I'm bound to the World-Destroying Witch

Chapter 140, Opening of the Park

Chapter 140. Opening of the Park

Xia Feng was about to take out the USB drive, but then he was a little worried. He glanced at Wei Shutong almost imperceptibly, and suddenly put his hand on Wei Shutong's shoulder.

The middle-aged man with slicked-back hair didn't try to dodge, and said helplessly, "Don't worry, I really am Wei Shutong."

Xia Feng nodded. According to his spiritual artifact detection, the man was indeed Old Wei.

This is also a small function of the Divine Realm Without Platform: when copying the original appearance of a target, it can be used to determine whether the target being copied is the original person.

"I do have the USB drive with me, but it's a bit troublesome to retrieve it."

With some time left before leaving the park, Xia Feng pulled Wei Shutong to a corner and whispered, "Do you have a knife?"

Wei Shutong glanced back, and after confirming that no one was paying attention, he pulled a dagger from his sleeve: "What do you need a knife for?"

Xia Feng took it and, without hesitation, plunged it into his chest slightly below. He dug out a small, blood-red USB drive and handed it to Wei Shutong.

Xia Feng's face was pale, and he was sweating profusely. He smiled and said, "Fresh, while it's hot."

"You're a tough guy, kid." The middle-aged man with slicked-back hair gave a thumbs up.

"So, Lao Wei, what's this USB drive for?"

"Don't get involved in this. You should think about how to escape from here." Wei Shutong wiped the bloodstains off the USB drive and carefully put it away.

Clearly, Wei Shutong's visit to the garden this time was intended to cause trouble, perhaps even something big.

Xia Feng said helplessly, "Old Wei, take it easy, don't end up half-dead again."

"Don't worry, I crawled out of a pile of corpses, I'm tough as nails." The middle-aged man said casually, then waved his hand, leaving behind only a dashing figure, "I'm gone."

Xia Feng went to the restroom to clean and bandage the bloody hole under his chest. Although he had a hole, his body was special, and as long as his heart was not injured, he would be fine.

Not long after, the clock hands pointed to 19 p.m.

The park is finally open!
Xia Feng followed the directions for a long time and arrived at a platinum gate.

He could feel that the distance between himself and the Holy Elixir was getting closer and closer.

"Click—" The high door was pushed open by a servant, revealing a quiet and serene banquet scene inside.

The high-hanging chandelier cast a dim, yellowish light, slightly illuminating the pure black robes worn by the guests.

Everyone inside was dressed in pure black robes, concealing their figures. Some wore black and white masks covering their entire faces, while others wore animal masks covering only their upper faces.

They moved about in the dimly lit banquet hall, chatting in small groups, holding wine glasses and laughing.

Xia Feng was seated on an empty sofa. The staff told him he was a specially requested collector's item and would receive different treatment than others. He could sit there for now, as important figures would be coming to see him later. All he needed to do was serve them well.
Xia Feng looked toward the center of the banquet hall, where there was a huge stone pillar with a radius of three meters and a height of ten meters.

The stone pillar is covered with hundreds of green glass clusters, which spiral upwards and extend all the way to the very top of the glass ceiling.

Xia Feng clearly sensed that the Holy Elixir was within these green bone glass pieces!

Now all we have to do is go there and we can get it!
but.
He glanced back at the silver handcuffs attached to the corner railing on his hands, and tugged at them, making a loud thud.

"Perhaps we can try a different approach." Xia Feng stared thoughtfully at the handcuffs on his wrist.

Just then, Xia Feng suddenly felt the surrounding light dim, and he looked up expressionlessly.

But then he saw eight young men wearing half-face masks surrounding him.

The leader was a blond man wearing a pure gold half-face mask. He narrowed his eyes and stared down at him. After two seconds, he grinned and said, "Xia Feng, interesting. It's surprising to see you here."

"So, who are you?" Xia Feng looked up.

"Hehe~ Xia Feng, you naturally don't know me, but I do know you." The blond man smiled. "Mu Qingtong's fiancé, the youngest genius in Weiyang Academy. I've been hearing a lot about your glorious deeds these past two months."

"Tsk~" The noble youth beside him chuckled disdainfully: "Genius? So what if he's a genius? In the end, he still becomes our plaything."

"Lord Lucas, so this kid is Mu Qingtong's fiancé. Although we failed to catch Mu Qingtong, tormenting her fiancé is not bad either."

