My Healing Games

Chapter 94 Dangerous Game

Chapter 94 Dangerous Game
“My mother is the oldest and most experienced person in the family. Even in this room full of ghosts, she would still run out to check when she heard the child crying. Compared to others, she seems quite normal. At least she would still protect her family.”

“Disfigured children cry and scream when they see me. My portrait is placed at the door of my house. I must be a ghost now. It seems normal for children to cry when they see a ghost.”

"Finally, there's this boy. He's wearing a hospital gown and his freedom is restricted. He seems to be very ill. In his family's eyes, he must be the most abnormal one."

You can't judge anything by appearances. The most abnormal person might be the most normal person in certain special situations, like the situation we're in now.

The door to the master bedroom was hacked open with a kitchen knife. Han Fei quickly went to the boy's side and asked, "Can you hear me?"

Han Fei grabbed the boy's body and shook him violently, then slapped him. Seeing that he couldn't wake the boy up, he had no choice but to give up.

"There were pills scattered around the bed, and food scraps and bloodstains on the floor. It seemed that a fight had taken place in the room."

His gaze swept across the desk and he noticed the medical records, discharge certificate, and clothes for changing.

"The Second Mental Health Center?"

"The patient often feels anxious and distressed for no reason, and occasionally experiences hallucinations and auditory hallucinations. The condition has not improved after multiple psychological counseling sessions."

Looking through the diagnostic report, Han Fei realized that he had finally found what he was looking for.

“The patient suffered abuse from his father when he was young and was always protected by his mother. Later, he witnessed his father killing a mother and daughter in the bedroom and saw his father dispose of the bodies in the bathroom before finally hiding them in the kitchen refrigerator.”

"From that time on, he began to hallucinate, believing that ghosts and spirits existed in the world."

"His condition gradually deteriorated after the deaths of his mother and father. While living with his stepmother, he repeatedly engaged in dangerous behavior."

"The patient claimed that he could see the ghosts of his parents, as well as other ghosts hiding in the house. He insisted that an evil spirit was hiding in his half-brother."

"According to the patient's own account, his younger brother always attracts the spirits of the dead and passing ghosts, and is the source of all misfortune."

“His unusual behavior was all in an attempt to drive away the ghosts in the house. He believed that after killing or driving away all the ghosts, the evil spirit hidden in his younger brother’s body would appear, and only by killing the real evil spirit could this unfortunate life end.”

“The patient’s subconscious is justifying his abnormal behavior. If he smashes a mirror, he will say that there is a ghost in the mirror; if he ties a rope to the refrigerator, he will say that the meat hidden in the refrigerator will come back to life at night. All his abnormalities have their own reasons. We suspect that the most fundamental reason is that the patient has been in a state of hallucination and repression for a long time…”

The most crucial part of the report is the second half, which should describe how the older brother killed the ghosts in the house. If the report were still available, Han Fei could complete the mission based on it. Unfortunately, the second half of the medical report was torn up.

However, Han Fei already had a general idea: "First kill the ordinary ghosts in the house, then kill the evil ghost inside the younger brother's body."

At the cost of dying ten times, Han Fei finally understood the main mission objective.

The bedroom door was chopped open with a kitchen knife, and the mother, wearing an apron stained with blood, rushed over hysterically, brandishing the knife.

Han Fei grabbed a chair from inside the room to defend himself, and then deliberately jumped onto the double bed.

The crazed mother didn't attack her brother; her target was only Han Fei. However, after the girl saw the unconscious boy on the bed, she immediately abandoned Han Fei and started tearing at her brother.

"My mother and younger brother will attack me first, while the ghosts in the house will attack my older brother in the hospital bed first?"

This discovery thrilled Han Fei, who was worried about how to get rid of the girl's head.

"You're not going to do anything about your son being bullied by a house full of ghosts? Why do you have to come looking for trouble with me?"

Han Fei used a chair to push the woman aside and snatched the kitchen knife.

He cut the ropes and restraints used to bind his brother. As he was cutting, the woman pounced on his back and bit him desperately.

With her skin torn and flesh ripped open, Han Fei didn't say a word. He grabbed the restraints and tied the woman's hands together, enduring the pain as he bound her to the side of the bed.

Picking up the remaining rope and kitchen knife, Han Fei rushed out of the living room. At this moment, the black hair that had been flowing from the faucet had already run out of the bathroom and started to spread on the floor.

Han Fei carefully avoided the black hair, then pushed open the bedroom door and approached the refrigerator.

Secure the refrigerator with rope before opening the door.

“If the house isn’t haunted, doing these things might actually be considered mentally ill.”

After securing the refrigerator, Han Fei locked the kitchen door and began searching for something useful in the kitchen.

About five minutes later, screams of a child and a woman came from the living room. Han Fei, holding a kitchen knife, peeked through the crack in the door. The entire room 1091 was covered with black hair.

Both people and ghosts were submerged, and the black hair discovered Han Fei hiding in the kitchen. Countless strands of hair entered the kitchen through the cracks in the door and wrapped around Han Fei's body.

……

Opening his eyes, Han Fei lifted the photo frame and slammed it heavily to the ground. He used the shards of glass to carve bloodstains and his name: "The eleventh time!"

"The hair in the bathroom needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. That stuff is a menace to both humans and ghosts. If left unattended, it will cover the entire room in ten minutes."

Having carefully planned each step, Han Fei pushed open the door to room 1091.

Using a basin to cover the girl's head, Han Fei hid at the kitchen door, snatched the woman's key, and entered the master bedroom.

He already knew what was in the master bedroom, so he changed his plans this time.

Using the master bedroom door to separate the girl's head from her mother, they lured the mother into the room alone and then took the kitchen knife from her.

He cut the ropes and restraints binding his brother, tied his mother to the bedside, and then took the remaining restraints and opened the master bedroom door.

Han Fei lured the girl's head to the kitchen, having already discovered that the girl's head belonged to the headless corpse in the refrigerator.

He moved close to the refrigerator and dodged when the human head attacked him.

When the refrigerator door opened and the headless corpse was about to appear, Han Fei used a brazier full of paper money ashes to press down on the head and put the girl's head into the refrigerator as well.

The next step was crucial. He pressed his body firmly against the refrigerator, gritted his teeth, and used a rope to tie it up.

"Tasks are formed based on the manager's memory. If I want to complete a task, I have to follow the rules in the manager's memory."

"He is a child with psychological defects, and perhaps the normal world is so absurd in his eyes."

Wiping the blood off his hands, Han Fei didn't linger. After getting rid of the girl's head, he immediately went into the bathroom.

“My brother’s medical report said that it had smashed a mirror, and the most conspicuous mirror in the whole house was in the bathroom.”

He looked at the black hair that had overflowed from the sink, grabbed a vase from the living room, and smashed it against the mirror.

A woman's scream echoed from the shattered mirror, blood flowing from it. This woman seemed to have some connection with the black hair in the bathroom; after she was injured, the black hair seemed to be twisting and writhing in agony as well.

Han Fei turned around and went back into the kitchen. He moved the refrigerator into the bathroom, aimed at the black hair, and untied the straps binding the refrigerator.

The refrigerator door was suddenly flung open, and the corpse, having found its head, roared and charged out, only to be tightly entangled by the black hair, which eventually swallowed it whole.

"So that's how you kill a ghost."

Han Fei stared intently at the mirror, and after a long period of suppressed emotion, a dangerous smile appeared on his face.
