Chapter 1026 Mordred: Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father!

Chapter 1026 Mordred: Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father!
The dark red energy released from Mordred's sword crashed towards the Death Eaters.

Her voice rose to its highest point:
"Rebel against my handsome father!!!"

With a roar, the sword came crashing down.

In an instant, all sounds were swallowed up and annihilated by the terrifying torrent of energy.

The space itself groaned under the weight of the sword's blade.

Under Peter's dumbfounded gaze, a torrent tens of meters wide, composed of dark red destructive energy, surged out like the waters of the River Styx unleashed!

Although this energy is not fire, it is more terrifying than the hottest magma.

The dark red energy roared, completely ionizing and distorting the air in its path, emitting blinding electric light.

The ground wasn't plowed up, but completely annihilated and vaporized, leaving behind a bottomless, terrifying ravine that stretched to the horizon.

The Death Eater who fired the Slicing Curse, along with his dozen or so menacing companions, couldn't even utter a scream.

The Death Eaters' bodies, black robes, masks, and wands, upon contact with the edge of the crimson torrent, disintegrated and vaporized silently, like wax figures thrown into a raging fire.

Even the smallest molecular structures were torn into nothingness by energy.

The torrent continued its relentless flow, crashing violently into the wall that Loki had sculpted with his icy magic.

"Crack—boom!!!"

The seemingly indestructible ice barrier shattered like fragile glass.

Ice crystal fragments scattered and flew in all directions like a torrential rain.

Time seemed to stand still on the farm.

All that remained was the lingering echo of the dark red torrent raging through the spatial turbulence, and the heavy breathing of the crowd.

Mordred remained frozen in her downward sword-slashing stance, standing stiffly on the ground.

She gripped the longsword tightly with both hands, its light gradually dimming, but the blade still radiating terrifying heat and wisps of black smoke.

Then she slowly and stiffly lowered her head, her gaze following the ravine that stretched forward.

"Uh……"

A short gasp escaped from little Mordred's throat.

What did you do?
She just wanted to... just wanted to teach those scoundrels who disturbed her father's peace a lesson.

Why is this happening?

Mordred was completely dumbfounded!

Her fingers, gripping the sword hilt, had lost all color from excessive force. She looked at Peter with a blank expression, uttering a disbelieving "Father."

Peter was stunned by Mordred's attack when he saw what was happening.

To rebel against my handsome father?
Isn't this Mordred's Noble Phantasm?

Could it be that I summoned a Servant? Otherwise, why would this brat use his Noble Phantasm?

Peter walked over to the somewhat bewildered Morty, swallowed hard, and asked her, "Morty, how did you unleash your Noble Phantasm just now?"

"Noble Phantasm?"

Mordred paused for a moment, scratched his head, and said with some doubt, "Is this a Noble Phantasm? I didn't know. I just wanted to help my father teach these guys a lesson, so I used this attack."

Peter: "."

Peter fell silent as he looked at the Death Eaters who had turned to ash.

Your casual attack wiped out a group of Death Eaters. At such a young age, your "battle record" surpasses that of Azu, who is the same age.
Peter glanced at Azu, who was equally dumbfounded, and thought to himself that if Mordred were to turn evil, Azu would probably be no match for him.

“Father, I just wanted to help you. Because of the attack by ‘Dr. Manhattan’ that you mentioned before, I couldn’t do anything to help. I felt that I was too weak, so…”

Peter listened to his youngest daughter's words and glanced at the ravine.

Your Noble Phantasm is no weakling at all. I reckon if Azuma and Mark took a direct hit from it, they would both lie flat on their backs.

"Cough cough."

The above thoughts flashed through Peter's mind, but his expression remained gentle.

He crouched down and gently stroked Mordred's blond hair.

"No, your strength is not weak. As long as you have the heart to help your father, your father will be happy. Sometimes, things in this world do not depend on the strength of your strength. Dr. Manhattan was very powerful, but in the end, didn't he also fail?"

Peter gently comforted Mordred.

"Really? Father."

Mordred's face lit up with excitement when she heard that her father would not scold her.

"Of course, but this Noble Phantasm attack should not be used lightly, and it's best not to say it out loud."

"Rebelling against my handsome father"—this sounds like a special "Noble Phantasm against my father."

Could it be that this Noble Phantasm attack is only most powerful when used on oneself?

"Oh."

Upon hearing Peter's words, Mordred gave an embarrassed "Oh".

On the other side, the shocked crowd all gathered around.

Star-Lord looked at Mordred in surprise and asked Peter, "Dad, what's that?"

Ceresia also looked at Mordred with disbelief.

Xiao Mo's attack was both cool and powerful, even making her feel envious.

“That’s Morty’s signature move,” Peter explained casually, then looked at Harry and his friends.

