Chapter 81 Remarks on the launch
It's time to put the book on the shelves again. I am very grateful to the readers who have been following, voting, and rewarding. Authors and readers have always encouraged, learned from, and depended on each other. I am very grateful for your company over the past month and a half. Thank you~

I would also like to thank my editor Penglai. Since he is an experienced author, his manuscripts are basically approved within seconds. The only regret is that the evil censorship actually rejected the title "The Great Han: The Restoration of the Han Dynasty from the Training of Dong Zhuo". And because of the rejection of the title, I dare not write some plots, fearing that it will attract censorship monsters. Alas~
Now let’s talk about the ideas behind writing this book.

When I write history articles, I usually read through the history books of that time period. For example, when I wrote about the early Three Kingdoms period, I did not read the "Records of the Three Kingdoms" but chose the "Book of the Later Han".

Then, I discovered a lot of things that I had never discovered before, but were very interesting!

I remember Dangnian Mingyue once said in an interview that the meaning of reading history books is to see through the historian's writing what he really wanted to express but dared not express.

History books may seem simple and straightforward, but in fact they are like a puzzle game.

For example, the records shown to you earlier include "He Jin threatened Empress Dowager He and led troops to force the palace" and "Yuan Shu burned down the imperial palace".

In later history, all of this was summarized in one sentence, "the struggle between He Jin and the Ten Eunuchs," and there was no mention of it being "an act of treason."

On the other hand, although Dong Zhuo's deeds are too numerous to list, many of them are not described in detail.

It seems that everyone knows that Dong Zhuo was cruel, but when you want to find out how cruel he was, you can't find too many deeds. If you put aside your subjective feelings, most of his actions are still within the framework of the Han Dynasty's etiquette and laws.

But even so, the third chapter also wants to carefully declare one thing -

I did not whitewash Dong Zhuo!

I did not whitewash Dong Zhuo!

I did not whitewash Dong Zhuo!

First of all, I'm just a novelist and I don't have this ability at all.

Secondly, there is a second key -

At that time, the Han Dynasty could only rely on Dong Zhuo to save it.

In fact, my original outline did not regard Dong Zhuo as a positive character, but rather required Liu Xie and Wang Yun to kill Dong Zhuo according to history...but the question is, what to do next?
If there was no Dong Zhuo, the imperial court would lose its military power and the Han Dynasty would immediately be in name only.

But who will take over the Xiliang army?
Many people might say Huangfu Song.

But will Wang Yun allow Huangfu Song to take over the military power of Xiliang?

Wang Yun, a sophisticated and authoritarian politician, understood the importance of military power. Whoever got the military power of Xiliang would form a huge force in the court to compete with him, so he would not allow anyone to touch the military power of Xiliang. (Besides, Huangfu Song's prestige was too high, even Dong Zhuo was afraid of him)
In Wang Yun's plan, it would be better to let the Xiliang army dissipate on its own, so that this force that was enough to counter him would gradually disappear...

But if the imperial court has no soldiers and no foundation, can it still be called an imperial court?

So I said at the beginning that Wang Yun was not bad or stupid, he was just simply lost in power. (According to historical records)
However, I did not deviate from history and directly portray Wang Yun as a bad guy or villain in the traditional sense.

In fact, the name of this volume is "The Lone Brave Man of Han Dynasty" (I just realized that the title of the volume is not written...).

This lone brave man can refer to Liu Xie or Dong Zhuo, but more often to Wang Yun.

Now is not a good time to put it on the shelves. I originally wanted to finish the first volume before putting it on the shelves, but I didn’t expect that there were too many great writers in this issue, and I ran into a fog. Even if I waited, I couldn’t wait for Sanjiang, so I hurriedly put it on the shelves after only three rounds of recommendations...

But three chapters can guarantee that the subsequent plots will be of absolutely high quality!

It will be on the shelves at 0: tomorrow, which is actually : tonight. I plan to send out five chapters first out of three. Please give me a first order.

In the future, we will try our best to ensure the update of three chapters every day.

Then, if the first order can reach 1000, one more chapter will be added, and thereafter one more chapter will be added for every additional 100 orders.

There will be additional chapters after a certain number of monthly votes and recommendation votes are accumulated. (The main reason is that I can't see the past data of these two votes, I can only see the data of the current month, so if there are 500 recommendation votes or 500 monthly votes in the current month, an additional chapter will be added.)
That's it! I've written a lot of words to say thanks for the release. I wish you all a happy weekend~

Oh, by the way, please order first~~