The group chattered amongst themselves, and Xia Feng roughly understood what they meant. These young noblemen had no real grudge against him, but they were displeased because he was a genius and Mu Qingtong's husband. Normally, this displeasure was insignificant; he might even try to befriend them if they met on the street, since Xia Feng had the backing of Weiyang Academy and the Holy Department, and gaining their friendship was naturally better than making enemies for no reason.

But once you get to a place like a garden, you don't have to think about so much anymore. These unpleasant feelings spread unchecked, turning into endless malice that jumps right onto his face.

Seeing that Xia Feng remained silent, Lucas, wearing a golden half-face mask, smiled playfully and said, "What, genius, are you afraid?"

"Sir, do you know anything about dogs?"

Xia Feng looked up and smiled: "I'm sitting here quietly, but some silly dogs like to come up to me and bark, and they even bring a bunch of puppies that haven't grown their fur yet. It's really a headache."

"Are you fucking asking for death! You bastard—" The young man next to the blond man suddenly became furious and stepped forward to grab Xia Feng by the collar.

Xia Feng grinned and chuckled, "What, are you going to bite me?"

The young man's face darkened. As if he had thought of something, he took a step back and said with a sly smile, "Hey, Lord Lucas, I think this guy has fair skin and is quite handsome. How about we choose him as our appetizer today?"

The seven people's eyes lit up, and their gazes toward Xia Feng became even more strange.

"That's true, this guy surnamed Xia must have slept with Mu Qingtong. He might still have Mu Qingtong's scent on him, hehe~" a man wearing a dog-head mask said.

Xia Feng frowned. He once again felt the disgust of this shitty place. A murderous intent surged in his heart. Perhaps it was time to find an opportunity when everyone was present to wipe this place out.

"Wait, wait. We're civilized people, don't pressure this genius like this." The blond man chuckled, stopping the crowd, then stepped onto the sofa with his dark leather shoes, a mocking smile playing on his lips as he looked down at them.
"Here's what we'll do, Xia Feng. I'll give you another choice. If you kneel down right now and lick my shoes clean, I'll have them let you go. How about that?"

His tone was full of unbridled malice, and as he finished speaking, the people around him couldn't help but sneer.

This is why they love gardens. Although they are of noble status, they are still subject to many rules in the outside world. But it's different here. Here, they can humiliate noble ladies and geniuses they wouldn't dare touch in normal times without restraint.

There's no need to worry about retaliation, nor about being suddenly attacked and killed one night.

Because once someone is brought here, no matter how high their previous status was, once they arrive here, it means they are no longer protected by any external forces and can be humiliated at will.

“How about it?” Lucas pointed to the leather shoes on the sofa, his gaze disdainful. “Kneel down and lick them.”

Xia Feng raised his right hand, which was not handcuffed, and beckoned: "Come on, bend over."

Lucas was slightly taken aback. Just as he bent down in confusion, a slap came flying with afterimages. Amidst a scream, three teeth splattered in the air with blood and foam. The golden mask on the upper half of his face shattered with a crack, and his entire left cheek instantly swelled up like a pig's head.

"Lord Lucas!"

"You son of a bitch, you're asking for it!"

The remaining seven people's expressions changed drastically, and they cried out in anger.

But just as they realized what was happening and were about to go forward to teach Xia Feng a lesson, they saw Xia Feng suddenly stand up.

The handcuffs that had been binding Xia Feng's left hand were gone.

Xia Feng grinned, having secretly swallowed the handcuffs with his Blood Shadow.

"You lowly wretch! I'm going to kill you!!" Lucas roared, his eyes darkening as he turned his head.

But before he could finish speaking, the man in white had already taken a step and flashed behind him with an afterimage.

The fruit knife on the table appeared in Xia Feng's hand at some point. He held it in front of the blond man's neck and gently slashed it. "What a stupid bird."

As Xia Feng spoke calmly, the blond man was about to get angry, but the next moment he was shocked and his soul seemed to tremble. He looked up and quickly raised his hand to cover his throat, his eyes filled with fear.

But the blood from his neck sprayed like a high-pressure water gun, splattering the faces of the seven youths in front of him.

"Help—help—" The blond man clutched his neck and stumbled backward, trying to make a sound in terror, but to no avail. With a thud, he fell backward.

Blood flowed all over the ground.

The unusual movement attracted the attention of everyone in the room, and nearly a hundred people in the banquet hall looked on in astonishment.