While the grieving men surrounded Mordred, bombarding her with questions about how she had done it, Peter took a few steps and appeared beside the still-shaken Hermione.

"Are you alright, Hermione?"

“Mr. Peter…”

Hermione's voice was filled with heavy breathing and trembling with lingering fear as she instinctively hugged the package in her arms even tighter.

Then her gaze was fixed on Peter, as if she had a thousand words to say.

"It's alright, Hermione."

Peter's voice was deep and powerful, with a soothing magic.

His eyes met Hermione's. "Tell me, what happened? Who's chasing you?"

“Mr. Peter… it’s a Horcrux, Voldemort’s Horcrux. We found one, but it… it’s cursed. We can’t find a way to destroy it, and it’s been put under the most vicious tracking curse. No matter where we run, the Death Eaters will find us.”

Hermione excitedly told Peter.

"When we tried to teleport to escape the Death Eaters' attack, sir, a grain of sand on Hermione's body sent us here."

Harry, dragging his injured arm, walked over with Ron and explained to Peter.

Peter's gaze fell on the package in Hermione's arms, a knowing glint in his eyes.

He gently patted Hermione's tense shoulder and reassured her, "Don't worry, it's safe here."

"Take care of the wound first, then have something to eat."

Persephone's gentle voice rang out as she approached Harry and his two friends carrying hot water, towels, and a large plate of freshly baked pastries. She said, "No matter how important the matter is, let's eat first."

night.

The fire in the fireplace blazed brightly again, dispelling the chill of the night.

Persephone carefully treated the wound on Ron's arm, making Ron wince in pain.

Hermione sat next to Peter, taking small bites of the warm apple pie Martha offered, occasionally stealing glances at Peter's calm profile.

Harry sat on Hermione's other side, watching all this with a weary but grateful expression, his tense body gradually relaxing.

"So, what happened? Why were you being chased by Death Eaters?"

Peter sipped his coffee as he asked Hermione and her two companions.

Harry looked around at everyone and then told Peter about the recent events.

Rufus Scrimgeour succeeded Cornelius Fudge as Minister for Magic because people in the wizarding world believed that Cornelius Fudge had mishandled Voldemort's earlier attack on the wizarding world.

Professor Severus Snape got his wish and became the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.

Just recently, Dumbledore used his Pensieve to show Harry some details of Voldemort's past and concluded that Voldemort had once divided his soul into seven parts and hidden six of them in Horcruxes (magical items that can last forever).

Professor Dumbledore believed that in order to kill Voldemort, all the Horcruxes would need to be destroyed.

So he and Harry went to retrieve Salazar Slytherin's locket.

However, because Dumbledore had become very weak after drinking the potion that protected the locket, the two were separated while escaping the pursuit of the Death Eaters.

Harry, carrying the ring box alone, found Hermione and Ron. The three of them then fled and, with the help of the Sandman's Sand, finally arrived at the farm.

After listening to Harry's story, Peter fell into deep thought, stroking the "Slytherin locket" that Hermione had given her.

Has the storyline of the Harry Potter universe progressed to this point?
"Father."

Mordred leaned closer curiously and asked Peter, "Is this the Horcrux Harry was talking about?"

"Yes."

Peter looked at the curious eyes surrounding him and explained to everyone, "This is one of Voldemort's seven Horcruxes, which Voldemort hid in a cave on a remote island far from Hogwarts."

"In the cave, Voldemort placed the locket at the bottom of a glass container, and then used a spell to pour some kind of potion into the container that would make people feel like they were dying. Only after drinking the potion could people get the locket."

Peter said slowly, "In addition, Voldemort also sent many Infernals to protect the Horcruxes in the waters surrounding the island where the locket's container was hidden."

While explaining to everyone, Peter glanced at Raven, Loki, Mark, and Tom.

If his memory is not mistaken, the next part of the story will be the death of Headmaster Dumbledore.

Worried that Hermione and Fleur might get into trouble, and also hoping that the headmaster could save them, Peter said to the four of them, "Raven, Loki, Mark, and Tom, as students of Hogwarts, it's time for you four to return to Hogwarts."

Raven blinked when she heard Peter's words. "Dad, are you asking the four of us to take care of Voldemort?"

"Of course, do you think your father would need to intervene?"

"No, of course not!"

Raven clenched her fist confidently, "I will definitely find all the Horcruxes and defeat Voldemort."

Peter shook his head and said to Raven, "Defeating Voldemort isn't the most important thing, Raven. Protecting the school and your classmates is the most important thing."

These are all potential magicians who can help me; I can't let them go to waste.

"Especially to protect the safety of Harry, Hermione, Ron, Fleur, and Headmaster Dumbledore."

Peter added.

When Peter mentioned "Hibiscus," Hermione looked at him suspiciously.

Could it be that Mr. Peter really has something going on with Hibiscus?
