Out of control and sinking

Chapter 311 Tomorrow's Cultivation

Chapter 311 Tomorrow's Cultivation

"Ten minutes have passed, and haven't you all figured out how to resolve this?"

Bo Ye stared at them, his fingertips tapping lightly on his knees, his gaze sharp and piercing, his whole body exuding an aura that was not to be trifled with.

He scoffed lightly: "Not even knowing how to handle something this simple, that's incompetence."

"Why don't we let Bo's Group organize next year's annual meeting? Bo's Group's employees will definitely show you what efficiency is."

That's blatant mockery.

Those present are all middle-aged or older, and are among the most prominent figures in Beijing.

It's just that they've lost to the Bo family all these years.

One of the arrogant people couldn't stand it anymore and angrily said, "Bo Ye, don't be so arrogant."

"What do you mean we're incompetent? The venue is so big, maybe some cleaner accidentally spilled it. What's with your aggressive attitude? Are you deliberately trying to cause trouble?"

"Don't think you can act arrogantly just because the Bo family has been at its peak these past few years. There's a long road ahead, you know that..."

Seeing that things were not going well, Jiang Ruan frowned and went to tug at Bo Ye's sleeve.

Bo Ye ignored her.

Instead, he stared at the person.

Before the man could finish speaking, Bo Ye interrupted him dismissively: "I don't have time to listen to your lectures."

"Trying to lecture me? Take down the Bo family first."

Bo Ye sat up straight and said coldly, "I want to check the surveillance footage."

"Find out who passed by those steps ten minutes ago, and who spilled that stuff there."

"I need to know for sure who that person is."

“Jiang Ruan is the global spokesperson for the Bo family. Trying to harm her is tantamount to making an enemy of the Bo family. I’m making this clear: if this matter isn’t resolved, I, Bo Ye, will not let it go.”

The man's calm words rang in her ears, exuding an air of dominance and protecting her in every word.

Jiang Ruan felt a surge of warmth in her heart.

It would be a lie to say that I am not impressed.

In the end, the organizers sent someone to check the surveillance footage.

Another ten minutes or so later.

"We found out, it was this waiter who spilled it." Modern surveillance cameras are all high-definition.

Once you pinpoint a person, you can find all their whereabouts.

Bo Ye acted swiftly; less than half an hour after finding the person, the waiter was brought before them.

It was found in the bathroom.

I was trying to sneak away after the annual meeting ended.

The entire venue was searched.

Many people saw the search everywhere, as if something terrible had happened, but they couldn't find out what it was.

The group whispered amongst themselves, gossiping about what had happened.

Such a high-profile search for people.

"I heard they're looking for a waiter or something, I guess they went to the wrong place."

"Could it be theft? After all, everyone here today is wearing expensive clothes."

"Maybe so."

But they would never have thought of it.

It all started with Bo Ye wanting revenge for Jiang Ruan.

The waitress was a young girl in her early twenties; she couldn't withstand the interrogation by six or seven people in the office.

Bo Ye didn't say a word from beginning to end.

The organizers, however, coldly questioned her about who had instructed her.

Overwhelmed with shock, she collapsed to the ground, sobbing uncontrollably. She said a man had given her money and instructed her to splash dish soap on the steps, preferably the ones Jiang Ruan always passed by.

She was bewitched and agreed.

Then they asked who the man was.

She was crying uncontrollably, saying she didn't know, and that the other person was wearing a mask.

At this moment, Jiang Ruan spoke up: "How much did he pay you?"
