I'm bound to the World-Destroying Witch

Chapter 60: 60 Continued Dreams

Chapter 60. Continuing the Dream
"This is a hospital. Is my wife a doctor?"

"Your wife is about to give birth." The daughter rolled her eyes and pulled Xia Feng's arm, heading straight into the hospital.

Xia Feng suddenly snapped out of his daze, looked up in confusion at the four large characters 'Pingshan Hospital' above him, and wondered, "Am I dreaming?"
How could this dream continue?

Before Xia Feng could react, he was pulled and stepped across the threshold. A blinding glare hit him, and he instinctively turned his head and raised his hand to shield his eyes.

When he lowered his hand, he realized that he had not entered a hospital, but had come to a white, misty world.

In the center of this world, there is only a lone, vertically placed rectangular glass box, 3 meters high and 1 meter wide, inside which a woman seems to float.

The woman wore a bright red fairy dress, the surface of which was engraved with a classical and majestic phoenix. The elegant and sacred imagery stretched from the back of her neck down her entire body, covering her curves all the way to her slender ankles. Her beautiful toes were covered with a clear, slightly shimmering, light red nail polish.

As he approached, Xia Feng finally saw that there were intricate light gold patterns on the slender yet beautiful instep, crisscrossing upwards from the ankle, winding around the raised area to the delicate collarbone and pretty nose, and finally disappearing into the slightly open, upturned eyes.

Her clothes seemed to be from ancient times. She stood gracefully in the air with her hands clasped together. Her milky white skin was reflected as if it were covered in gold, and her pupils were filled with golden light. There was nothing but holiness about her.

However, Xia Feng recognized at a glance that this woman's appearance was almost identical to that of the woman who had brought him here.

Puzzled, Xia Feng subconsciously turned around, only to find that his so-called daughter had already vanished.

Just as Xia Feng approached, the woman slightly furrowed her delicate brows, and the golden light in her eyes gradually faded, revealing a pair of fox-like eyes with rose-red pupils. With a gentle blink, her gaze revealed a look of surprise mixed with a hint of curiosity.

He stared intently at Xia Feng.

Xia Feng blinked: "You're my unborn wife?"

"Huh?" The woman tilted her head slightly, her clear and sweet voice carrying a hint of naivety, and answered earnestly, "I have a husband."

Xia Feng looked thoughtfully at her stomach: "Oh, so the baby in your belly is my wife?"

The woman also looked down at her stomach, then raised her head in confusion, her pupils filled with bewilderment.

"I don't understand what you mean, but can you come and take me away?"

"Take you away?" Xia Feng asked, puzzled. "Where are you?"

"I don't know either." The woman's mature and alluring face showed a hint of confusion as she watched Xia Feng's foxy, red eyes gradually lose focus. She murmured to herself, "I don't know either."

ho-

Xia Feng suddenly sat up in bed. The light rain was still falling outside the window, making a soft, soothing sound that was meant to lull one to sleep.

He shook his somewhat dazed head, and scenes from his dream slowly surfaced in his mind.

"What's going on here?" He blinked, looking somewhat confused, and reached for his phone.

【13: 09】

"Huh?!" Xia Feng jumped out of bed, probably because he was too tired these past few days, and slept until noon.

After washing up briefly, he arrived at Blood Calamity Street.

The gap in the Boundless Realm of Blood Calamity Street has been repaired with the help of the Imperial Court, working overtime to complete the repairs. Now, the area is very peaceful.

The Pingshan Hospital had long since become a ruin, and Xia Feng searched through the ruins for several hours without finding anything.

That dream was so annoying, and it wouldn't explain itself clearly. Xia Feng shook his head and thought, "Forget it."

[Mushroom Hates Potatoes: Are we there yet? Are we there yet?]

He glanced at the time; it was almost 6:30.

Xia Feng: Coming right now.

Blood Street is very close to the Last Wall. Every year, Lord Lister held his birthday banquet in the central tower of the Last Wall.

