Harry Potter and the Great Old Ones

Chapter 106 Heart-to-Heart Talk

Chapter 106 Heart-to-Heart Talk
Upon hearing Tierra's words, Little Pettigrew immediately jumped out of Tierra's arms and onto Ron, baring his teeth at Tierra.

"Haha, haha~" Tiera suddenly burst into laughter, "Just kidding, just kidding."

Then the topic was successfully steered to another place.

Tierra really, really wanted to study the offspring produced by the hybridization of Animagus and real animals—

But now is not the time; we cannot alert them yet.

“By the way, let’s take a picture of the three of our pets,” Tierra said, pulling a magic camera out of her bag. “After all, Blister has been with your family for over ten years, and who knows when it might die.”

“Okay.” Ron put Splatter on his bed.

Tierra also gestured for Raven to fly over.

And just as Pettigrew was about to escape, Raven stepped on Pettigrew's tail with one paw.

Harry then carried Hedwig to Ron's bed.

"Click—" Tierra pressed the shutter, capturing Raven, Hedwig, and Scabbers—

Especially the little finger with its missing part.

Then Mrs. Weasley came in carrying a blanket and a pillow.

“Mrs. Weasley, let me help!” Tyella quickly stepped forward to lend a hand.

But Mrs. Weasley threw the blanket onto Ron's bed and then waved her wand—

The sheets and blankets were automatically laid out on the hammock next to the window.

“No need, child. You can’t use magic outside of school,” Mrs. Weasley said with a smile.

Tiera awkwardly withdrew her hand.

Oh right, this is a magical world. You don't need two people at all. You can just wave your wand and a bed can be made.

"Go to sleep early, children." After making up the bed for Tiara, Mrs. Weasley waved her wand again and took out a brand new set of toiletries and towels for Tiara from the closet.

“Thank you, Mrs. Weasley,” Tierra said.

Molly Weasley chuckled, ruffled Tyella's cheek, patted his shoulder, and turned to strut down the stairs.

“Come on, I’ll take you to the bathroom,” Ron said. “We’ll be in big trouble if Mom finds out we’re still awake.”

Tyella didn't care whether she went to bed early or late, so she obediently followed Harry and Ron to wash up and lay down in the hammock.

"Hey, Tyella," Harry called softly in the darkness, "Are you asleep?"

"Not yet, what's wrong?" Tiera replied with her eyes closed.

“You’d never guess who I ran into in Knockturn Alley today,” Harry said.

"Malfoy?"

"How did you know?" Tyella heard a rustling sound, and then Harry's face appeared on his pillow.

"Who else could it be but him?" Tierra said helplessly, pulling the blanket tighter around herself and shifting further in. Harry rolled over and lay down next to Tierra.

At Hogwarts—

Especially towards the end of his first year, Harry often couldn't sleep at night because of the scar on his forehead.

At times like these, Harry would gently wake Tyella like a kitten or puppy.

Although Tyrell couldn't do anything about his scars, she would make up a few stories to lull Harry to sleep.

Before going to sleep, Harry would lie side by side with Tyella on the large bed in Hogwarts dormitory, just like this—

But the Weasleys' hammock was a bit cramped now. Tyella, feeling a little uncomfortable, moved further in.

“I came out of a dark magic shop called Bockingberg today,” Harry said, lying down next to Tyrell. “I saw Malfoy and his father go into the shop and buy a lot of stuff.”

"Um……"

"I also ordered a lot of things from the shop owner that sounded like black magic."

"What do you have?" Tierra asked.

“Hmm… I don’t remember very well…” Harry rubbed his head and said, “I think there was… corpse oil… baby bone powder… wolfsbane… and… and I forgot.”

"Do you think Malfoy is up to something?" Harry asked.

"Don't overthink it, Harry." Tierra breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed that Lucius had no intention of running away, but was prepared to obediently take the money to save his life.

“You know what the Malfoys are like. It’s perfectly reasonable for them to buy these things. It might even be a routine shopping trip they do every summer,” Tierra tried to reason with him. He dreaded this troublemaker. “You just happened to be there this summer.”

It wasn't that Harry was particularly good at causing trouble, but rather that he had too many connections behind him. If Harry wanted to get to the bottom of something, it would inevitably attract Dumbledore's attention.

“That makes sense,” Harry replied after thinking for a moment. After coaxing Tyella to tell him a bedtime story, Harry finally returned to his sleeping bag, satisfied.

Just before Harry got out of bed, Tyrell pulled her hand out from under the covers and touched Harry's arm—

Tierra breathed a sigh of relief after learning that Harry had indeed let go of everything he had seen in the Burginberg Dark Arts Shop.

My darling is safe.

Tierra then stayed at the Weasleys' house for another two weeks.

It allowed Tierra to feel the warmth of home that she hadn't experienced in a long time.

Mrs. Weasley would add four refills to Tierra's bowl at every meal, while Mr. Weasley would take Tierra on a tour of his garage—

It was filled with Muggle technology products that Arthur Weasley had confiscated from other wizards' homes or collected while passing through the Muggle world.

But it's like a stray cat that's been wandering alone for a long time suddenly being taken home by someone.

At first, Tyrell's warmth and hospitality made her a little uncomfortable, but as time went on, she gradually grew accustomed to this loving atmosphere.

After all, Tyella almost satisfied the aesthetic preferences of everyone in the Weasley family.

Who wouldn't love Tyella, who is well-behaved, sensible, knowledgeable about the Muggle world, academically gifted, and full of quirky ideas?
It seems that Ginny Weasley is the only one in the entire Weasley family who doesn't really like Tyrell.

Tierra guessed it might be because Harry kept bothering him.

Therefore, until she left the Weasleys, Tierra either helped Mrs. Weasley deal with the goblins in the vegetable garden, helped Mr. Weasley organize his garage full of collections, or ran with the Weasley twins across the endless plains and fields, crushing a golden wheat field.

August 31st arrived quickly—

On the eve of the start of the school year, Mrs. Weasley conjured up a sumptuous dinner, and Fred and George's strenuous fireworks display made the night even more perfect.

The kitchen was filled with red and blue stars, bouncing between the ceiling and walls for at least half an hour. Afterwards, everyone had a cup of hot chocolate and went to bed.

It took them a long time to get going the next morning. They got up as soon as the rooster crowed, but it still seemed like they had a lot to do.

Mrs. Weasley was frantically searching for spare socks and blankets, her mood irritable.

They kept bumping into each other on the stairs, half-dressed and clutching scraps of bread. When Mr. Weasley was carrying Ginny's trunk to the car, he tripped over a chicken in the yard and nearly broke his neck—

It seemed that only Tyella remained as orderly as ever. While everyone else was busy, he was already sitting quietly on the sofa on the first floor of the Burrow, neatly dressed in his Hogwarts school uniform, with his somewhat old suitcase beside him.

Thank you, Korsi, for the 100 coins you donated the day before yesterday and yesterday. Thank you for your continued support!
Thank you to Shangyuan Zhongliu for the 100 coins!
I've been so busy with exams these past few days. I just finished a closed-book core course exam today, and I'll be posting twice tomorrow.
