Chapter 95: Final Talk about the Death Request

Chapter 95: The Request for Death after the Final Conversation

That night, after having dinner with colleagues, Carrie took Gina to another show!
It was another extremely hidden underground restaurant. Zeng Luli waited for them in the underground parking lot of a building. After sending the two of them through a security door, she left. Carrie guessed that this accounting expert was busy dealing with some urgent accounting issues for Reddington.

Inside the security door is a small corridor. After entering another door, there is a separate hall with more than a dozen dining tables. However, there are only two people sitting at the middle table. Kinski and Reddington are sitting there drinking, while Dumby is standing aside. When they saw them come in, the latter two raised their hands to greet them, but "Berlin" raised the glass in his hand to him with a wry smile!

"Well, Richard, come and have a drink!" Reddington said, "This is Kinski's collection of fine vodka!"

Kerry walked over and sat next to the two of them. He reached out and took the bottle of wine on the table. He looked at the label on it. It clearly said "1990". So he said, "Is this the souvenir you two brought back from Russia?"

"Ha! I knew you can't hide anything from me." Reddington laughed, "This time Kinski has found an enemy, which means he has fulfilled half of his wish..."

Kinski nodded without saying anything, but raised his glass to Carrey and drank another gulp.

After a brief chat, Reddington stood up and said goodbye, leaving with Dembe.

It was only then that Kinski uttered his first words: "Agent Carrey, I don't want to go back!"

Kerry looked at him and nodded, understanding what he meant, but said nothing.

"Actually, my original name is Milos Kirchhoff. I changed my name to this when I joined the KGB..." Kinski said, "Later, for Zoe's safety, I took great pains to destroy all the original files! Agent Carrey, you don't know how chaotic that era was at your age..."

Carrie curled her lips and thought to herself: I really know that, I actually remember things in 1991 in my previous life!
"In the middle of 1991, the political situation in the Soviet Union had deteriorated extremely..." Kinsky said, "In order to prevent the country from being divided, I followed my KGB boss to Kursk (a state directly under the Soviet Union, southwest of Ukraine) to attend a secret meeting. The participants were all core leaders of the conservative faction. The purpose of the meeting was to plan the assassination of the then leader and save the country...

"During the meeting, a huge explosion suddenly occurred at the scene, dozens of people died, and the conservatives' plan was aborted!

"Afterwards, I was ordered to track down the culprit of the explosion. At that time, there was intelligence that the person who planned the explosion was an American. Someone revealed that this person's nickname was 'Red Devil', so we have been tracking this person!
"Eleven years ago, my daughter got into trouble and was arrested. In order to save her, I led people to raid the prison, rescued her and sent her to a safe place, but she was betrayed by my men...

"Later, I was put in a prison for serious criminals, and then the 'dismemberment' incident happened. My brain was filled with anger, and I ignored many other incidents!
"It was only after you brought Zoe to see me last time that I was able to calm down and think. After re-examining everything and taking all the circumstances into consideration, I found that there was one person who was very suspicious. His name was Correl Morozov.

"This guy was my subordinate in the KGB in 1991. He followed me to Kursk at that time. Later, he also obtained intelligence that the person who planned the explosion was the 'Red Devil'! Eleven years ago, he followed me to rescue Zoe, and it should be him who betrayed me afterwards...

"I suspect he is the 'Decembrist'!" Hearing this, Carrie said, "So you and Reddington went to Moscow and killed Morozov, who had become the deputy minister?"

"Yes," Kinski said, "before he died, he confessed that the person who instructed him to do these things was the real 'Decembrist', an American named Allen Fitch!"

Kerry nodded without showing any surprise.

Kinski thought Reddington had already told him about this, so he was not surprised. He poured himself another glass of wine and drank it. His face flushed, but he said very soberly: "Agent Carrey, I think you should know who this Fitch is. I really want to kill him, but Reddington said that this man is useful to him now... Well, I misunderstood him before and did a lot of things for him. I owe him, so I can only hand this man over to him!"

Kerry picked up the bottle and poured wine for him and himself, clinked his glasses with his, and drank the one or two glasses of strong vodka in the glass in one gulp. Then he said, "Kinski or Kirchhoff, it doesn't matter now. You made a name for yourself as 'Berlin'! Now that SER has to resume normal operations, the first task is to capture you or kill you. What do you say we should do?"

"Hahaha!" Kinski laughed. "If it was more than two weeks ago, I would definitely choose to be caught by you again, because I couldn't die at that time and I needed to avenge my daughter, but now...

"Agent Carrey, kill me!
"I hope my affairs are over now, and Zoe can really start her own life without being burdened by me anymore!"

"Have you made up your mind?" Carrie confirmed one last time and poured him another glass of wine.

"Yes, it's decided!" Kinski said with a smile, "I'm already over 60 years old. I lived in confusion for the past 20 years. Now I can be freed, which is actually a good thing!
"Oh... by the way, I have some more things. Zoe doesn't need them, so I'll leave them to you! They're mainly in Russia and Europe. There aren't many in the United States. They're in..."

After saying that, he picked up the last glass of wine, looked at it carefully, smelled it, and then drank it all...

"Bang, bang!" Two shots rang out, hitting his left and right chests respectively. Kinski fell backwards on the chair, and the wine glass in his hand fell to the carpet...

Kerry's system displayed: "Host completed triggering mission 25, killed 'Berlin', rewarded 17.8 crime-killing value, recovered 7875 million criminal funds."

Well, very good. I didn’t kill “Lord Baltimore” before, so I triggered Task 24 and didn’t complete it. I lost some rewards, but I made them up this time!
"Gina, call the base's body collection team!" Carrie said, put away his gun, stood up and walked out! Gina followed him while making a phone call.
-
The next day, DHS, DOJ, FBI, CIA and other relevant departments received a notice from SER: the terrorist "Berlin" had been killed by SER agents!

The heads of these units all stared at each other - after all, SER had only just resumed operation for one day after being dismantled! Hiss... many people had toothaches!
