Chapter 26 Godzilla: King of the Monsters

Chapter 26 Godzilla: King of the Monsters
"Well"

The torrential rain and the sudden flashes of lightning created a giant, interwoven spiderweb-like pattern across the sea.

The lightning flashed along the lines where the clouds met, spreading out a vast and powerful force of nature. It was fleeting, allowing people a glimpse of the deep and dark world.

They are born fearful, they are born terrified, they must be in awe.

The huge shadow behind him cast its outline on the sea.

The sound of their breathing was like a sudden gust of wind that blew against Walid Jassem and Arthur, sending chills down their spines.

The rain was like a miasma, with layers of mountains shrouded in mist.

The waves surged and churned, shaking the heavens and the earth.

His body trembled, stiffened, and hesitated.

Eyes gazing upwards at the colossal creature in the abyss.

In the dark sea shrouded in torrential rain, the two slowly looked over, their trembling hands suppressing their utter terror.

Even Arthur Curry dared not move at all; the suffocating feeling spread through every cell of his body like a leech, gripping his throat tightly.

The trembling body, with its mouth agape in terror, could only utter a few incomprehensible notes:

"Ahhh."

"Weird. Monster!"

"Boom!!!"

As thunder rumbled, a blue light slowly illuminated the vast deep sea, outlining a dorsal fin that seemed to connect heaven and earth beneath the dark, cloud-covered sky.

"Sea monster?"

"Do sea monsters really exist in this world?"

Walid Jassam stared wide-eyed, as if his soul had been ripped away and replaced by fear and trembling. This old captain, who had been fishing in the deep sea for decades, seemed to have his soul ripped away and was now filled with fear and trembling.

Unbelievable, incredible, utterly incomprehensible—how could such a terrifying monster exist in this world?
"Does it want to eat us?"

Not only him, but even Arthur Curry felt fear from the depths of the sea for the first time.

He couldn't communicate with this thing, and given its size, they didn't even have a chance to resist.

Their mere size is enough to inspire despair.

Few people in the world haven't heard of legends about sea monsters, especially sailors who spend their lives roaming the high seas.

Almost every household uses legends of sea monsters to scare their children.

However, if they were to actually see it with their own eyes, it would not be as simple as being terrified into fainting like Lord Ye who loved dragons but was terrified at the same time. It would truly be a case of sinking the ship if the other party made a single move!
King of the Monsters, Godzilla.

Height 108.24~119.79 meters, weight 99643 tons.

"Well"

Standing like a pillar supporting the sky beneath the storm, Godzilla's whispers carried a hint of unease.

The sails were so close, almost touching its thighs. It thought that another creature like itself had been born in the deep sea, but in fact, when it finally saw its target, it was just an ordinary human-made ship.

Godzilla's nose seemed to sniff forward; the scent was still there. The next second, a roar, full of provocation, jolted everyone on the ship awake:
"Awooo!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Walid Jassem, who had finally managed to force himself to calm down, immediately sensed something was wrong:
"Oh shit, he seems to think we're food!!"

Arthur Curry almost instinctively retorted, "No, that's not right. Animals don't usually roar before hunting; this sound seems to be one."

"Warning: Territorial Invasion!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Arthur Curry turned pale.

In an instant, darkness fell. This time, even the thunder in the sky could not illuminate the brief glimmer of light, for the enormous claw of the behemoth had already swooped down.

"Bang!!!" That's it.

Both of them secretly thought to themselves that they were doomed.

However, in that moment of distraction, the claws that seemed like divine punishment did not arrive as expected.

A muffled thud stopped in mid-air. When the two looked up again, a figure stood in mid-air, holding the falling giant claw in one hand, unmoved amidst the raging waves that swept across the heavens and earth.

His bare upper body muscles were so impressive that even Arthur was captivated by them.

The ripples created by his force spread across the sea beneath his feet.

The small boat was blown around like a banana leaf swaying in the wind and rain, almost capsizing. Seawater rushed in, the cabin rocked, and the small boat in the wind and rain was blown more than ten meters away by the residual wind from the palm of the hand.

With this claw strike, Godzilla felt as if his palm had struck a nail, but strangely, his palm did not pass through the nail due to the principles of mechanics; instead, his entire palm felt pain.

"No way!"

Amidst lightning and thunder, a vast sky, and torrential rain, a black-haired, blue-eyed figure stands suspended in mid-air, gazing at a colossal abyss beast from ancient times.

Thunder roared behind him.

The falling lightning seemed to blend into it, like a long cloak trailing from the clouds in the sky to the ground.

And those eyes looked down upon him like those of a god.

"You're nothing."

Carrot El looked down at Godzilla's overwhelming Titan form, like the legendary son of a god-king who bravely fought the siren.

"Who is that?"

"Is it God, the God sent by God to save us?"

"Oh shit, am I seeing things? What the hell is that? It's huge???"

"It's a sea monster! It's a giant sea monster! My God, such a thing really exists! This is terrifying! We must call the police! We need to call the police immediately!"

The ship's cabin had been violently shaken, and the sailors who came out one after another were already panicked and had lost their minds. They stared in disbelief at the Titan beast in front of them, and their weak legs unconsciously gripped the railings.

The storm swept many people into the sea, but they would much rather face the current situation than the storm itself.

No matter how experienced the sailors were, none of them had ever faced Godzilla, and no one dared to fish in front of him.

"What do we do now, Captain???"

Gazing at this utterly shocking scene before him, Walid Jassem uttered a few words through gritted teeth:

"To save my life."

"Awooo!!!!!"

Even from more than ten kilometers away, people can still hear the towering roar of this behemoth.

When Godzilla's massive body once again stirred up towering waves, Carrot El didn't even touch a hair on his head when his palm struck.

I never imagined that those weak human reptiles had reached such a terrifying level.

With a swing of its claws, the gap that momentarily appeared under its ribs seemed to Carrot wide enough for a train to pass through.

He dodged and flew in front of Godzilla, just as he was about to throw a punch, he found that the ship had been submerged by the waves.

"..."

Seeing this, Carrot El's face darkened. Just as his fist was about to fall, he changed his fist into a palm, turning the impact force into a thrust, and forcefully pushed the nearly 100,000-ton behemoth thousands of meters away!

Then, with a whoosh, it plunged into the sea.
