Chapter 50 Do you know how I've spent the last twenty years?
The banquet was not held at a hotel, but at the Mo family's residence.

Family dinner.

The Mo family's residence is located in Building 9 of Donghuayuan, known as the premier villa complex in Pingjiang. The detached villa, with its huge lawn garden and swimming pool, is a testament to their wealth and status.

As the car drove into the Mo family's house, Lin Chen noticed that there were people patrolling and guarding the villa from top to bottom.

Mo Junwu explained, "These are not the community's security guards; they are all security personnel from Feilong Security Company, whom we have hired at high salaries."

Lin Chen casually asked, "Hire so many security personnel, is someone trying to harm you?"

The car stalled.

At the moment of impact, Lin Chen grabbed the handrail and stretched out his arm to shield Mo Dahong and his wife beside him.

Lin Chen opened the car door and jumped out, followed by the others.

A thin, elderly man stood by the roadside, staring menacingly at the group below.
