"Damn it! Block those stones!" Roland roared from the city wall, his face contorted with rage as he looked down at the troll catapults. However, neither Yunfeng nor Verway made a move; they were still channeling their spiritual energy to guard against the Ringwraiths.

"Radil! Take down those ogres!" Roland shouted as he raised the Arial Shield to fend off the flying debris and moved toward Radil.

"Your Highness, be careful!" Several royal guards stood guard around Roland, their eyes filled with vigilance and exhaustion.

"Thump!" A golden light flashed and disappeared. One of the guards paled slightly, then silently retreated to the side, and another guard stepped in.

Roland gritted his teeth, his eyes filled with helplessness and anger. Just now, a Guard's Guard skill had been activated! This meant that he had encountered a potentially fatal attack!

“I can’t do it!” Radil said to Roland when he had a moment to spare.

Roland's lips twitched. He glanced at the lich who was still fighting against Radil in the void without saying a word. The magical battle between the two sides was approaching its climax! Dense earth element spread across the city walls, while the lich, not to be outdone, covered the wilderness outside the city with dark element.

"Damn it! My farmland!" Roland's eyes and mouth twitched simultaneously. The land corrupted by darkness still needed purification... another expense!

"It's up to you, King Roland! Defend the city!" Verway's eyes also showed solemnity, and then he disappeared into the sky with a light touch of his toes.

"???" Roland stared blankly at the spot where the two had disappeared.

An eerie silence fell over the entire battlefield. Both the Lagranges inside the city and the Orcs outside looked up at the sky. "They...are they going to tear the sky apart?" Roland stared blankly at the sky, which was filled with deafening roars and terrifying fluctuations, a chill running through him.

Soon, the first loser appeared. Verway, carrying the flaming holy sword Manicati in one hand, stumbled out of the void and knelt on one knee after only a few steps.

"Vanville!" Roland rushed over and hugged him, then controlled the holy light to surge towards him. The divine power was amazing for a healer!

"...No martial ethics!" Verway stared at Roland for a few seconds before turning his head away and making a somewhat embarrassed remark.

"As long as he's not dead!" Roland shook his head, not dwelling on anything. It was good that he was back alive! Verway was now like a Middle-earth version of a college student—fragile but hard to kill! Now, the Middle-earth's fragile shark—Verway—was confirmed!
