Chapter 796 Model
The sixth floor of the Imperial Military Base, the office of the New Wei Society.

Fu Qinghai, dressed in a pure black spacesuit, sat upright in a chair. His helmet was placed on the table next to him. Around him were three holographic cameras set up at different angles, as well as light panels and shields to control the light.

A beautiful woman with blonde curly hair, dressed in a fitted business suit, sat opposite him with her legs crossed. A gray brooch, the logo of the Imperial Holographic Video Center, was tucked into the blouse of her coat.

Hello, Aoyama.

The blonde beauty smiled and spoke.

"Hello, Ms. Patricia."

Fu Qinghai smiled and nodded in response.

"We're glad you agreed to this interview."

"It's my pleasure."

"First of all, congratulations on completing a near-impossible task. Looking back on the entire mission, what do you consider to be the most crucial moment? How did you handle that moment?"

The blonde beauty asked the first question.

"Thank you. I think the most critical moment was when we realized that the mission objective was far beyond what our small team could handle. At that moment, I didn't have time to hesitate. I quickly assessed the situation and made a bold decision that deviated from conventional tactical rules—to board the ship. Fortunately, my team supported me in completing this operation. This was not my achievement alone, but the result of our hard training, the tacit understanding between the team members, and the long-term collaboration of the entire team."

Fu Qinghai answered at a steady and moderate pace.

"During this operation, did you experience fear or hesitation? How did you overcome these emotions?"

The blonde woman then asked a new question.

"Of course, fear is a human instinct. But in that situation, a sense of responsibility and trust in my teammates took precedence over everything. We were rigorously trained and knew how to control our emotions and focus on the mission. I told myself that my actions were in the interest of the Empire, which quickly calmed me down."

Fu Qinghai nodded and said calmly.

"When you crashed into that frigate alone, surrounded by enemies and no teammates, in such an environment where you were attacked from all sides, what do you think enabled you to persevere in the fight and succeed in such an extreme environment?"

The blonde beauty had a serious and earnest expression on her face.

“First was the training. The Calida Military Academy provided us with the military skills and psychological preparation to deal with complex situations. Then there was my sense of mission. I knew I represented the Empire and His Majesty, and this belief kept me going until the very end.”

Fu Qinghai clenched his fist and said.

"Is there anyone you want to thank? Did they have any impact on your growth or this mission?"

The blonde beauty tilted her head and asked curiously.

"Thank you to my family for raising me. And to my comrades and the base commander, who are not only partners but also role models. Finally, thank you to all the citizens who have silently supported the Imperial Army—your trust gives us even greater strength!"

Fu Qinghai looked at the camera and said firmly.

"So, finally, Qingshan, what advice do you have for young people who aspire to join the military in the future?"

The female reporter asked one last question.

"Being a soldier is more than just a job; it's about responsibility, discipline, and loyalty. If you're determined to serve the Empire and willing to constantly push your limits, this place will offer you a profoundly meaningful life experience. Stay open-minded, keep learning, and never forget why you put on this uniform!"

Fu Qinghai earnestly offered his advice to the camera.

"Great! Absolutely perfect!"

"That's what the photographer behind the holographic camera said."

The staff removed the light boards and covers.

"Thank you again, Aoyama."

The blonde woman stood up and extended a hand.

Fu Qinghai stood up and gently shook hands with her. Suddenly, he felt a finger tickling his palm. The blonde reporter in front of him winked at him and gave him an ambiguous look.

"We're staying at the Granger Hotel in town."

The blonde female reporter said softly:
"Want to grab a drink tonight?"

"I'm so sorry, I have to work tonight."

Fu Qinghai politely declined the invitation.

The beautiful reporter's perfume was too strong, giving off a very powdery vibe. She had large breasts, but Fu Qinghai didn't like hard, taut breasts.

Shape and feel are always more important than size.

"Green mountains".

Just then, a slightly overweight man with brown curly hair, a thick mustache, and wearing a gray-green military uniform walked over.

