Chapter 311: Plan to Reshape the World
Ulduar, the Titan Keepers hold a meeting.

Jack was also invited. Whether it was because he possessed Loken's authority or the existence of the Silver Covenant, the Titan Guardians could not ignore him.

Odin was the first to speak. After he returned to Ulduar, he became the leader of the Titan Guardians.
