For this purpose, successive Tantric living Buddhas since Guru Padmasambhava have devoted themselves to this. Over a long period of time, they have also chosen this place as the foundation of "Shambhala".

That is the Temple of War God that has existed since ancient times.

However, due to various obstacles, the Tibetan Tantric Buddhism has been searching for the Temple of the God of War for many years, but has never been able to find it. It is even more impossible for them to establish a Buddhist kingdom on earth under the nose of the Central Plains dynasty.

It was not until the birth of Temujin, a natural conqueror, that these great lamas finally saw hope of cultivating "Shangri-La" and named him the "Wheel-Turning King" who would rule the four continents and all sentient beings.
