I'm in Brazil, and it's not surprising that I won the Fields Medal.

My academic research is so advanced that if the United States had not deliberately concealed it, I would have won the Fields Medal for four consecutive years.

But I couldn't be happy. I was thinking about a problem.

From an objective point of view, I am already the most talented mathematician in the world, but when I look back at the deeds of those talented mathematicians in history.

Imagination!

It was Newton who single-handedly led all of humanity to rapidly move away from agricultural civilization.

The imagination these people possess is something I cannot understand and dare not imagine.

If imagination gets a full score of 10.

Newton can only score eight or nine points these days.

And I probably only have one point.

Logically speaking, as the most talented mathematician among the seven billion people on Earth, even if I am not as talented as those geniuses in history, the gap would not be that big.

These geniuses have an imagination of eight to nine points, so I should have at least five points. This is normal logic.

This question bothers me.

I have been feeling upset this week, so today I read a world-famous book called "Crime and Punishment".

The author is the Russian writer Dostoyevsky.

The book describes an extremely intelligent protagonist named Raskolnav, and says that his IQ surpasses Einstein.

This raises a question in my mind.

Logically speaking, it is impossible for an author to write a character with a higher IQ than himself.

The author's IQ represents the upper limit of the novel's IQ.

So, if an author wants to write a character whose IQ exceeds that of Einstein, can the author's own IQ exceed that of Einstein?
The answer is no.

If the author's IQ can surpass Einstein, why would he write novels?
Then comes the paradox.

An author whose IQ is not as high as Einstein's can never write a character whose IQ is higher than Einstein's!!
There is no doubt about it.

But the Russian writer Dostoevsky forced himself to write it.

In "Crime and Punishment", he wrote the protagonist Raskolnav, whose IQ surpassed Einstein.

What will happen?
After careful consideration, I came up with two options.

The first result is that the character collapses and is not established, and Raskolnav’s IQ does not surpass Einstein.

The second result is that the character setting is established and Raskolnav's IQ exceeds that of Einstein.

But a protagonist whose IQ exceeds that of Einstein also exceeds that of the author, which means...

He will find out that he is a character in a novel!
If you can't even figure this out, how can you be called extremely smart? How can you compare with Einstein in terms of IQ? (End of this chapter)
