Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones
Chapter 278 Sample Adam and Sample Eve
Chapter 278 Sample Adam and Sample Eve
Harry grabbed Tyella's hand and rushed out of the tent, with Ron following behind.
By the light of the few still-burning fires, they saw people running into the woods, as if fleeing something moving toward them from the camp.
The thing was flashing strangely and making a sound like a gunshot.
Loud jeers, maniacal laughter, and drunken shouts all moved toward them.
Then, a bright green light flashed, illuminating everything around them.
A group of wizards huddled together, each with their wand pointed upward, and moved forward together, slowly moving across the field.
These people seem to have no faces... no, not that they have no faces, but that they wear hoods on their heads and masks covering their faces.
Above their heads, four struggling figures floated in the air, twisted into various bizarre shapes, as if the masked wizards on the ground were puppeteers, while the people above them were marionettes controlled by invisible strings emerging from their wands.
Two of the figures were very small, and appeared to be two children.
More wizards joined the advancing group, laughing loudly and pointing at the several bodies floating above.
As the procession grew, the tents collapsed under the weight. One of the marchers even set a roadside tent on fire with a magic wand.
Several tents caught fire, and the screams seemed to grow louder.
As the figures floating in the air passed over the burning tent and were suddenly illuminated by the firelight, Harry recognized one of them—
"It's Mr. Roberts, the campmaster!" Harry exclaimed, stunned and frozen in place.
The other three appear to be his wife and children.
One of the marchers below used a magic wand to turn Mrs. Roberts upside down.
Mrs. Roberts' nightgown fell down, revealing a bunch of colorful underwear, and the crowd below screamed and cheered happily. She struggled to cover her body.
“Disgusting,” Ron muttered, watching the youngest Muggle child—who was sixty feet above the ground, spinning like a top, his head limp and tilting from side to side. “It’s outrageous…”
Hermione and Ginny rushed toward them, pulling their coats over their pajamas as they did so.
Bill, Charlie, and Percy followed behind Mr. Weasley, all dressed neatly with their sleeves rolled up and wands in their hands.
“We need to help the department maintain order!” Mr. Weasley’s voice boomed over the noise as he rolled up his sleeves. “The rest of you, get into the woods, stay together, and don’t scatter. I’ll come find you again after this is all sorted out!”
Bill, Charlie, and Percy had already run towards the approaching parade, and Mr. Weasley quickly followed.
Department staff rushed to the scene from all directions, and the group of people below the Roberts family drew closer.
“Hurry up,” Fred said, then he and George grabbed Ginny’s hands and dragged her into the woods.
Harry pulled Tyella along, with Ron and Hermione following behind.
As they disappeared into the woods, they all turned to look behind them and saw that the Roberts family's procession had grown even larger than before.
They could see the wizarding staff in the department desperately trying to rush in and get close to the hooded wizards in the middle, but they encountered great difficulty.
They seemed hesitant to use any magic, fearing it might cause the Roberts family to fall.
The colored lights that used to illuminate the way to the stadium are now off.
Some dark figures stumbled along in the woods, and children cried and fussed, their anxious shouts and voices echoing in the cold night air around them.
Harry felt himself being pushed and shoved by the crowd, but he couldn't see their faces.
Then, suddenly—
Harry felt his hand suddenly go empty.
Harry quickly looked back—
Tierra and he were separated by the crowd.
"Tierra—" Harry called out anxiously, reaching out to grab Tierra, but Tierra was only swept further and further away by the crowd until she completely disappeared from Harry's sight.
"Hurry! Harry!" Hermione and Ron pulled him along as they ran after Harry stopped.
They didn't stop until they reached the grove of trees.
"Tierra! Tierra is gone!" Harry cried out anxiously as soon as they stopped. "What?" Hermione looked around, her face pale. "How could this be? Weren't you holding his hand the whole time?"
"We got separated in the crowd!" Harry cried anxiously, almost in tears. "I have to go back and find him!"
“Wait, Harry,” Hermione said, pulling Harry back. “Let’s find George and Fred first. It’ll be safer if we go together.”
Because of the difference in leg length between Harry, Hermione, Ron, and the Weasley twins, the Weasley twins, along with Ginny, had already run ahead.
"Heh." A drawn-out voice sounded behind them. "No need to bother, I think Tiera has already been captured."
Harry, Ron, and Hermione whirled around. Draco Malfoy stood alone nearby, leaning against a tree, looking quite relaxed.
He had his arms folded and had apparently been looking through the trees at the chaotic scene in the camp.
"Shit!" Ron cursed at Malfoy. Harry knew that if Mrs. Weasley were there, he would never have dared to say such a thing.
“Watch your mouth,” Malfoy said, his light-colored eyes gleaming in the night. “I think you’d better hurry up and get out of here! You don’t want her to be discovered too, do you?”
Draco Malfoy pursed his lips at Hermione.
……
at the same time.
Tiera was walking against the flow of people, rushing towards the fierce battlefield in the center of the camp.
Tierra pushed her briefcase forward as she walked—
The suitcase disappeared, and Tiera teleported it through a portal into her library on an alien planet.
Well, let's ensure the safety of our assets first. There are 1,500 Galleons and souvenirs worth 2,000 Galleons inside.
Then Tiera drew her wand from her waist and tossed it gently into the air—
The wand, which was about thirteen inches long, was transformed into a staff with a human head that was more than half the height of a person.
Tiera brandished the "Mad Walker," using its authority of "creation" to materialize the concept of "darkness" around her, turning it into a light veil that she draped over herself, allowing herself to completely merge into the darkness.
Tiera, stealthily moving through the darkness, gradually approached the center of the battlefield—
The Ministry of Magic's wizarding staff tried desperately to rush in and get close to the hooded wizards in the middle, but they seemed to be having great difficulty.
The presence of the Roberts family hovering above the hooded wizards made them hesitant to cast any spells, fearing it would cause the Muggles to fall.
So the Ministry of Magic staff could only wave their wands, unleashing all sorts of wand lights to stop the procession, while also pacing the edge of the battlefield, seemingly trying to find an opportunity to rescue the Muggles floating above.
However, this stalemate did not last long.
Because soon, the Aurors from the Ministry of Magic, having received the news, arrived via Apparition.
"Everyone, put down your wands immediately! Otherwise we will have the right to use evil curses on you!" Rufus Scrimgeour, the commander of the Oro Command, gave a symbolic warning, then immediately waved his wand and cast "Expelliarmus," "Petrify All," and "Fainting."
After doing all this, he casually put on a layer of "ironclad protection" for himself.
The other Aurors, clearly having no intention of negotiating, sent out a few to unleash some retractable spells and wrestle with the Hooded Wizards for control of the Roberts family.
The remaining Aurors, along with their minister Rufus Scrimgeour, unleashed a barrage of curses upon the Hooded Wizards.
In an instant, the procession was scattered, and the Aurors and other Ministry of Magic staff led the charge, creating chaos as spells and screams flew everywhere.
Hidden in the darkness, Tiera silently approached a curvaceous hooded female wizard, reached out her hand, and gently pushed the wizard away.
The witch, engrossed in the battle, had no time to react. She let out a scream and was quickly swallowed up by a portal of light.
"Forget everything, and all is emptiness—"
Then Tiera casually cast a Forgetfulness Charm on the Aurors of the Ministry of Magic who had just been locked in a fierce battle with the witch.
After doing all this, Tierra disappeared back into the "darkness," stealthily making her way towards another hooded young wizard—
It's always best to have one male and one female for sampling.