Although it is called a tower, it looks more like an ancient palace that stretches across high walls and under the sky.

When Xia Feng arrived at the foot of the city wall, the huge square was already lined with rows of luxury cars, all looking sleek and shiny.

Each luxury car was greeted by a dedicated greeter, and the gentlemen, dressed in impeccably tailored tuxedos, and the ladies, carefully adjusting their backless evening gowns, stepped out of the car.

Groups of gentlemen and nobles entered the magnificent gates amidst laughter and conversation.

Just then—

Quiet chatter arose among the crowd.

Xia Feng turned his head and saw an indigo sleek luxury sports car arrogantly and disregarding everyone else as it drove directly onto the red carpet used by the crowd, heading straight for the entrance at the end of the red carpet.

The greeter quickly stepped forward, bent down to open the car door and cover the roof, and said in a low, respectful voice, "Your Highness, Lord Wangjue said that you should go directly to him when you arrive. He is waiting for you in Hall 19."

The man who got off the car was wearing a dark blue tailcoat, with thick black hair combed back and tied in a small braid at the end. He had almond-shaped eyes and a delicate, feminine face.

He put his hands in his pockets, kicked the car door, and said calmly, "Stop talking nonsense and drive away."

"Yes." The greeter bent down and went into the car. The indigo sports car slowly drove into the square, but the man with the ponytail did not go in. Instead, he stood at the door with his hands in his pockets, looking around.

His gaze visibly paused when he saw Xia Feng.

Xia Feng naturally saw this person as well. It was Li Siwen, the eldest son of the King. He wasn't very familiar with him. He only knew that this guy had terrible talent as a Spirit Master. He was already twenty-eight years old and was still just an apprentice Spirit Master. Even if he spent money, he couldn't get him to the first rank.

But he has excellent artistic skills and I heard that he is a highly praised piano master in the industry, having won many prestigious awards.

Their eyes met briefly, and Li Siwen looked up at the entrance on the right.

Xia Feng seemed to sense something and looked over as well.

A sleek, all-black, low-key luxury sports car glided into the square like a ghost.

The car door opened slightly, and a woman in a dark, understated evening gown stepped out, her fair legs clad in elegant black crystal heels.

She looked around. Her long, white hair was tied with a black crystal hairpin like a queen's crown. Her exposed, smooth collarbone and slender, fair neck were sexy. Perhaps because she had removed her half-rimmed gold-rimmed glasses, her usual scholarly and elegant temperament was slightly diminished, and the air of a noble and dignified ruler was revealed.

Turning her head, Mu Qingtong's golden eyes immediately spotted Xia Feng not far away.

The guests who had been drawn in whispered amongst themselves; they all recognized her as the daughter of the Mu family of Taicang.

Although the head of the Mu family in Taicang did not hold a high rank, he had a niece who was well-known to all the nobles.

A month ago, everyone thought that the youngest son of the King would marry Mu Qingtong of the Mu family.

But unexpectedly, the day after the announcement of the marriage, the Duke's youngest son died under mysterious circumstances.

After several twists and turns, and with the interference of the Black Moon Church, it turned into a marriage between a guy named Xia Feng and Mu Qingtong.

Seeing Mu Qingtong's beautiful eyes looking at him, Xia Feng, dressed in a perfectly tailored pure white swallowtail coat, slowly walked forward.

As they looked at each other, he noticed that Mu Qingtong didn't wear any necklaces, earrings, or other accessories, which in turn prevented her from being flashy or vulgar.

Xia Feng turned around, smiled, and placed his right arm across the side: "Let's go."

"Mmm." Mu Qingtong responded softly, her delicate hand, draped in lace gauze, slipped into Xia Feng's arm and gently pulled him into her embrace.

The two, one in black and one in white, walked slowly down the red carpet toward the dazzling gate, as everyone's gazes shifted.
