Chapter 1696 The Warriors of Azeroth (Zhang Family)

Chapter 1696 Bringing the Champions of Azeroth Home

"They can't beat Aggramar."

Nanami glanced at it and ruthlessly stated the inevitable fate of the Alliance of Azeroth.

Heather, who was giving Ai-chan extra help, was annoyed: "Honey, can't you have even a little bit of confidence in our allied forces? In the game, the players alone pushed through, there's no reason why our hero units, having received Ai-chan's planetary blessing buff, would be unable to win."

Azeroth nodded quickly upon hearing this. Although he didn't quite understand what the senior meant by "game" and "players," just as the senior said, he had already distributed the five elements as blessings to those brave children, so how could they not be defeated?

Nanami's lips curled up slightly. Heather was very familiar with this angle; it was her signature 'sneer' expression, which she usually showed when she was arguing with a pretty girl.

"No matter how long Aggramar was tortured, he was still Sargeras's lieutenant and the most skilled Titan in the Pantheon."

Moreover, the sword he wields is half of Tessarak, the most powerful weapon in the universe.

How could you possibly believe that a group of mortals blessed by the Force could defeat such a powerful being?

The Taysarach that Nanami mentioned is actually part of Gorshalach, the most powerful weapon in the entire infinite universe of World of Warcraft.

Long, long ago, Sargeras, the most powerful Titan in the infinite universe, was a warrior of the Titan pantheon, wielding the power of Highsalak, the embodiment of all that is good, true, and beautiful. When Sargeras fell into madness, the spiritually intelligent Highsalak severed himself into two shattered pieces, the blades choosing to split rather than aid Sargeras in his pursuit of evil.

Sargeras obtained one of the fragments and reforged it into Gorribal, meaning Dark Boiler. The other fragment was obtained by Aggramar and forged into Taeshalach, Flame Ripper.

Legend has it that if a being that is not evil possesses both of the two fragments, they can be reassembled into Gosalaq.

How could a mere mortal, even with the blessing of Azeroth, possibly contend with the power of Tayshark?
laugh! !

As if in response to Nanami's judgment, the giant of light formed by Velen using the Holy Light Force was shattered by Aggramar's sword, Tayshark!
Its body of light, comparable to that of a Titan, shattered into countless fragments of holy light, intertwining with the rain of fire falling from the sky.

Viren fell heavily to the ground, only able to watch helplessly as Aggramar raised the Tayshark towards him and then swung it down.

"Leo, fire!" At the critical moment, Varian's roar was like that of a lion.

Despite billowing thick smoke, the Leo continued to glide across the vast Legion Sanctuary, its main guns constantly firing bluish-white beam cannons at Aggramar.

【Tesalak, burn!】

The bronze Titan, its body covered in dark red cracks, raised its hand and easily blocked the continuous barrage of beam cannons. It then gripped Tessarak in its right hand and swung it forward violently.

A terrifying burst of flames, powerful enough to blot out a galaxy, swept across the battlefield. Users of the Holy Light Force almost simultaneously deployed Holy Light Barriers to protect themselves and their comrades.

The raging torrent of flames swept over everything, and Tirion Fordring felt his shield of holy light teetering on the brink of collapse, while Turalyon struggled to maintain his holy shield as well.

The Prismatic Barrier erected by Khadgar and Jaina using arcane energy was not much stronger than the Holy Light Barrier; only Velen's Domain of Light was relatively sturdy.

After an unknown amount of time—perhaps a second, or perhaps a lifetime—everyone heard a violent explosion, and the raging inferno finally began to subside.

As the flames dissipated, Varian finally saw where the violent explosion had come from.

The Leo spacecraft has completely crashed. Its outer shell, which was large enough to cross a star, was completely melted by the flames and landed on a distant mountain, billowing thick smoke and occasionally exploding from within.