"Come over and take a few more photos for the poster."

Director Anulf waved and said.

"Ok."

Fu Qinghai followed Director Anurf to an empty little room next door. A male photographer was already there with his camera, and gestured for Fu Qinghai to stand against the wall.

Under the photographer's guidance, Fu Qinghai posed in various ways for the camera: at ease, attention, salute, pursed lips, head held high, or gazing resolutely into the distance...

"Okay, raise the chin a little higher."

"Eyes, watch your eyes."

"Face me and look right in the center of the camera."

"Awesome, perfect, amazing!"

There was another set of clothes in the small room: the cadet training uniform from the Calida Military Academy. Since Fu Qinghai had not yet officially graduated and received his rank, he was still wearing this uniform as his everyday attire. After taking photos in his pilot's spacesuit, Fu Qinghai immediately took off his black spacesuit and changed into his cadet training uniform.

The male photographer and Director Anurf patiently waited for Fu Qinghai to change his clothes, marveling at the bulging, bronze-like muscles that he revealed after taking off his clothes. Both men showed expressions of envy.

They didn't see the metal button-like neural interfaces embedded in the skin—Fu Qinghai had already concealed them beforehand using his Force ability, Physical Disguise.

After changing into a different outfit and repeating the same actions, Fu Qinghai's filming task for the day was finished.

A week ago, when news of Fu Qinghai's solo capture of a frigate reached the base, Director Anulf of the New Wei Association office keenly recognized the news potential, which is why he eagerly invited Fu Qinghai to join the New Wei Association and began planning this publicity campaign.

Fu Qinghai had a great personal image—tall, imposing, and handsome—and his deeds were so incredible and awe-inspiring that he was practically the best propaganda material for the Imperial Army. Anulf not only invited the Imperial official media from Coruscant to Sereno for interviews, but also planned to use his image to create a whole set of promotional materials: magazine covers, holographic images, print posters, etc., to establish Fu Qinghai as a hero, representative, and role model for Imperial soldiers, and to promote him extensively.

When Fu Qinghai accompanied Soma Uller to Port Borgo, Anulf had already prepared all the publicity arrangements. As a result, Fu Qinghai was locked in the interrogation room as soon as he returned. Fortunately, it was later proven that this was just an operation to catch the mole directed by Lieutenant Uller, so the publicity was restarted.

"Director, I have a personal request."

After everyone left, Fu Qinghai sat down at Anulf's desk and began to speak earnestly.

"What request?"

Director Anulf looked up curiously.

"About my portrait on the poster."

Fu Qinghai considered his words carefully before speaking:

"Could you slightly adjust the hair color or facial features so that the person in the photo doesn't look so much like me?"

"Oh, why?"

Anulf became even more curious after hearing the request.

“I am still in Lieutenant Uller’s investigation team, and I may follow her on some covert operations that require disguise. If too many people know what I look like, it could greatly increase the risk of being exposed.”

Fu Qinghai gave a reasonable explanation.

“We need an image and symbol that can represent the soldiers of the Empire, and we need a true story, but we don’t need that image to look exactly like me, right?”

Fu Qinghai spread his hands and offered his suggestions.

"Yes, that's a very practical reason."

Arnulf pinched his chin and fell into deep thought.

“I think I understand your character, Aoyama. I know that a soldier with ideals and ambitions like you is not satisfied with merely being a propaganda model for the Imperial Army. You will not miss any opportunity to participate in missions and make merit.”

After a moment's thought, Arnulf said:

“I promise you, this request is technically feasible. It might be a little troublesome to make an interview video, but it's not that difficult... I'll change your hair color to dark brown, make your skin tone paler, and slightly adjust your eye color and nose bridge. That should meet your requirements, right? It will look similar to you, but not exactly the same.”

"Thank you very much, Director."

Fu Qinghai stood up and stretched out his hands.

"You're too kind, Aoyama."

