odysseus, a "Perfecter" path, a Sequence 3 puppet, has great research value.

So he asked, "How much do you plan to sell it for?"

"3000 pounds."

Odysseus immediately said, "Deal."

Everyone was stunned. Before they had the chance to inquire about the purpose of this puppet, the transaction was over.

In fact, it would be useless for other members to buy it. First of all, this puppet is of no use to them. If it is really activated, the archbishop of the Steam Church will most likely come to their door.

Then, Klein manipulated the "world" and asked "Little Sun": "Do you have any evil magic monsters there? Perhaps you call it by another name.

"It excels at camouflage and possesses strange abilities, nearly reaching the level of a demigod. After killing it, its characteristics will converge into its primary eye."

If Mr. "Moon" deliberately mentioned "almost demigod level", it must be to show off.

But when the "world" said this, everyone thought it was a reminder to the "sun" that it was a very dangerous monster.

For a moment, Alger felt mixed emotions: he was also preparing to become a demigod.

Audrey encouraged herself inwardly: I am now Sequence 6 and have the opportunity to become a demigod.

Derrick thought for a moment and said, "It's not among the common monsters, but maybe someone has encountered one before. I'll look it up or ask for you."

When he was promoted to Sequence 6, he still owed a lot of debt to the "world", and this was the opportunity to repay it.

Whether the transaction was completed or not, it was completed very quickly. When Derrick and "The World" finished their conversation, the magnificent hall suddenly fell into silence.

A few seconds later, seeing that no one else had any other requests, Audrey raised her hand slightly and said, "Mr. Hermit, we've already traded intelligence on the Third Age. Can we trade intelligence on the Second Age?"

Everyone was stunned for a moment. After the transaction about the "Ancient Sun God" was completed, it seemed that there were no more secrets in the extraordinary history.

After being reminded by "Justice", everyone realized that they didn't know much about the Second Age.

The only thing we know is the far-reaching war between gods in the middle of the Second Age.

But thinking that the "Hermit" had a very comprehensive understanding of the history of every era and must know more detailed history, everyone looked at the "Hermit" and waited for his answer.

Odysseus pondered for a moment before saying, "I do know some information about the Second Age.

"It can be traded in two parts. The protagonists of the first half are the 'Eight Ancient Gods', and the protagonist of the second half is the 'Ancient Sun God'. The reward for each part is 5000 pounds."

Audrey immediately said, "Can we trade the second half first? That way it can be connected to the Third Epoch history we traded earlier?"

This proposal was first supported by "The Sun" Derrick, and the others were also moved by the reasons given by Miss "Justice", so they began to raise the 5000 pounds reward.

As an observer, Odysseus found that after Audrey was promoted, she could easily come up with some reasonable and acceptable reasons.

During this process, she did not use the corresponding abilities, and perhaps she herself was not fully aware of this. She was relying on instinct to make "lobbying" in her own favor.

The rewards were quickly distributed, but before the transaction officially began, Audrey asked, "Mr. Hermit, do you have any information about the First Epoch?"

That era is generally recognized as a mythological era. Only some vague mythological stories have been passed down, and there is nothing that can be called history.

Odysseus smiled and replied, “My level is not yet up to the task of knowing the information about that era, but I know how to obtain it.

"But another piece of information I received is that before becoming an angel, simply knowing that information could lead to contamination."

Now is not the time to talk about that.

The other members were all stunned, and they didn't expect that there really were records about the First Age.

Immediately afterwards, Cattleya, Klein, and Alger, who had seen the "Lord of Mysteries," suddenly realized that the "Lord of Mysteries" was most likely an ancient deity from the First Age.

Even Audrey, who asked the question, felt like she had found a history book about the mythological era. Overall, it felt like a mixture of reality and fantasy.

Klein recalled the intelligence he had obtained previously and realized that the First Epoch might involve a lot of information "above the gods." He remembered that the "Hermit" said that some beings "above the gods" would be contaminated by simply knowing the detailed information.

"Alright." Odysseus smiled and said, "Let's start with the Second Epoch transaction.

"Before we proceed with today's transaction, I would like to ask everyone a question. I believe everyone is familiar with the legend of the 'Desecrated Slate', right?"

Whether it was Derrick who was in the "God-Forsaken Land", or Audrey and Fors who had not received systematic training in mysticism, they all nodded.

