Chapter 13: An Excuse for Picking Up Girls
Looking at Liv whose brows were becoming increasingly wrinkled, Donton closed his travel bag with a smile and said.

"It's just a question. It's not as hard as you think, Liv."

"Downton!"

Liv couldn't be as relaxed as Downton said. After seeing the grenade clearly, she immediately raised her hand and pressed Downton's thigh, and her hand even tended to move towards Downton's vitals.

"There are only a bunch of poor women here, and I'm probably the only one who's not pitiful.

Even if you want to play with them, don't kill them. They are already having a hard time just trying to stay alive!"

Having said that, Liv's left hand, which was about to reach Donton's vital point, suddenly accelerated.

Unfortunately, that hand was caught by Donton.

Holding Liv's wrist, Donton shook his head in amusement.

"Don't wait until you are on the brink of death to remember that you are women. Where is the equality you agreed on, Liv?
What's more, I don't mean to kill you, I just want an answer, I don't want your massage, let alone your life!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Donton threw Liv's hand aside and continued to hold Liv's waist.

The dancers around looked at them and cheered for Donton with a smile. For example, they removed the cushion that was in the way on their chests, allowing the water balloon to jump freely.

The silly dancers couldn't help her, and Liv knew it very well.

In the Iceberg Club, truly smart women have already climbed to higher positions, while those who think they are smart because they are not smart enough...

They died long ago.

Feeling that she was of no extra help, Liv took a deep breath, then leaned over to Donton's shoulder and put Donton's earlobe in her mouth.

After taking a gentle bite, she licked it for a while as if to make up for it before whispering to Donton.

“Your questions are killing us.

After today, if the family behind you breaks into Sabatino's house, Falcone, who is investigating the cause of the loss, will not be able to bypass us.

Whether I was blown up by you or killed by Falcone, there is really no difference in the different ways of dying."

Liv put her face against Donton's cheek, blew a breath on his lips, and then continued.

“What’s more, your bravery is also a loss to me.

Even though this is Gotham, there aren't many brave people who have the courage to run alone into the enemy's lair with a suicidal weapon.

If Falcone has someone as loyal as you under his command, he will use you as a treasure. Or perhaps, you can come to work for me.

But you are no longer a treasure to me. I will use you like a pile-driving machine, and you will be more tired than working on the construction site!
Believe me, Donton, no matter which of us you choose, we will definitely treat you better than your current boss!"

Liv promised solemnly.

Looking at Liv who was so confident, Donton could only spread his hands.

"You think I have a boss, but you are wrong. I am different from you. I only have myself.

I just want to know where Sabatino is, and then I'll move on to another place to get excited.

Before I leave, I will even leave this bag of money to you. Nothing can excite me more than seeing a woman kneeling in front of me picking up money.

Think about it, Liv!"

Donton raised his hand and patted Liv's face. This action should have been a bit humiliating, but Liv didn't mind at all.

Facing Donton's determined eyes that were gradually losing their cynicism, she pursed her lips helplessly and then asked.

"May I know what you want from Sabatino?"

"He owes me a considerable debt," replied Downton.

Hearing this, Liv wanted to struggle, so she gently grabbed Donton's hand.

“If he just owes you a debt, then I can be your middleman. Sabatino is here and he has been here less than twenty minutes!

He did not come here without telling anyone, and he even brought dozens of his followers with him. Anyone with some connections in Gotham can find out this information. I can definitely take you to see him.

As for Sabatino’s safe house, that’s his real secret, he…?” “Wait!”

Suddenly, Donton interrupted Liv.

Looking at the slightly surprised Liv, Donton stood up from the sofa.

"Sabatino is in the club now?" he asked in surprise.

"That's right!" Liv nodded after thinking about it.

"Then why didn't you tell me earlier!"

After getting the answer, Donton put his backpack on his back with a smile, then turned around and was about to leave.

Seeing this, Liv quickly jumped up from the sofa and chased after Donton.

"You don't think you can see him easily, do you? Your grenade can only scare us women!
As long as you promise me not to cause too much trouble, I can really be the middleman between you and Sabatino so that you can sit at the same table and have a good chat.

I really admire your courage, Donton, and I sincerely want you to follow me.

Although I cannot be considered the big boss of the Falconet family, I at least have enough qualifications and a certain amount of power.

The reason why I can't replace Maroni or Fish is that I don't have people like you who are brave enough!"

Liv had never admired a young man so much, especially after seeing Downton's final look, she was inexplicably tempted to bet on something.

Having been in her position for so long, she was used to seeing too many fierce but cowardly eyes, but she had only seen such a truly fearless look as Donton's on Falcone.

but……

Looking at Sister Liv who was extremely serious, Donton burst out laughing.

"Haha, come on, the reason why I can't be called a successful man for the time being is because I lack dozens of sexy women like you in my bed!

But this reason can't be used as an excuse to pick up girls, Liv!"

While laughing, Donton pushed away several butts blocking his way.

Facing Liv's eyes that showed she wanted to make one last effort, he reached behind his waist and pulled out the Desert Eagle.

Gently shaking the muzzle of the gun towards Liv twice, Donton finally said to her.

“Since you can’t be the boss, don’t always think about being a wavering middleman, or you will die miserably.

What Sabatino and I have to say will be spoken with bullets. Are you sure you want to continue to get involved?"

As soon as he finished speaking, Donton pushed open the backstage door and pointed the gun directly at the first person he saw.

boom!
The thug who was guarding outside the door and trying to peek was shot in the head by Donton.

The splashing blood and the sudden gunshots finally made the dancers scream shrilly.

Looking at the backstage that had suddenly become a mess, Liv swallowed hard and shouted to Downton.

"How dare you! There are hundreds of gunmen here! And you're alone!"

"You're wrong, Liv, there are only hundreds of passers-by and the only protagonist here!"

Donton responded excitedly, then held the body with his head shot out in front of him as a shield, and fired repeatedly at the approaching figure.

Without even looking at how many hits he had made, he waited until the Desert Eagle had used up a magazine, then he took out a grenade from his bag, pulled out the safety and threw it out.

boom!
With the help of the fire from the explosion, Donton loaded the bullets in an orderly manner, but he didn't know that Liv could see his eyes which were completely illuminated by the fire.

"If he really survives..."

Liv squeezed her thighs in appreciation and murmured to herself.

"Then Gotham will become interesting!"
