"Where is Professor Nafrolov now?" Jeffrey asked.

“He was locked up in a mental hospital,” Tierra said. “After he resigned from the University of Iceland, he went to the United States almost immediately and got involved with local extreme environmental groups. He was eventually arrested for maliciously damaging public property and not having the money to pay compensation. Later, he was locked up in a mental hospital for insisting that a group of toad people lived on the seabed and that if humans continued to pollute the ocean, they would summon the great Cthulhu and destroy humanity.”

“Although his family has paid bail, he still needs to receive treatment in the mental hospital,” Tierra concluded. “I have sent someone to bail him out of the mental hospital, and they should be able to join us here in about a week.”

"Here?" Jeffrey asked, somewhat stammering. "You mean Muggles will be involved in this contact with the Deep Ones?"

“A segment of Muggles, to be precise, those who have a strong curiosity about the wizarding world and are friendly and under my control,” Tierra said.