Anyone who has come into contact with Feifan has heard the story of the "Profane Slate". After joining the Tarot Club, they also learned through communication that it records 22 "Paths of God".

Odysseus gave everyone a few seconds to recall the information about the 'Profane Slate' before continuing: "Before the 'Profane Slate' appeared, there was no concept of potions or adjacent pathways.

“Even the hierarchy of sequences is rather fuzzy, so you can imagine how chaotic the extraordinary world was at that time.

"Such chaos is very disadvantageous to humans, because other Beyonder races are either large in size or have strong vitality. After they absorb Beyonder characteristics, they have a higher chance of successfully ascending.

"Although they are bound to fall into a bloodthirsty and crazy state, at least they won't become irrational monsters.

"Humans don't have an advantage in terms of size or vitality, so for a long time, they've been on the fringes of the Extraordinary world. In other words, there haven't been many high-level Extraordinary people."

This description once again brings everyone back to that barbaric era. It can be imagined that the cognition and environment of that era are completely different from those of modern times.

At the same time, everyone once again felt how desperate the situation faced by mankind in that era was.

Of course, the only exception was "Moon" Emlyn, who did not feel despair.

"It is said that the 'blasphemous slate' appeared occasionally in the first half of the Second Age, but few people or creatures saw it. And perhaps because of the short time period, there has been almost no systematic interpretation." Odysseus said:
"Until the 'Ancient Sun God' appeared!"

He paused and continued, "I don't know where He obtained the 'blasphemous tablet' from, but what is certain is that He brought the 'blasphemous tablet' into the real world.

"From then on, the Extraordinary World had potion formulas and the concept of 'Extraordinary Path'!"

Hearing this, everyone took a deep breath. They had never imagined that the "Ancient Sun God" and the "Profaned Slate" had such a connection!

The connection between a mythical character and a mythical object at this time gave people a strange yet familiar feeling.

Klein, trapped in the gray fog, immediately thought of the ancient Sun God's title, which included the description of "omniscience and omnipotence." He couldn't help but grumble in his heart: "He really is omniscient! He knows all the methods and formulas!"
Then he thought: "Could the Blasphemous Slate have been "written" by the "Ancient Sun God"? It can't be that such a thing was "formed naturally"!

Odysseus smiled and, as usual, considerately gave everyone a few seconds to react. He then continued, "The 'Profaned Slate' benefits humanity the most, because with the emergence of the potion formula, humans now have a way to become high-level Beyonders.

"As a result, humanity's situation improved significantly. At the same time, humanity quickly rallied around the 'Ancient Sun God,' and the first church emerged."

Everyone was stunned for a moment before realizing this concept. The church, which is very common nowadays, should indeed have a formation process.

Before this, all extraordinary creatures were organized into races, with their kings as gods.

Just like the giants, this race all believes in the "Giant King". They probably won't have missionaries. As long as they are giants, they should have such beliefs.

Alger even had a thought: Did the members of ancient races pray with words? What were those words like? For example, did the vampires hope that the ancestor would grant them an endless supply of blood?
Thinking of this, he smiled and glanced at the "moon" on the side.

Meanwhile, Emlyn the Moon raised his chin. The reason for his sudden pride was that the vampires developed their faith earlier than humans formed the church.

When Klein heard this, he had the illusion that he had suddenly arrived at an archaeological site.

Even Odysseus couldn't help but make certain associations: the "ancient sun god" seemed to have been a believer in God before he "fell asleep", so he should be able to easily popularize the organizational structure of the church among humans.

He realized he was distracted and quickly cleared his throat, intending to continue, but Cattleya asked first, "Mr. Hermit, I'd like to know what language the Profane Slate is written in?"

When she asked the question, she glanced aside intentionally or unintentionally, not daring to look Odysseus in the eye.

Audrey immediately noticed the Priestess's evasive gaze. "The Priestess is acting a little strangely today. Why is she avoiding the Hermit's gaze? She's not someone who lacks confidence."

Then she had some guesses. The first thing she thought about was whether the two of them had met in the real world recently. But even if they had, there was nothing to hide, right? Or perhaps something embarrassing had happened between them in the real world?

After guessing for a while, Audrey couldn't come up with a reasonable answer, so she simply gave up thinking about it.

Odysseus replied, "The content on it shouldn't be described in any specific language. In my understanding, the 'blasphemous slate' should be written in a 'text' that any creature can understand.

