Chapter 26 Relief Transformation
The fat man lazily raised his arms and hands, waiting for Zhang Wuxun and the other man to serve him. Suddenly, upon seeing something, his expression changed drastically, and he stared in utter disbelief. "This is... a magic trick!"

Wu Xiaoxie followed his gaze and was immediately stunned.

Zhang the Bald stood there, his bones cracking and popping, his body suddenly stretched out and grew much taller. He then stretched out his hand and, with a forceful pull, his arm also grew longer. He reached behind his ear and ripped off a complete mask, revealing his true face behind it.

"Brother?" Wu Xiaoxie exclaimed in surprise, somewhat dumbfounded.

Our Fatty wasn't having it. He stomped on one of the arrows on the ground, his face long and displeased. "Hey, Comrade Zhang, what do you mean by this? Are you trying to make fun of us? And you too!"

The fat man pointed the finger at Zhang Wuxun, who had a calm expression on his face, and suddenly realized, "Oh~ so you two are in cahoots, keeping it from me and Xiaotianzhen, thinking we're naive and easy to fool, right?"

Zhang Wuxun was also annoyed at not catching A Ning. He glared at her coldly and said irritably, "Don't talk nonsense. I just found out earlier."

The fat man choked for a moment, then waved his hand and pointed randomly, which happened to land on Zhang Wuxun's left hand. His eyes widened, "Look, look! What did I tell you! You two are in cahoots, and you still won't admit it. Both of your arms are longer than average. Luckily, I have sharp eyes and I recognized you, you little vixen, at a glance..."

"Alright, alright!" Zhang Wuxun raised his hand to stop his nonsense. "What rubbish are you talking about? I admit it, I..."

Zhang Wuxun pointed to himself, then to the young man, "The young man and I can only be considered as belonging to the same large family, the rest..."

Zhang Wuxun paused, then thought, "Damn, isn't that going a bit too far?"

Zhang Wuxun glanced at the young man and found that the other man was also looking at him, his thin lips pressed tightly together.

Zhang Wuxun felt a pang of guilt; how did it seem like he was the one in the wrong?
Zhang Wuxun opened his mouth, hesitated for a long time, and then waved his hand and gave up struggling. "Fine, we're all in this together, do whatever you want."

"In short, that woman Aning is suspicious. She probably already knew how to trigger the mechanism here, and wanted to use it to wipe us out in one fell swoop."

Zhang Wuxun hadn't had a chance to connect the dots with Wu Sansheng before, but now it dawned on him.

Although the young man doesn't like to meddle in other people's business, he's not one to take lives lightly. He must have his reasons for doing this; perhaps he made some kind of deal or agreement with that old fox, Master Wu.

If Xiaotian wants to grow up, he must go through these experiences.

Now that they've entered the game, they must shoulder their own mission and responsibilities. This applies to both Wu Xiaoxie and Xiao Ge.

Thinking about this, Zhang Wuxun felt a little confused. What about him? Was the system sending him to this place really just to make up for some so-called regret?
Or perhaps, he is also a part of this game?
The fat man snorted and didn't pursue the matter any further. "That stinky pockmarked woman is a real pain in the ass, knocking on doors and ripping people off. Don't you think she's crazy? What did I ever do to her? Just don't let me catch her, or I'll... kill her!"

The fat man made a vicious gesture as if to strangle someone.

Wu Xiaoxie had noticed by chance that Zhang Wuxun's two fingers on his left hand were unusually long when he was at Wushanju in Hangzhou. He asked about it out of curiosity, and Zhang Wuxun told him, so he was not surprised.

He pulled the last arrow from the fat man's body, examined the arrowhead carefully, and asked, somewhat puzzled, "If the tomb owner wanted to set up a trap, why is the arrowhead here shaped like this? Is there some purpose to it?"

The young man shook his head. "I don't know. Perhaps the tomb owner just wanted to use these arrows as a warning to deter trespassers."

Wu Xiaoxie didn't think much of it and stared at the jade gate that A Ning had just entered, asking, "Should we chase after them?"

The young man shook his head. "When the mechanism was activated just now, the jar ghost went into the left-hand tomb chamber. There must be a reason for that. We're on their territory now, so it's best not to make any rash moves."

"Are we just going to let her go like that?" Wu Xiaoxie was a little unwilling. The fat man chuckled twice, "She can't escape. We'll hide the oxygen tank. No matter how capable that woman is, she can't hold her breath until she's outside!"

"And..." the fat man changed the subject, winking at Zhang Wuxun, "that wooden fish hit her just now, didn't it?"

"With lack of oxygen and injuries, she'll die on the seabed and become fish food sooner or later."

As expected, the fat guy was the most thoughtful.

The group agreed and returned to the previous side chamber.

Sure enough, the oxygen tank and diving equipment were gone.

"Fatty, you were the last one to take off your gear. Did you move it when you came over to put it away?" Wu Xiaoxie asked Fatty.

The fat man hurriedly denied it, "Of course not. Those oxygen cylinders and equipment must weigh a hundred pounds. I'm not just doing this for no reason. Why would I move that stuff?"

After saying that, he also speculated, "Could it be... there's another zombie in this tomb? It took the oxygen cylinder while we were away, maybe that canister ghost was just a diversionary tactic."

"Nonsense, what family would like to move that thing around? You can't eat it anyway," Wu Xiaoxie immediately dismissed.

Zhang Wuxun patted Wu Xiaoxie on the shoulder and pointed to the treasure dome above, "This is not the previous tomb chamber. Look, the reliefs have changed. Before, it was a yin-yang star map, but now it has become two giant snakes."

Wu Xiaoxie shone his flashlight upwards, landing directly on the giant snake's eyes. Startled, he exclaimed, "What's going on? Did we come to the wrong place?"

The fat man looked up at the ceiling and then at the passageway outside. “This is impossible. This is clearly a pig-herding alley, a straight path. Look, the arrow I pulled out of my body is still there. If I can still get lost here, I’ll write my name backwards.”

Zhang Wu chuckled, "Then you might as well just take my surname."

Anyway, it's always "king" no matter how you turn it.

"Go away! Fatty's serious." The fat man waved his hand, shooing away flies.

Wu Xiaoxie was silent for a while, then sighed heavily, found a place to sit down, and said, "Why don't you sit down and rest for a while, and listen to me tell you a story?"

Zhang Wuxun rummaged through his backpack and took out a few candies, tossing one to each of them before sitting down in front of Wu Xiaoxie. "You tell me."

Feeling somewhat guilty, Wu Xiaoxie picked out the parts of the notes left by his third uncle and said what he could.

The fat man grew angrier and angrier, and started cursing, "You knew so much and why didn't you say so earlier? Now look at me, half-dead, and you're secretly laughing at me for worrying like this."

Wu Xiaoxie knew he was in the wrong, so he pouted and didn't dare to talk back.

Zhang Wuxun glanced at the thoughtful-looking young man, thought for a moment, and decided to give him the opportunity to shine, so as to strengthen the revolutionary friendship of the Iron Triangle.
