Chapter 323: Bologron
The atmosphere at Hogwarts was tense and exciting the next day.

Almost all classes were suspended at noon, giving all students time to go to the dragon-circling area below.

Of course, most students don't actually know what they'll see there.

During lunch, Professor McGonagall hurried toward Harry and Tyrell in the Great Hall, drawing the attention of many onlookers.

“Tierra! And Harry, the champions are now moving down to the field… You must be prepared to complete the first task.” Professor McGonagall

“Okay,” Harry said, standing up as his fork clattered into the plate.

“Good luck, Harry, Tyella,” Hermione whispered. “You’ll succeed!”

“Yeah,” Harry said hoarsely, his voice sounding almost like his own.

“Okay.” Tierra stood up as well, but unlike Harry, Tierra looked quite relaxed and cheerful. As she passed George Weasley and Fred Weasley, Tierra pulled out a handful of Galleons and placed them in their hands—

“I’m betting on myself and Harry,” Tierra said softly.

George Weasley silently put the gold coins away, then gave Tyrell an OK sign.

After that, they left the auditorium with Professor McGonagall.

Professor McGonagall also seemed flustered; in fact, she was just as anxious as Hermione.

She accompanied Harry down the stone steps and outside. It was a chilly November afternoon. She gently patted Harry and Tyrell's shoulders.

“Alright, don’t be nervous,” Professor McGonagall said. “Keep a calm mind… We’ve placed some wizards here; if things get bad, they’ll step in and take control… The most important thing is to make the most of your own abilities…”

Harry nodded nervously, while Tyella smiled.

Professor McGonagall led him around the edge of the Forbidden Forest toward the place where the fire dragon was.

As they approached the thicket from which they could have seen the area, Harry discovered a tent erected there, blocking the dragons' view, with the tent's entrance facing them.

“You must go in with a few other warriors,” Professor McGonagall said, her voice trembling slightly. “Mr. Bagman is inside too… He will tell you the steps… Good luck.”

"Thank you..." Ha said in a monotonous, ethereal voice.

Professor McGonagall patted them on the shoulder again, then led Tyella and Harry to the tent entrance, pulled back the tent flap for them, and let them walk back on their own.

Tiera saw Fleur delacour sitting on a low wooden stool in the corner. She was not as composed as usual; her face was very pale, and she looked sickly.

Viktor Krum looked more somber than usual, which was probably his way of showing his inner tension.

"Aha!" Tierra exclaimed at that moment, startling Harry and even the other two warriors.

"What's wrong? What's wrong?" Harry asked anxiously.

“Look, Harry, they’ve even prepared mint soda, milk pudding, and cheese tarts!” Tierra said happily, then walked straight to the dining table in the center of the tent.

Tierra first popped a piece of cheese tart into her mouth, then picked up a piece of milk jelly and asked:

"Harry, want some? I noticed you didn't eat much for lunch."

As she spoke, Tierra picked up another cheese tart and stuffed it into her mouth.

Harry: ...

Hibiscus Delacour: ...

Viktor Krumm: ...

Fleur Delacour snorted coldly. She wanted to say something, but her lips trembled, and in the end, she said nothing.

Viktor Krum frowned. "Thank you... but no need..." Harry declined somewhat awkwardly, "Tyella, I really don't understand how you can still eat?"

"What's wrong?" Tiera asked, chewing on an egg tart. "It's just a fire dragon, it's perfectly safe."

"Ha, safety?" Fleur Dracule chuckled dismissively. "Hopefully this won't be your last meal."

Tiera pursed her lips, intending to say something, but at that moment, Ludobagman appeared in the tent.

Bagman stood among the pale-faced warriors, looking like a large cartoon character, and he was wearing his old Hornets jersey again.

"Alright, alright, now that everyone's here, it's time for me to give you a brief introduction!" Ludobagman said excitedly. "Once everyone's gathered, I'll be handing this bag to each of you in turn."

He held up a purple silk bag and shook it at them.

“You will each pick out a small model of the thing you will be facing! They are different. Well, to prevent the last warrior from having no choice due to the order of the draw, our referee team has decided to add a new type of thing... We transported it overnight with Professor Dumbledore's help, so we have a total of five draws…” Ludobagman said.

Five signatures?
Tierra raised an eyebrow. "Dumbledore brought it over overnight?"
For some reason, Tyrell suddenly had a bad feeling. Even though Dumbledore wasn't here, Tyrell could imagine Dumbledore's smug grin.

“Oh, right, there’s one more thing I need to tell you… oh, right… your task is to collect the golden eggs!” Ludobagman added.

“Ladies first,” Ludobagman said, handing the bag to Fleur de Lacourt.

She reached a trembling hand into her bag and pulled out a small, lifelike model of a dragon—a Welsh green dragon with a number around its neck: number two.

When Harry saw that Fleur showed no surprise but rather a resigned expression, he knew his guess was correct: Mrs. Maxime had told Fleur what the challenge she was about to face was.

Krum confirmed the same thing. He pulled out the bright red Chinese fireball dragon, with the number three tied around its neck.

He didn't even blink before plopping down, his eyes fixed on the ground.

"Alright, it's your turn." Ludobagman smiled and handed the purple silk bag to Tiera.

Tiye stretched out his hand and put it into the bag—

Before Tiera could even grab it, he felt something hard coil around his fingers.

Tierra had no choice but to reach into the bag—

Tiera saw a small dragon model with long arms and legs, resembling a monkey, clinging to her hand—

The small dragon model is covered with stiff, stone-like scales, has a pair of large bat-like wings on its back, a long tail trailing behind it, a pair of sheep-like curved horns on its head, and a face that looks like a combination of a human face and a goat's face.

"Oh, Merlin's beard!" Ludobagman exclaimed, then looked at Tiera with a smile. "Looks like someone's won the grand prize."

What kind of demon dragon is this...?
Tiera looked at the model in her hand with a puzzled expression.

He read through "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" in first grade, so how come he's never seen this kind of dragon before?
……

Meanwhile, in the stands of the Dragon Arena, a lean, well-dressed old man in his nineties was turning his head and muttering something to Dumbledore, who was sitting next to him.

“Professor Dumbledore…” the old man asked with a worried expression, “Are you sure there’s no problem? The Berlog Dragon is a species of dragon that I only discovered last year, and I haven’t even published it yet. They live in magma, can spew flames much higher than other dragons, and are extremely ferocious and intelligent. I’m afraid…”

"Just watch the game, Newt," Dumbledore said with a sly grin. "Other warriors might not have much of a chance against Berlogron, but I'm confident that the warrior I picked will be fine."