"Or rather, it's not a type of writing at all, but rather a symbol that can continuously spread knowledge around.

"This symbol is very special. My understanding is that it is a manifestation of the 'activation' of occult symbols.

"It's called 'activation' because it can spontaneously transform into knowledge that can be understood by all different creatures. Each creature only needs to interpret it on its own."

Cattleya nodded slowly. Although she often witnessed extraordinary and magical things, she still found this answer magical.

After hearing this, Klein recalled the concept of "computer language", which can be used for communication between humans and computers.

Audrey suddenly wanted to take a look at the "blasphemous slate" to see what it looked like.

But she knew that this was just a wish, and it was a difficult wish to achieve.

Seeing that no one had any other questions, Odysseus continued, "It is said that the 'Ancient Sun God' awakened from the darkness. I don't have any detailed information about the specific process.

“All we know is that he suddenly woke up one day in the Second Era. We don’t know exactly where he fell asleep or where he woke up.

"But what is certain is that this deity has no so-called 'weak period'. It seems that upon awakening, he is the deity of the 'Sun' and 'Hanged Man' pathways, as well as possessing the uniqueness of the 'Thief' pathway."

It’s not that he didn’t know, but he couldn’t tell the truth. He couldn’t say that the “ancient sun god” came from a fighting nation and woke up from a nuclear power plant, right?
"The Sun" Derrick nodded repeatedly when he heard this. There was a similar description in the myth about the "omniscient and omnipotent Lord", which said that the "Lord" woke up from the darkness and brought light to the world.

Klein thought: This description is a bit confusing. When did the "Ancient Sun God" fall asleep? And why did he suddenly wake up?
He always felt that there must be a story behind this.

Alger had roughly thought of this, and he also thought further: "Could the 'Ancient Sun God' be... could it be a deity from the First Age?" There were ancient gods in the Second Age, and gods have existed in every era since then. It doesn't make sense that there weren't gods in the First Age.

As a writer, the "magician" Fors is completely immersed in the atmosphere of myths and legends, and has begun to use his imagination to conceive many corresponding stories for this legendary god.

Odysseus continued, “When the ‘Ancient Sun God’ first appeared, it didn’t seem to cause much of a stir. This world simply went from five ancient gods to six.

“I personally believe that the emergence of the Church caused a huge change in the power structure of the Second Age.

"Because the formation of the church means that the 'Ancient Sun God' has already established its own power, or in other words, some high-sequence Beyonders have spontaneously united around the 'Ancient Sun God'.

"Especially as the 'Magic Potions System' begins to spread within the church, it won't be long before a large number of Beyonders emerge among human believers.

"'Angel of Destiny' Ouroboros, 'Red Angel' Medici, and 'Pure White Angel' 'Angel of Wind' all seemed to have begun following the 'Ancient Sun God' around that time.

"The last two are human, and some sources say the first two are human, while others say they are born mythical creatures. I can't give a clear answer.

"But in the second half of the Second Age, their loyalty to the 'Ancient Sun God' was still very high."

Klein resisted the urge to rub his hands. With the Blasphemous Slate, the Church of the Ancient Sun God seemed to be on a roll. Just imagine, his subordinates were a group of calm and rational Beyonders, while other Beyonder races were irritable or irrational. The outcome seemed almost decided before the battle even began.

Alger smiled helplessly: "The Hermit" added this last sentence. Is he describing the truth? Or is he being sarcastic?

Audrey breathed a sigh of relief. She felt relieved after hearing such a description, because it meant that the Hermit's description of the history of the Second Age could be as detailed as that of the Fourth Age.

Odysseus continued: "I have heard two versions of history afterwards, and I personally believe that both versions happened.

"However, there are some contradictions between the two versions, and they don't seem to be closely related to each other. I will explain the two versions. You can decide for yourself which one to trust."

The other members were stunned at first, but then they felt that this was quite normal. After all, that was the history of the Second Age, so it was inevitable that there would be some ambiguity or incoherence.

"The first version says that the Ancient God took the initiative to challenge the 'Ancient Sun God,'" Odysseus said, "so the 'Ancient Sun God' launched an attack on the Ancient Gods, successively reclaiming the authority of the four Ancient Gods, and ushering in the Third Era.

"Another version of the description is not so simple. In terms of the recovery of authority, some of the ancient gods' authority was taken back by the 'Ancient Sun God' on his own initiative."