Joining the Uller investigation team was just an excuse. The real reason was that Fu Qinghai didn't want too many reincarnators to recognize him, especially those in the Imperial camp, such as the Songcaiwo Brotherhood, which had several members serving in the Imperial army, as this could bring some unexpected trouble.

……

Fu Qinghai walked out of the Xinwei Association office.

He discovered that Ule was actually waiting for him at the door.

"It's never a very honorable thing to have a mole in the base, and the Imperial Security Bureau also has relevant confidentiality requirements, so your contributions to the investigation team will not appear in any media or publicity. But don't worry, after this mission report is completed, I will send a simplified version to the Calida Military Academy, and they will know about your performance in the mission."

Soma Uller went straight to the point.

"Okay, thank you."

Fu Qinghai nodded and said.

This was also something Uller had promised before.

"Alright, go find your little girlfriend."

Uller chuckled and said:
"She threw a huge tantrum at me yesterday."

……

The fifth floor of the Imperial Military Base is the dormitory area.

Inside a pilot's single dormitory room.

Elwin had just finished showering; his short black hair was still wet and clung to his cheeks. He was wearing only a white tank top, the soft fabric clinging to his curves and revealing his smooth skin underneath.

Just then, the doorbell rang.

"Who?"

Elwin turned to look at the door.

She was drying her hair, wearing only a tank top and underwear, with simple black flip-flops on her feet, revealing her two long, straight, white legs.

"Open the door."

A familiar voice came from outside the door.

Elwin raised his hand and pressed a button on the wall.

The metal door slid open, and Fu Qinghai walked into Elowen's single dormitory room. His eyes were glued to her the moment they met.

He didn't speak, but raised his hand and pressed it against the wall. The door closed again, and Elowen's heart skipped a beat. Fu Qinghai strode up to the woman, his strong masculine aura completely enveloping her. She subconsciously took a step back, her back pressed against the cool wall behind her.

"what?"

She questioned him, but her voice was somewhat soft.

He seemed not to hear her, only lowering his head and gazing intently at her, from her bright eyes to her lips, which were exceptionally red from the heat. Then, he suddenly laughed, a laugh with an undeniable sense of aggression. He grabbed her waist with one hand, and with the other arm, he slipped under her legs, easily lifting her off the ground.

Elwin let out a short cry of surprise, his hands instinctively grabbing onto his rock-hard shoulders, his wet black hair flying wildly, water droplets splashing onto his smooth and defined jawline.

"you……"

Elowen's words were cut off as Fu Qinghai lifted her up and pinned her against the wall, the height just right for him to lower his head and kiss her neck. His movements carried an undeniable force, his nostrils flaring as he greedily inhaled deeply, his nose rubbing against her skin, his hot breath spraying onto her bare skin.

Elwin's poor white vest was crumpled, one shoulder strap slipped down his arm, revealing his rounded shoulder and delicate collarbone. She could clearly feel the change in his body, hard and hot, the sense of power poised to be unleashed making her tremble, unable to distinguish between panic and anticipation.

The only sounds in the cramped dormitory were heavy breathing and the subtle yet incredibly clear rustling of skin against fabric. Fu Qinghai held Elowen's arms firmly, each tightening making her nestle deeper into his embrace.

She was like a vine that had lost its water, clinging only to him, this tall and sturdy tree. She tilted her head back, passively enduring the pain, the air in her chest growing thinner, each breath a broken sob. Fu Qinghai stepped back slightly, giving her a brief moment to breathe; their foreheads touched, noses brushed against each other, their hot breaths spraying onto each other's faces.

The lights quietly went out, and in the dimly lit room, his eyes shone with an astonishing light, like a beast locking onto its prey, his deep pupils churning with a dark current that was both familiar and unsettling to her.

"Vice Captain."

Fu Qinghai asked in a low, hoarse voice:
"I heard you've had some issues with me lately?"

She couldn't answer, but simply looked at him, her eyes glistening with tears, silently conveying an answer more direct than words. The air was thick with the sweetness of honey, binding them tightly together in that small space, every inch of their skin pressed together brewing an even more intense and passionate embrace.
