Chapter 152 The Reappearance of Jane

The wooden door next door wasn't locked either; turning the handle opened it immediately.

Through the flickering torchlight, one could see a large desk in the room, with books, paper, and pens on it.

Hua Sheng walked into the room and looked around, but found nothing strange.

The two returned to the living room. Finding the room too dark, Mieying casually conjured several candles and placed them around the room. Once lit, the room instantly brightened.

"Ah! This house looks exactly like the wooden cabin we saw in the forest earlier! Because the exterior of the cabin had been demolished, I didn't recognize it at first glance. But isn't this the house we came in to find Jane?"

"Yes! The furnishings are too similar! Even the details are almost identical."

Hua Sheng walked to the middle of the living room and pointed to the ground with her finger.

There was also an iron ring on the ground!

"Hua Sheng and Mie Ying are outside this house. Who exactly are you two?"