"Leo, thank you..." Varian nodded slightly to his beloved warship, then turned to look at Aggramar, who was striding forward with the Tayshark in his hand, his chest brimming with anger.

"For Azeroth! Attack!!"

Amidst Varian's roar, the warriors of Azeroth surged forward toward Aggramar.

All of this was observed by Azeroth.

“My warriors…” she looked anxiously at Heather, “Can you help them?”

Heather shook her head: "I cannot do anything that directly interferes with cause and effect before you and Sargeras face off."

Seeing the sorrow on Azeroth's face, Heather sighed and pointed her thumb toward Nanami: "Don't worry, my Nanami definitely has a backup plan. Right, darling?"

Nanami slightly pursed her lips, raised her slender, fair index finger, and twirled it slightly.

At the same time, the Leo, far from the battlefield and crackling with fire and thick smoke, suddenly started operating again, and all the surviving craftsmen, technicians and Alliance soldiers inside were teleported out directly by arcane power.

Jaina, who was trying to alleviate the flames of Tayshark with frost magic on the battlefield, dodged the crisscrossing fiery slashes with her ashes covered in soot, when she suddenly froze in shock. She then turned sharply to look at the Leo.

"That's... there's no mistake, the Focusing Rainbow!"

Not only Jaina, but other powerful figures present also noticed the unusual arcane energy fluctuations, not to mention Aggramar himself.

Even though he had fallen and his mind had been twisted, Aggramar had not lost his basic combat ability and judgment. He could sense a familiar arcane energy surging within the distant spaceship. It was a Titan creation... the Focusing Rainbow!
Something was wrong. While a normal Focusing Iris was powerful, it could never reach such an astonishing power. Aggramar realized that the Focusing Iris inside the Leo had reached a level that could harm him. Without hesitation, he abandoned these troublesome mortals and strode towards the Leo.

"Stop him!" The warriors of Azeroth, realizing the change in the situation, rallied their last strength to buy time for the Leo.

As for what would happen to them after the Focusing Iris exploded... the champions of Azeroth didn't think that far ahead. Even if they were to die without a burial place, they had to stop Aggramar.

Behind them lay their homeland, Azeroth; they could not retreat even a step.

Several messengers of the Holy Light, along with the Naaru, gathered Holy Light energy and summoned the Giant of Light once more, engaging in combat with Aggramar.

The battered Tree King gripped the Ruyi Divine Sword tightly with his remaining right arm and joined the battle, bravely fighting head-on with Taisarak.

Arcane magic, frost magic, elemental power, even cannons and arrows... the warriors of Azeroth fought with everything they could to stop Aggramar's advance.

They succeeded.

Foolish mortals! How dare you disobey your master's will!

Aggramar once again cleaved the giant of light in two, roaring in fury.

At this moment, the energy inside the Leo was finally fully accumulated, and the Focusing Rainbow, which had been modified by Nanami, had become an extremely unstable bomb with unimaginable power.

The last thing the wounded warriors of Azeroth saw was the Leo taking off and hurtling toward Aggramar, trailing arcane arcane light.

An indescribable burst of light erupted at the point of collision, engulfing everything, including the burning Sargeras cloud outside the Argus star system.

Finally, we defended Azeroth, and the Burning Legion's stronghold was destroyed!

The warriors closed their eyes in relief, but whether it was their imagination or not, everyone heard an inappropriate sound in their ears.

That was... the sound of dragon wings flapping?

Time seemed to stand still at the moment of the explosion, as countless dragon shadows flew out from every corner, rushing towards the warriors of Azeroth.

Leading the group were Nozdormu, the Bronze Dragon Aspect, and Mzdormu, the Eternal Dragon Aspect, followed closely by Chromie and her Eternal Dragon variant.

The Bronze Dragon Legion and the Eternal Dragon Legion had refrained from fighting in accordance with the orders of the Great Star God, all for this very moment.

They are going to bring the heroes of Azeroth home!
