Chapter 4 Don't Flirt with the Boss (3)

The next day, Shen Yun frowned and finally found some normal clothes that could be worn outside in the corner of the original owner's wardrobe. These were bought when the original owner was in college. After graduation, she became a president's assistant, and all her clothes were business attire. She was still a young girl.

A red dress, long flowing hair, and already stunning looks—she was simply perfect.

Shu Yuan stood on the street, looked inside carefully, and then angrily walked inside.

He slammed his hand on the table. "Ye Zi, what did you do to me at the bar that day?"

People around looked over, some with curiosity, but most with disdain.

No matter when, the association of bars with girls is often seen as sordid and disgraceful.

"Who are you?" Shen Yun asked, taking a small bite of a purple sweet potato bread and squinting her eyes slightly.

Since it was still morning, there weren't many people in the dessert shop, only a handful.

Seeing this, 2345 had to remind him, "[Host, he is Shu Yuan.]"

I forgot, after all, Shu Yuan's appearance is quite different now. He has bruises on his face and his head is wrapped in gauze, making him look very miserable.

"Ye Zi, what are you pretending for?" Shu Yuan approached her, his eyes filled with anger.

Shen Yun stepped back in disdain, but still had a smile on his face. "Sorry, I almost didn't recognize you in this new place."

Now the people around him were looking at him even more strangely. No one came out when he changed places, so does that mean he often goes to bars? What kind of person can frequently go to bars?

Sensing the disdain of those around him, Shu Yuan's anger intensified.

"I wasn't feeling well that day, so I went home early. What happened?"

"What do you mean you're not feeling well? It's clearly in your wine..." Shu Yuan stopped talking and just stared at Ye Zi. How come she seemed like a completely different person after just one day?

"What happened to my wine?" Actually, Shen Yun was a little puzzled. Her pills were enough to keep her erect all night, so how could this person get out of bed and come looking for her?

"You'll come with me to the company later to apologize to Xue'er," Shu Yuan said coldly, then awkwardly adjusted his posture.

Shen Yun glanced at it, raised an eyebrow, and realized that nothing was wrong after all. "Why should I apologize?"

"You left us there, making us wait for you for so long. I can forgive you, but Xue'er, you're a girl, don't you feel guilty?"

"I don't think so." Shen Yun thought that Shu Yuan must be out of her mind, or maybe there was something about her that made her seem mentally challenged. Logically speaking, it wasn't like she was going to a bar.

In the original owner's memory, it was Bai Xue who suggested going to the bar, but she was too scared to go herself, so she dragged Bai Xue and Shu Yuan along. Then Shu Yuan made a snap decision and drugged her.

However, Bai Xue has known Shu Yuan for many years and should know his character, so is she really just an innocent and naive little white rabbit?

"She's an adult, can't she protect herself? Besides, do you think I have a good relationship with you?" Shen Yun picked up the last cup of milk tea on the table and silently took a step back.

"Bang!" He slammed his hand on the table and roared, "Ye Zi, you really have... a lot of nerve."

"I'm fine, you don't need to say thank you." After saying that, Shen Yun ignored him and went straight to the cashier. After paying her bill, she also ordered a red bean double-skin milk pudding.

Talking to such an idiot is beneath her dignity.

"Just a friendly reminder, you'd better check that table. You'll have to pay for it if it's broken." After thinking for a moment, Shen Yun pointed at Shu Yuan, "He's the one who hit it." As soon as he finished speaking, the table shattered.

The cashier forced a smile and walked up to Shu Yuan. "Sir, cash or card?"

Losing money is secondary; a table doesn't cost much. Just thinking about how she'll have to clean it up later makes me want to kick this person out.

Shu Yuan was stunned by this move, and by the time he reacted, the person had already disappeared.

He gritted his teeth and took out a wad of cash from his wallet. "Keep the change."

……

Following the route he remembered, Shen Yun arrived at a secluded corner; well, the person hadn't arrived yet.

She leaned against the wall, holding the double-skin milk pudding she had just packed in one hand and a small, delicate spoon in the other.

I lowered my head; the alley was deserted and eerily quiet—a perfect spot for a fight. Oh well, I shouldn't have worn a skirt today.

After finishing the double-skin milk pudding, there was a trash can in the distance. Too lazy to walk over, Shen Yun decided to simply throw the trash in in a parabolic arc.

2345 suddenly spoke up: [Host, the person...] has arrived.

"boom".

Upon seeing this, Shen Yun had to admit that the double-skin milk pudding at this dessert shop was truly excellent, of the real deal. The pure white liquid mixed with red blood flowed down the man's fair cheeks.

It hit a big shot.

The man glanced at Shen Yun, his face so dark it was almost dripping with water. "You deserve to die."

Shen Yun: She really didn't do it on purpose.

The electronic voice of 2345 sounded somewhat gloating: "Host, it seems you can no longer rely on the big boss."

The big boss's name is Shen An, which doesn't sound like a big boss at all, but he is someone that both the legitimate and criminal worlds fear. Of course, this is something that happened later in life, but right now he is being assassinated because of the betrayal of those around him.

“You guys go forward. He’s injured, he can’t have run far.”

Many footsteps approached.

Shen An took a deep breath, then strode over to Shen Yun. "Help me."

Shen Yun was secretly delighted: "Hey dog, look, the big boss isn't angry, so do I still have a chance?"

2345 Coldly: [Host, according to the character setting, Shen An is a vengeful person.]

After all, if he weren't ruthless, he wouldn't be able to keep his subordinates in check.

A dark red handprint was stained on the bright red dress, and Shen Yun's smiling face froze instantly.

2345: [Host, calm down.]

Heh, Shen Yun walked out of the alley. Those idiots had already searched somewhere else. Seriously, didn't they even bother to search this alley? How dare they be involved in organized crime?

She rummaged through the bag slung over her shoulder for a while, then reluctantly took out a meat bun and threw it at a man who was turning around.

"The person you're looking for is over here," Shen Yun said with a smile.

Shen An leaned against the wall, his left hand clenched, his right hand close to the gun at his waist, gritting his teeth, "If I survive today, you won't survive either."

Shen Yun looked completely innocent. "To be honest, I just simply didn't want to save you."

2345's voice sharpened, "Host, what are you doing?"

"It's just like what you see."

2345 Despair. He felt that he might only ever be this fluffy ball of a head, or maybe even worse.

It's probably a factory reset.

Within a few breaths, a dozen or so people had gathered around the alley.

"Arrest Shen An and this woman!" the man who was hit by the meat bun roared.

Shen Yun: ? ? ? Damn it, people these days have no shame at all, and she was the one who provided them with the information.

Shen An chuckled softly upon hearing this.

Even at such a tense moment, he still mocked her.

As they say, villains die from talking too much. The person was right in front of them, and instead of taking action, they kept babbling and showing off. Shen Yun clenched his fists, and then in no time, he beat them black and blue, leaving them unable to take care of themselves.
