Chapter 379 Showdown
After Dumbledore made a simple coffin for Tyella, he left him in the headmaster's office and then hurriedly ran out.

But Dumbledore had only been gone a short time—

"squeak--"

The coffin lid was pushed open a crack from the inside.

But the person inside seemed to have exhausted their strength. After resting for a while, they pushed the coffin lid open completely and slammed it onto the floor of the principal's office with a "thud."

Like a marionette, Tiera sat up from the coffin, then awkwardly crawled out—

"Hehe..." Tiera chuckled, "Coffin, coffin, may you get promoted and make a fortune."

After saying that, Tierra walked step by step toward the principal's desk.

The office erupted in chaos.

Almost everyone on the wall covered with portraits of the former male and female principals exclaimed in surprise.

This was immediately followed by a deafening roar of discussion.

But Tyrell ignored her, and after sitting in Dumbledore's office chair, she leaned back and closed her eyes to rest.

“Just as I thought…” Tiera said with a smile, her eyes closed.

About half an hour later, Tierra heard the door open, opened her eyes, and glanced at the clock hanging on the wall of the principal's office—

9:47

"There's still time..." Tiera thought to herself.

Dumbledore walked in and immediately spotted Tyrell in her office chair.

Dumbledore was clearly startled and stood frozen in shock.

“You must be dead,” Dumbledore said, forcing himself to calm down. “You are definitely dead. I’m 100 percent certain of that. You are Tyella. You are definitely dead. I’ve checked many times. There’s absolutely no mistake about that.”

“Yes, I’m dead.” Tiera gave a dry, forced smile. “It’s Tiera who’s dead, and I can assure you of that. It’s not Tiera’s Horcrux, it’s not someone else who drank Polyjuice Potion and became Tiera, it’s Tiera, the one and only Tiera.”

"How did you do that?" Dumbledore asked. "How are you still alive?"

“I am dead,” Tierra said. “I am dead, but…”

“At the end of my third year, I transformed myself into a ‘demon,’” Tiera said. “As you probably know, a demon.”

“Demons can briefly possess inanimate objects and corpses, and briefly give them the characteristics of life,” Dumbledore said calmly. “Yes, I know.”

“Sit down, Professor Dumbledore,” Tyrell said weakly. “I know you have many questions. Why not sit down and we can talk it out? As usual, pour me a cup of tea and order some desserts. Tell me everything you don’t understand; tonight, I’ll answer everything I know.”

Dumbledore gave Tyella a cold look—

Then she sat silently opposite him.

"The ritual of converting demons is a high-level, large-scale ritual magic that you alone, or even a few people, cannot complete. Who or who is helping you?" Dumbledore asked. "As long as the magic is powerful enough, a small number of people will suffice."

"You mean Gilderoy Lockhart?" Dumbledore raised an eyebrow and asked.

“I mean Salazars Lytrin,” Tierra said.

"That Salazars Slytherin?" Dumbledore asked, puzzled.

“It’s Salazar Slytherin,” Tyella nodded and said. “Over a thousand years ago, he transformed himself into a basilisk while conducting experiments on flesh and blood magic, and then lived in the Chamber of Secrets beneath Hogwarts until our organization found him and helped him regain some of his sanity.”

“And what about the attack on the second-year students?” Dumbledore asked again. “It was just a smokescreen,” Tyella said. “By then, we had already found a way to briefly turn Salazar Slytherin back into human form. Didn’t you notice that all the students were petrified rather than killed outright?”

What is your true purpose?

“At that time, it was to forge two staircases for the rites of godhood, a book, and a robe.” Tierra paused, then said, “The book is called ‘The Inheritor,’ and it was made from Voldemort’s Horcrux, Tom Riddle’s diary. The robe is called ‘The Parasite,’ and it was made from Gilderoy Lockhart and another of Voldemort’s Horcruxes, Ravenclaw’s tiara.”

“Giddy Lohart?” Dumbledore exclaimed in surprise. “Then the Gilderoy Lohart I saw before?”

“They are all different members of our group disguised as ‘parasites’,” Tierra replied.

"You are terrible." Dumbledore's face instantly darkened.

"This is a chaotic and terrifying universe." Tiera gave a weak smile. "What choices do we have? It's either eat this person, or be eaten by some other monster."

“The Outer God,” Tierra whispered.

"What is your ultimate goal?" Dumbledore asked.

“Protect the wizarding world,” Tierra said.

"Do you want to start another revolution of terror?" Dumbledore asked unhappily.

“It’s no use.” Tierra shook her head. “Ever since the Muggles invented the atomic bomb, the wizarding world has had no chance. If Mr. Grindelwald’s revolution had succeeded, the wizarding world might have been able to compete with the Muggle world for a while, but now, very soon, probably in less than ten years, the Muggles will enter the information age again. Wizards will have no chance anymore.”

"So how do you plan to protect it?" Dumbledore asked.

“It’s simple. If we can’t beat them, can’t we at least outrun them?” Tiera said. “We’re going to introduce a god, whether it’s Mr. Grindelwald or not, to wander the stars and find another planet suitable for human habitation and survival.”

Dumbledore looked at Tyrell silently, seemingly acknowledging the feasibility of this method.

"There are three steps to godhood. What is your third step?" Dumbledore asked again.

“‘The Mad Walker,’ a staff, crafted from my right arm and Voldemort’s other Horcrux, a Slytherin pendant,” Tyella replied.

“Tom Riddle’s diary, Ravenclaw’s tiara, Slytherin’s pendant…” Dumbledore murmured, “So Voldemort only has four Horcruxes left…”

“Nagini the snake, Hefpatch’s cup, his mother’s ring, and…” Dumbledore paused, “and Harry.”

“Harry is no longer a problem,” Tierra said, then gave Dumbledore a weak smile.

"Because Voldemort used Harry's blood to resurrect?" Dumbledore asked.

“Yes…yes…” Tyella’s eyelids began to droop uncontrollably, but her face was filled with excitement. “I did it, Professor Dumbledore, I did it…”

"I've found a way to destroy all of Voldemort's Horcruxes without harming Harry..."

"From this day forward, if Voldemort dares to be born to Harry... he will only ever kill the fragments of Voldemort's soul within Harry!"

"Sigh..." Dumbledore glanced coldly at Tiera at first, then sighed with a relieved expression, "Yes, yes, you succeeded..."

"Not only that... but you've accomplished what I haven't been able to do for the past ten years or so. Voldemort had seven Horcruxes, and you sentenced four of them to death..." Dumbledore gave a dry laugh. "Well done, Tyella, well done... you truly are the most outstanding student we at Hogwarts have had in over a thousand years..."

"Then, Tierra," Dumbledore suddenly asked, his expression turning serious, "what do you hope to get from me?"

“Don’t be so tense, Headmaster Dumbledore,” Tyella said with a smile. “All I want is a funeral…”

"A funeral?" Dumbledore asked, puzzled.

“Yes, the funeral… tonight…” Tyrell smiled weakly, “Whatever it may be… I hope that at midnight tonight, everyone within the confines of Hogwarts will remember me, will remember Tyrell…”
