Chapter 735 This is Destiny (1/2)
When he saw Xuankong again, Master Wumu felt that the other party might be the most sober person.

He realized that the True Buddha was wrong and immediately questioned him, and even if he was suppressed for it, he did not feel the slightest regret.

Although he was suppressed in the underworld during this period, Xuan Kong was not depressed at all. Instead, he became more clear-headed.

Only the head of Xuankong was exposed at the foot of the mountain. Molten copper and iron would fall at every moment, reducing Xuankong to ashes, but he would recover in the next moment.

Endless pain tormented Xuankong here. Only when he felt remorse in his heart could he escape from this endless purgatory and return to Buddhism.

But even so, Xuankong remained calm, as if he was not in endless terror, but rather in clear water.

This state of mind has already reached the state of non-existence and non-existence, and it is very likely to be more profound than the true Buddha.

After all, the true Buddha only has extraordinary magical powers. In terms of the state of mind, he may only be slightly higher than that of a Zen master.

That round of hydrangea bombardment was more effective than expected.

The actual damage may not be that terrible, but the myth of the invincibility of the True Buddha was broken one by one, causing the True Buddha's influence on the Buddhist monks to continue to decrease.

Bowing to Xuankong, Master Wumu said, "Xuankong, here I come."

Xuankong was a little surprised at Ebony's arrival.

He looked at Wu Mu, and a kind smile appeared on his torn face. He said softly, "You are here. I didn't expect that the one who thought of me in the end was you, Wu Mu."

Sitting cross-legged in front of Xuankong, Master Wumu said, "I can see clearly. Although you are the man of destiny designated by the True Buddha, this is also granted by the Heavenly Dao, and you have the ability to cause changes in the Heavenly Dao. Xuankong, I will let you out."

"Thanks Ebony."

The sound of the Heart Sutra rang out, and the clear sound turned into golden light that slowly rose up and became the only light in the underworld.

Attracted by the golden light, the Zen master who had fallen here before immediately found the direction and slowly walked towards this place.

When the golden body of the first Zen master arrived here and saw Xuankong, he immediately understood Wumu's intention, sat next to Wumu, and began to chant with Wumu.

All Buddhist exercises have similar characteristics to the "Art of Correcting the Mind". The more people chant it, the stronger its effect.

Although their magical powers were insufficient, the Zen masters knew that now was a critical moment for the continuation of Buddhism.

The final golden body began to burn, and the wisdom accumulated over hundreds of lifetimes was transformed into magic power. This magic power was turned into a sign to attract other Zen masters to come.

Finally, the golden body of a Zen master finally reached its limit, and the last bit of his magic power turned into the sound of chanting and dissipated in the air.

The golden body turned into loose sand and disappeared without a trace when the wind blew, leaving only the words "go".

The golden body of a famous Zen master completely dissipated, his wisdom from hundreds of lifetimes finally returned to the dust, all the things that were once precious turned into nothing, leaving only the increasingly loud sound of chanting.

When half of the Zen masters disappeared, the Five Finger Mountain that trapped Xuankong finally loosened, and Xuankong finally walked out.

After escaping, Xuankong was naked, his body covered with scars from torture, but long-term thinking made him gain stronger wisdom.

A large amount of Zen master's innate wisdom burned, and the resulting cause and effect power also entangled Xuankong, making his vision more profound and his cultivation more profound.

More importantly, the accumulated thoughts of the Zen masters who voluntarily went to the underworld were also added to Xuankong, allowing him to understand the wishes of other Zen masters and know their thoughts.

At this time, Xuankong is no longer Xuankong, but the embodiment of the Way of Heaven, the vision of all living beings, and the future of the Buddhist kingdom.

Amid the chanting of the remaining Zen masters, Xuan Kong whispered, "Cassock."

The power of will was generated, the Heavenly Dao condensed, and the golden threads extending from the Heavenly Dao gathered into a net, turning into a golden cassock and falling onto Xuan Kong's body. "Zen staff."

The Buddha's light is bright, and supernatural powers are manifested. Xuankong's past wisdom gathers here and becomes the Zen staff in Xuankong's hand.

"All living beings."

As the last Buddhist chant sounded, the golden bodies of the Zen masters shone brightly, leading the evil ghosts in the underworld to raise their heads and look here.

The underworld is the collection of all the filth in the Buddhist kingdom and the place where all those who have fallen into darkness and cannot be reincarnated reside.

It is dark here all year round, with only screams and wails, but no hope or reincarnation.

All the creatures that fall into this place will turn into evil spirits in the long despair, erase their nature, and eventually become brutal beasts.

This is where the True Buddha punishes all living beings. It is the most terrifying place for Buddhist monks.

But at this moment, a ray of light descended from the sky. Xuankong in the light put his hands together, bowed once to the sky, and twice to the ground, chanting the mantra, praying for the living beings here with supreme compassion and supreme vows.

"I, Xuankong, see that all living beings are deceived by the true Buddha, like ants floating in the world, like moths burned in the fire. They are imprisoned in reincarnation for hundreds of lifetimes. The cycle of reincarnation never stops, and the suffering never ends."

"I hereby make a great vow that all sentient beings in my Buddha country can find peace wherever my light reaches. I wish to transform my body into light, illuminating the three thousand worlds and all worlds. I wish to protect all living beings with this mind, eliminate the three poisons of greed, anger and ignorance and all poisons, and burn away the three sufferings of love and separation and all suffering."

"I, Xuankong, wish to swear here that I will not attain Buddhahood until the underworld is empty. True Buddhas are immortal, and so are prayers. May the three thousand worlds and even all the worlds bear witness here. When all living beings attain enlightenment and escape the sea of suffering, it will be the day when I, Xuankong, attain enlightenment."

The prayer is completed and destiny is revealed.

Xuankong was the man appointed by the True Buddha and was supposed to pray for the True Buddha.

But everything he had witnessed before allowed Xuankong to break free from the shackles of the True Buddha, washed away the mark of the True Buddha, and allowed him to be reborn, becoming a monk who fights for all living beings in the Buddhist kingdom.

What he represents is the hope of hundreds of millions of monks in the Buddhist country.

His direction is the future that hundreds of millions of Buddhist monks expect.

Feeling the complete way of heaven, Xuankong slowly stood up, his eyes piercing through billions of barriers above the underworld, and facing the true Buddha in the clouds.

"True Buddha, let me ask you a question! You wear the robes of the True Buddha and the mask of compassion, but you actually enslave sentient beings and deceive the world! Mortals are starving and poor because of you, and monks are forever trapped in the cycle of reincarnation because of you. Are you a Buddha or a demon?"

The real Buddha at this time has been restored.

The crack on the right cheek has been repaired. The current True Buddha has obtained the last magical power of the Buddha Kingdom and has become more compassionate than before.

Looking at Xuan Kong in the underworld, he smiled and said softly, "Is it so important whether it is a Buddha or a demon?"

"Indeed, you didn't, but your actions have transcended the realm of Buddha and devil. All living beings should not be enslaved, but you have forcibly imprisoned them, which has already infuriated the gods and devils. True Buddha, repent!"

The True Buddha wanted to say something, but the magical power in his body began to become restless.

The skin on his face began to swell and deform, and the Buddhist magic power he had previously absorbed began to spin out of control under the influence of the Heavenly Dao.

The Feitian and Bodhi that he absorbed into his body were also constantly restless. Their awakened spirits began to resist the authority of the True Buddha, forcing him to distract himself and suppress the magic power in his body.

Just when he was overwhelmed, the second wave of hydrangeas arrived.
