The third challenge is to carve simplified Chinese characters on the surface of tofu, which allows you to practice your knife control skills more precisely and flexibly.

The fourth challenge involves carving tofu into simplified Chinese characters in three dimensions. It's only a single character difference, but the difficulty is vastly different...

After reaching level 2 in debridement, Fang Ziye was able to complete the second stage.

For example, using a scalpel to precisely clean the edges of tofu into a uniform curved surface is a skill, but carving simplified Chinese characters is still not a skill that can be mastered.
